I purchased 13 windows and a patio sliding door from Nuimage 20 years ago. At bedtime I set my thermostat at 68 degrees and at 76 when I wake up. These dual pane windows keep my home cool all day. With solar panels and dual pane windows I have not had an electric bill in 8 years. After 20 years I had a window that leaked in the rain and shortly after I called due to one window losing the seal between the dual panes. Nuimage came out immediately, resealing the leak and replacing the window that lost the seal. Their customer service is 5 stars all the way. If i could give these thieves zero stars I would. Rodrigo took a $1120.00 deposit on Windows in November to be installed after thanksgiving. Its January 8th...no windows. Went to the office to inquire un professional stripper flipped me off. This is the shitty job on the 2 Windows for $700.00 no calk. They aparantly don't want to improve their business practices. Great place to get windows. We updated our windows about 7 years ago. Didn't realize how important getting double glass with LOE was going to be. And energy star! When it's hot, we stay cool and when it's cold, we stay warm. Can't beat that. Added bonus, keeps the noise out. A restaurant opened up next door about 3 years ago and they close at 1am!! And they have patio seating... where people get loud when they're celebrating. Well, these windows are so good that we don't hear anything. I highly recommend the place. I recently called NuImage Windows and Doors because of a great recommendation by a friend. I'm giving this review because of what they didn't do! A gentleman by the name of Francisco came out to my home to give me an estimate. I recently bought my home and was under the mistaken idea that I had single paned windows. I wanted to replace them because it seems cold in the house. There is something to be said for honesty and for NuImage to hire Francisco. He told me he would love to sell me a whole house full of windows, however, my windows are actually duel paned and are in very good shape. I am a senior on a fixed income and it's great to know there are still honest people and companies out there that hire them. Kudos to NuImage. read more

So far the service is horrible they were supposed to deliver the windows yesterday (Thursday) they "only" deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays and they failed to deliver. They gave different reasons why they weren't delivered. Then said they would then be delivered today Friday yet they didn't show and the person on the phone dodged reasons yet again and now they aren't even answering and the windows for the whole house are already paid for. STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give ZERO STARS.. I would!! We needed windows for our home remodel. This company has scammed us! Here are pictures I took of the "finished" work. As you can see the Windows are installed incorrectly, no molding or caulking around the windows. Our windows are not sealed properly, and we can see sun light through the window frames. The installers left piles of trash in our house, and left the slider from our old sliding glass door. The exterior of our house on the stucco molding has a proxy or caulking that needs to be removed. This will cost us more money to get the caulking removed and get the house painted. We now need to hire another company who can come in and fix job and finish the repairs of the windows. I was so frustrated with them so I drove down to talk to them in person. The owner did not want to speak to me even after I took time out of my busy day to drive out to speak to him. Just goes to show they have something to hide and don't truly care about their customer satisfaction. The office manager Blanca said they would take care of it and make this right by sending out a window person the next day to assess the home and take pictures...but he never showed up. No call, text.. nothing! This has been a complete nightmare. Not only are we left with incorrectly installed windows, piles of trash, old windows that were supposed to be hauled away, windows with no molding, the outside of house damaged, and now this has delayed the installation of our kitchen counters and our painter. Do not use or trust this company. We will be going to the Better Business Bureau to protect future customers from this company and post our experience every place we can find. read more

Fernando is the person you need to talk to as he is very understanding and accommodating. Blanca does not care about the customers and is very rude. Getting construction on a home is never an easy thing. Dealing with materials and scheduling isn't an exact science. NUIMAGE was flawless. Sales Manager Roberto Mendez came exactly as scheduled. He looked at the windows in the entire house and gave us his recommendations. We selected the windows we wanted, he took measurements and we gave him a down payment. Unfortunately he explained they were so busy it would be 8 weeks before installation. This was ok since we were not in a hurry. When the windows were ready the crew came on time and literally started working immediately. The crew of four replaced five window and 2 patio sliders in less than 4 1/2 hours. After install, they cleaned everything and took all trashed windows away. After finishing they took us through the house to inspect each window. And didn't leave until we were satisfied. When we got the quote from Nu Image windows it was almost too good to be true. Made in America window, in fact locally, and life time warranty. The sales man was great and scheduling everything was great. Then the install happened. We never seen the guy that gave us the quote once. We had up to three people in the house working at once, none of them spoke English. I contacted the front office about this problem and they gave me the excuse that they've never had that problem before. Removing the windows everything was ok. However when I was inspecting the new window they were junk! Open ends, no gas inside the windows to stop UV's like they said. The windows also have no lock or anything about removing. Most windows you have to slide all the way open to lift and pull out. These you can do it anywhere. Within one year the corners of the screen and drains on the windows have faded to yellow. The ends on the screens have broken and trying to get them replaced is near impossible. The molding around the windows were done horrible. Looks as if it was their first time. The office told me that it's a very hard task. I'm sorry but I thought I was hiring professionals. We had a bay window removed and a standard window installed. They must have got some measurements wrong and the window was too small. They installed it anyways with just foam and screws holding it center. They were dirty, didn't cover anything left dust everywhere, and laid tools on our bed. They had to come back a few times because the workers didn't know the full job to be done. All of this time were in contact with the front office and person that gave us our quote. They kept telling me a manager was going to come down and go over the job with us. Never happened even after many calls and emails. I fully regret hiring this company and wished I spent the extra money and went with a different company. read more

Excellent service at a good price. I had remembered Nuimage from the Santa Fe Springs Swap meet and called them up. Samuel came by my townhouse for a free estimate. He quoted me a price to replace a barely working 45 year old 10 foot aluminum sliding patio door with a new energy efficient vinyl one with a lifetime warranty. Even with a small pet door included, his quote was much better than other quotes. One quote involved putting the new frame over the old aluminum frame which worried me about it being an airtight solid fit. Meanwhile, Samuel's less expensive quote included the pet door in the glass plus completely replacing the old frame. I took him up on his offer to visit the factory. Samuel showed me how they make the doors and windows to order for each job. I was very impressed and realized I'd be getting a door with a perfect fit. I also realized other quotes were higher because they must order from a 3rd party factory and have the door shipped to them. I needed the install within a week before the Home Owners Association was to paint the building. Samuel put a rush on getting the door made without charging me extra. While at the factory I was made to feel like my one door really mattered and I appreciate that I was not pressured into any other services like replacing my windows. He and Miguel arrived on the agreed date on time and completed the work in a little over 4 hours. Samuel even explained to me how they were sealing the frame to the house. The outside looked great and they finished off the inside with a nice trim around the frame. They cleaned up too and took the broken down door and debris with them. During the entire experience Samuel was polite and professional. He and Miguel were very pleasant on the day of the install and I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received. If and when I do decide to replace my windows, I will be giving Nuimage a call! read more

Our contractor installed 2 Nu Image (I didn't pick company) double hung bathroom windows over 8 years ago. They have been ok but the service has been awful since I asked for help on this issue. I am glad I installed another brand later in the rest of the house. My entire upstairs is windows that can be cleaned from inside, double hung and casement. All was great until the beginning of Covid when I decided to wash all my windows. The later ones were problem free but the NI ones? I couldn't get the screens out. I called and asked for help, especially since there is an inaccessible solid half window above one of them. I was told it was ok to call back when I was ready to have someone into the house. Well, called and a tech came out Mid march and said he would look into the problem. Nothing. I started calling a few weeks later in April...many calls and text messages. It is now mid June with no help or contact back on their part. I have to keep calling them. The problem? The company they used for that type of window makes them so the screen won't come out. I NEVER would have bought those if I knew! What if it is damaged? They keep telling me they are working on a solution but never update or have info for me. It is always the same. Trying. I am tired of calling them. I want my windows washed before summer is over. These had a lifetime warranty but I can't even get help with the screens. What will they for me do if i have a broken window? Actually, many years ago I called for help and they never got back to me. I solved the problem myself. So....will I ever get help? I decided to write a review and see if it lights a fire and also to warn folks to make sure their screens are removable. I have never heard of this situation before. read more

I was very happy with my windows from NuImage. More than anything, I was happy with the price. Overall, NuImage was the cheapest by far. They are the factory. In fact, I went to the factory before ordering the windows so I could verify that indeed they are the factory, and in fact, they are. They have a very large factory where they build all of their windows. My only concern is: I don't really love the locks on the windows. They are flip-up and flip-down latch type locks. I prefer spring loaded click to lock locks. But when I saw them again, after installation, I asked about it and they said they have both locks. All in all I'm happy. I don't mind the locks.
