Excellent experience with Fast Glass! I ordered several pieces of glass, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The glass was ready on time and exactly as ordered. The best part was their customer service. I realized that I had made a mistake with one of my measurements, and instead of making it a hassle, they were friendly, understanding, and happy to help fix the issue. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Great prices, quality work, and people who genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fast Glass again and highly recommend them to anyone needing custom glass. read more

I called to receive a quote on a piece of glass to cover my new dining room table. I saw a picture on their yelp page of exactly what I needed. However, they said they do not cut oval glass. He actually gave me the names of two other local businesses to contact. I really appreciate the recommendations. I am currently using one of the companies he suggested. I also appreciate him answering my phone call. read more

Jaims the owner from Fast Glass immediately gave me a price for replacement of my single pane glass in my very old 1950s home. Not only did he do an exceptional job repairing the glass he also made it so that I can roll the window up and down, which was going above and beyond. This window had gone with a board for over a year because the pricing that I received was outrageous but Jaims was straight to the point and extremely affordable!!!! Jaims THANK YOU. Let's hope I don't have to call you again. read more

I called Fast Glass because of these yelp reviews and boy Yelp did not disappoint. I was extremely satisfied with the repairs James did on 4 of my windows. I asked about a window that wouldn't stay up and he said he'd look at it and just fixed it! Didn't add it to my bill. He was on time, reasonable priced and I will use them again and recommend to anyone needing a window repair. Thanks Fast Glass. read more

Fast Glass was amazing. Broke the window earlier in the day and because Jaims was working nearby, he came right over to fix the window. He gave me an accurate estimate via text, fixed it very quickly, and I have an even thicker window than the original single pane window that came with the house. Cannot recommend if you need someone quick and local! read more

CUSTOM GLASS TABLETOP for our dining room table. Jaims was professional from the moment I reached out to him. Our table was losing varnish and we wanted to protect the wood. I needed custom dimensions, some casters, and someone who would work with me through the first time going through this process. He even delivered the finished product (I don't have a truck!) Jaims and I communicated by text - he answered all my questions and was patient with me as the table top was a present for our family. The turnaround was incredibly fast. Ordered on a Friday and received by a Monday, even at the Holidays. Price is fair, he won't gouge you. You're going to get personal, professional service that rivals anything you're going to see googling around. Get in touch with him! read more

I have an old house with large, single-pane windows. As a result, things get broken. Earlier this month, my toddler daughter was running around, and she pushed the corner of an armchair into a window. It cracked like crazy. Luckily it didn't shatter, but we were left with a huge broken piece of glass. The pane is like four and a half by three feet. I called Fast Glass and James got back to me right away. He gave me an estimate over text with a picture I sent him and then came over to measure. He ordered another pane, tempered this time, and installed it in good time. The final cost was only slightly over his estimate, and he did a great job. Hopefully we won't need any more glass replaced, but with two little ones, I'm sure we will. I'm going to keep James's number handy. read more

Excellent advice, even better service. Needed glass for our table and he was able to advise us on what we needed, cut, and delivery all in the same day. We are in love with FAST GLASS! After calling several places they were the lowest price. HOWEVER- their service is TOP NOTCH! James was on time, quick and efficient, with very fair prices. He even cleaned the window inside and out! So clean didn't look like there was even a window there! Congrats to James for carrying on the family businesses and having a moral conscience about his service. These kind of business men are what's missing in our society. Thanks James! read more

Jaims did a fantastic job repairing a large broken single pane window in our house that we accidentally broke when going on a fly swatting spree. He was able to fit our job in and evaluate it within a reasonable amount of time and his price exactly matched what he quoted, based on the info and pictures we provided. Very very fair pricing. Jaims has everything one would want when hiring someone for a job like this (in no order): 1. polite 2. prompt 3. excellent, competent, and qualified work 4. repair bill matched the quote, no surprises 5. worked with our schedule and was able to fix glass without even entering home. I would 100% go with Jaims / Fast Glass again for anything related to windows, window fixtures, and glass in Long Beach and surrounding areas. Highly recommended, the 5 star reputation on Yelp is well deserved and it shows in the work and communication ethic. Thanks again, Jaims! read more

Because we have old style glass windows, it is difficult to replace glass when it is broken. Jaims offered us an incredible deal and great work. After he installed it, we are now super happy with the new window. We love his professional service and convenience of mobile ability to customize repairs on-site. Hopefully, there are more and more people the get to know him. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs glass window repair services. read more

Can't recommend Lauren and Fast Glass enough. Fast Glass hits on every key point: quality, speediness, price, and customer service/honesty. I asked for a custom mirror (62in x 60in) for my home gym and it was available for pick up same week. Not only that, the mirror was cut to the exact measurement. You can see from the pictures that I would've been assed out if it'd been an inch long. I actually undersized the mirror just in case, and wish I hadn't because it was exact. From a price standpoint, I called 4 different shops (with worse reviews on Yelp mind you) and Lauren's was the most affordable. In terms of customer service, though I was out of range for delivery, he went out of his way to provide rope and help me secure the mirror to my rental van. He even followed up the next day to make sure that my wife and I got back home with the mirror in one piece. Again, if you're on the fence or even just starting a search for a window or mirror, I'm confident you'll be happy dealing with Lauren and Fast Glass. I cannot recommend this shop enough. read more

I own a large 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival that is all original and was never "updated," thank God. It's all 1927 here except the plumbing which has been invisibly upgraded. So I'm careful and a bit wary about whom I allow in here to fix things. For example, one idiotic plumber took a look at my beautiful original Art Deco bathroom and said "you ever think about modernizing this?" I showed him the door. What a moron. In contrast to that fool, I very much appreciated this fine company. I received quick knowledgeable service from a friendly, competent, efficient man named James, who loves historic homes. The prices were entirely reasonable. The quality is excellent. I shall call him again if I need any glass or window help. He replaced a missing pane of glass on my french doors, two on my kitchen windows plus added springs, and a pane in my bathroom and in my daughter's room. I like to DIY sometimes, but I would have spent the same amount of money plus frustration for a crappy job if I had done this myself! I heartily recommend James! read more

So happy with the service from James! We texted late at night after my toddler threw a toy and broke a window. We're in a house built in 1940 and James texted us back right away. We gave him pictures and measurements and he was out there the next day. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes and it was clean and solid work! While working, he took two calls or so on his Bluetooth headset. He's a hard working guy and his dad is lucky to have his son in the family business! read more

I had a broken window in the fixed part of an 1980's era aluminum window frame. I reached out to Fast Glass and they asked for some pictures of the broken glass. They were easy to communicate with via text and quickly let me know they would be able to the replace the broken glass pane. They were readily available and we setup a time to fix it the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would. James was the technician who worked on the window and he was great. He was quick with the repair and even helped to fix a sliding part of this window and another window frame where the frame had separated from the glass. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other vendors I spoke with. I am very happy with the service and pricing from Fast Glass and would definitely use them again if needed. read more

Fast Glass is Fast! This is the second time we used them for a window repair. We have old wood framed windows and one of them decided to brake after a hammer decided to fall off my ladder and into the window. By God's Grace it was a slight brake. I called them and explained my situation and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Luckily they had a cancellation and they came in about 15 minutes. Great service! read more
