From start to finish this Company really preformed well for us! From the initial search of the showroom to the installation crew driving off after the completion of the install. EVERYTHING that was promised we received. And on top of that we have an amazing and improved view of our backyard. We are extremely happy and we appreciate the professionalism from every part of this company. read more

My new favorite door and window company. I have had horrible luck with yelp handy people - who say they can do door installs and even with big box retailers - also saying they can do installs - when in fact I have only learned on my third try for installs that everyone else has done it wrong! I would only use this company and their amazing associates to do window/door purchase/installs. Amazing job on window install - with demo work and they fixed a sliding door that someone else messed up and even installed backwards. Thank you Royal Pane! read more

I can't say enough good things about this amazing company and crew. We had them install two beautiful, large sliders in the back of our home and now we have access to the backyard without having to traipse thru the house! Start to finish this was a highly professional team. You would never guess these haven't been here the entire time. Everything was finished perfectly and the stucco outside matches the existing stucco so all we need to do now is paint it to match once it's cured. They also repaired a damaged vent where critters were getting under the house. They truly go the extra mile. Highly recommend this company and crew! Great value. read more

We recently had Royal Pane Windows replace the windows in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even with our home going through a major renovation, the installers worked smoothly and efficiently around everything without any issues. Their attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship truly stood out. One thing that really made a difference is that Royal Pane Windows is a family-owned company. You can feel the pride they take in their work -- they treated our project as if it were their own home. That level of care and personal attention is rare, and it showed in every interaction. During the walkthrough, they also offered thoughtful suggestions that genuinely elevated the look and feel of the house without adding unnecessary cost. Their recommendations were practical, stylish, and budget friendly -- exactly what you hope for when upgrading a home. The new windows look fantastic and have completely updated the appearance of the house. The quality of the product and the precision of the installation were exactly what we hoped for. What we appreciated most was the clear communication and honest pricing -- no surprises, no upselling, just straightforward, reliable service from start to finish. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Royal Pane Windows to anyone looking for top notch window installation. Truly a 5-star company! read more

We love our windows!! The installers were quick and efficient!! They arrived on time as scheduled, were friendly but focused and cleaned up great! From ordering to installment all associates were professional! Thank you Royal Pane! read more

Was referred to this company by someone and from the start they were so helpful and reliable. The windows we chose were Milgard and we had them install 12 windows plus a bedroom slider. They showed up on time with a team of 4 and were completely done in about 8 hours. They cleaned up and were very thorough. They covered and moved furniture, layer down paper on floor and cleaned everything up after. I highly recommend this company! Royal Pane was simply no pain at all. Thank you! read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Royal Pane! Drew provided a detailed, transparent, and very reasonably priced quote. In fact, Royal Pane's pricing was significantly better than several other companies I contacted. Even more importantly, Drew was far more knowledgeable about the Milgard products and took the time to explain the entire installation process, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. My project involved replacing three sets of old wood French doors with beautiful new sliding glass doors. The job also required concrete and stucco repair, so it was far more involved than a standard door replacement. The results exceeded my expectations--the new doors look fabulous! The three installers were outstanding. They paid attention to every detail, were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home, and worked diligently all day. They also kept the work area remarkably clean throughout the project. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Royal Pane exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I highly recommend Royal Pane to anyone looking for quality products, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. read more

We found Royal Pane randomly, in search of a walk-in showroom with windows and doors. Really great service. Prompt, fast and conscientious about their work, we highly recommend contracting with them. We installed black Milgard single hung windows, French doors, sliding doors and a 15' pocket slider. Really beautiful work! read more

Love the name and love the expertise they bring to the job. We were given their name by another place that only did retrofit installs (in stucco walls), and we were super frustrated by our HOA, which was dragging its feet on saying they were responsible for fixing our leaks from the Feb 2024 storms. Anyway, Royal Pane: a good group of guys & gals who went out of their way to answer our questions and professionally replace two old windows: the one that was leaking (on a stucco wall) and another one that was old and needed to be replaced for other reasons. One small nit: the time factor, but I know summer's super busy and besides: the job would've taken years if left to our HOA. Of course, winter rains will be the real test (and we hope the HOA gets to the guy's window above ours before the first big storm), but I followed the whole impressive installation and I'm confident that Royal Pane has our backs (and our panes). read more

We could not be happier with the quality, efficiency and overall experience with Royal Pane Windows & Doors. We had two sliding doors and a bay window on the same wall that was removed and replaced with a ten-foot sliding door. This required demo, install and stucco work. The crew completed the demo, and install in two days with the stucco crew coming in behind them and finishing the job. Both crews executed their part of the project with excellent workmanship. Equally excellent was the cleanup of the entire worksite! Throughout the process Drew was very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns about the process, scheduling or anything else we had about the project. Highly recommend Royal Pane Windows & Doors for any of your window or door replacement needs. read more

We received outstanding service from our contact at Royal Pane, Mona. She helped us select the right window for our kitchen remodel. After having a garden window for decades, we wanted a more updated look and a window that we could open. We could not be happier with our choice, we love that it's frame is black on the inside and the hardware is flush and unnoticeable. Installation was flawless. Stress free service start to finish, I highly recommend! read more

For the past few years, we have procrastinated about replacing our 35-year old wood, single paned windows and patio doors. Finally, we decided this was the year to do so. But the thought of doing so was very daunting. Then we discovered Royal Pane Windows and Doors located in Los Alamitos. We live in San Pedro, and Royal Pane was recommended by a neighbor who used them earlier this year, and in addition, their Yelp reviews really impressed us. From the moment we walked into the showroom, to the home estimate appointment, to the installation process, we knew we selected the right company! We are extremely pleased we selected Royal Pane for our 11 window and 2 sliding door replacement project! We now have Milgard Tuscany 400 Series Vinyl windows and sliding patio doors, and they all are beautiful, efficient and were expertly installed. Working with Jeff, Drew, Ryan, office staff (Marie & Mona), and the installation team (Kyle, Mark, Cory and the entire crew) has been a great experience! We appreciate the individualized customer attentiveness and expertise everyone at Royal Pane extended to us. We don't hesitate a moment to recommend them! read more

Recently I was looking for new windows for my home. Knowing it was a big investment I made sure to reach out to Royal Pane as a few of my neighbors had used them in the past. Jeff and Ryan showed me a variety of styles and colors and ultimately I chose to go with the Milgard Trinsic window. The installation went smooth. They were always on time and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. The job took two days as it was a vary large job. If you are looking for new windows or doors this is the best place in town. Highly recommend them. read more

I am a new Royal Pane client and fan. Having had terrible luck with another service I was referred to Jeff Platt. Within 2 days he and his son came to my house, measured everything, suggested and noted several things in my home. Two days later I received a proposal to replace 8 of my windows with Milguard, double-paned, tinted windows (exactly what I wanted). I accepted a very fair price and they were ordered that day. Delivery was quick and I stored them in my garage until installation day. FIVE men showed up and worked almost all day as they windows were huge and on a 2nd & 3rd floor area. Paper down to protect the floors, vacuumed all areas afterwards & washed the windows. True professionals! I couldn't be happier! You will be too. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Royal Pane Windows. Ryan, his dad Jeff and brother Andrew all were awesome and very easy to work with. They did an amazing job out our 2 new folding doors and slider. I would definitely use them again. I actually placed an order with Ryan for a new window for our add-on. SUPER HAPPY! A friend recommended them and they were great to work with. In and out on the installation and the window and door suggestions really helped! I wasn't sure about the crank out windows but have since changed my mind because the open area is HUGE and lets lots of air in. Also, I not only noticed a difference with outside sound being more muffled, my room (west side of the house) really was cooler than normal. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I got my custom kitchen windows in October 2020 and I am extremely happy with them. Mona, Ryan, Dave and installers were very professional from beginning to end. I never got a change to use their services, they never called or showed up as promised. Really, there isn't more to say. I called and emailed, as they requested. I called and emailed again, they asked me to remind them. I did, again, they never showed, emailed, or called. I honestly was looking to support a small business in my community. I gave them 3 chances, this is so disappointing. I am truly sad and disappointed! read more

Highly recommend! Royal Pane is the suggested installer in Orange County for Pinkys Iron Doors, so we had them order and install our iron entry door, as well as replace two 1960s metal bedroom windows with Milgard windows. The quote process was straight forward and pricing seemed fair, the installation was exceptional (very meticulous, kept the rest of our home sealed off from the dirt). After installation, we identified a couple minor scratches on the iron door, and some minor flaws in the Milgard windows, but they were both handled to our satisfaction after the installation. Milgard's warranty is A+ as is the service team at Royal Pane (and you gotta love the name!). Special shout out to Jeff for great customer service. read more

After submitting a bad review, Jeff called me. It was his desire to make sure that our French Doors were fix. More importantly, he wanted to do right by us. He has done a great job in that area along with Rachel too. Royal Pane did a wonderful job in helping us getting our door fixed. We will do business with Royal Pane again. For truly, they gave us great personal service when we were looking for doors. Sadly, we had a small period of difficulties when we realized the doors needed work. Shortly after that, they came through for us. They did a great job at taking care of us. I would strongly recommend them. Our doors needed touch up paint all over them, door knobs had to be replaced by the overspray when the doors were being painted & assembled, screen doors did not close properly. Milgard sent out very professional & kind service people. I use Milgard products again too. read more

We replaced our hideous aluminum kitchen sliding door with a door that had an in-built doggie door--a surprisingly tough thing to find--and our upstairs master bedroom's window with a large picture window through Royal Pane. I shopped around and not only were they the most competitively priced (lower than Lowe's), but they also sent me the various combinations of estimates I asked for without any fretting. First-class service right through the entire process. The owner came in person to check our place out before we signed off on the job which was very reassuring. The team that came to install the pieces did a great job and left us feeling incredibly satisfied. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their doors or windows. Top-notch. read more
