Luis seemed interested, was friendly and, I thought, was willing to give me an estimate. So, he asked me to send him a picture (of the shower stall), with measurements and what height I wanted for the shower door. He gave me his cell number and asked me to text the information to him. He SAID he will respond as soon as he gets the information with an estimate. I said okay. I spent some time getting the information together and also consulted with my better half, then eventually text the info to him. No response in the evening nor by late morning the next day. So, I called his cell, no answer nor could I leave him a message. I then called the other number that Luis said was his landline and left a message. By late in the afternoon, I called his cell again, this time a women answered, bit couldn't understand a word she said! Sounded like gibberish or was talking really low and fast. So, I hanged-up and called the other number, left a message. As of this posting, still not heard from anyone associated with this company! Don't recommend, these people are totally unresponsive!
