After my last great experience, I felt confident trying Imperium for a larger project. I called Johnny Orozco up and had him replace all of the windows and doors in my sun room. The sun room previously had louvered windows and a wooden door in the back. Our other door that led into the living room was glass in the middle but it was made in the late 40s and wasn't tempered. I have 2 small children and was concerned about safety which was one of the big reasons to upgrade for me. Johnny came over and we talked through options. I told him what I wanted and he gave me some options and the pros and cons of each. We came up with a good solution that balanced cost vs fanciness. It was great being able to talk to the same person I had worked with before and it made the ordering process really easy. The windows were done on schedule and they came to install them on the day we had set up. They arrived on time for the install and got to work. I had to work during that time so I didn't get to watch the removal of the old stuff but was pleasantly surprised when they had already completed it a couple hours later. They got to work installing the new windows and doors immediately after lunch. I think the thing that shocked me the most was that everything looked like it had always been there. It didn't look like someone had jammed some new doors and windows into an existing place and just tried to blend it. I was particularly blown away by the way they were able to install the new door behind the existing interior trim without affecting any of the trim itself. Had I not known better, I would have assumed the trim was installed after the fact. On one side, we installed a dual slider window which lets in so much more light than our old windows. On the other side, we installed a giant sliding glass door. They were also able to install a dog door directly into the glass which was awesome because we didn't need to do any additional work or buy anything separate for that to happen. The doors and windows all open and close smoothly. The inner door is far more solid and the glass is tempered so I don't have to worry about any critical injuries for my children. The quality and service of this company is outstanding. I know that when I call Johnny, I'm going to get great service and a fantastic product. This is my one stop window shop from now on. read more

This is the best window and door company that we've ever hired. They installed all of the windows and several French doors in my house. Almost four years later everything still works great. Recently, a weed-wacker accidentally threw a pebble and shattered one of the largest safety glass windows. Thankfully, it is dual-glazed, and the interior glass didn't break.
