I needed to find a backdrop for a play to make it look like we were in a high rise in Manhattan. Henry helped us achieve the look we were going for, for a fraction of what competitors were charging. Thanks so much Bing Banners! You're the best! It looks great! read more

I use bing banners for every event. My family loves them: they're quick & easy to order from. I always have last minute orders & they usually get them done the same day. read more

I absolutely love them! Their banners are great quality, inexpensive and the production time is fast. They had my order ready the same day. I love their "design center" option on their website. You can design your own banner by uploading pictures and clip art. I got lucky enough to work with Cynthia. Once I submitted my own design for print, she reached out to me to make me aware of low resolution on some of my art and let me choose to proceed as is or to fix. She even tried adjusting herself, but was still kid enough to consult with me. I'm amazed by her attention to detail, as my banner is for a very special and important event. I am still amazed at how quickly it was printed and how beautiful it turned out. The Bing Banner team is the absolute best!!!! read more

Ordered banner twice in one week, have used them in the past and had no problem, I need three banners by today, ordered them on Friday and only got two banners. I understand things happen, but the person who answered the phone called me bro, asked me why I was mad and said he wasn't doing anything to help me. I never expected this from them at all, very disappointed, never had a problem with the service before. They just lost a customer. read more

Very quick turn around time- My order was ready in 1 day!!! Quality is AMAZING GREAT customer service VERY QUICK email response time LOW price What more can you ask for? Everything about my order was seamless and I am very very satisfied! I love my banner so much, that I think I will order another with a different design in the next few months. Also, I referred my sister to Bing Banners after seeing how much a step & repeat would cost. She also loved her order... I am pretty sure she will also write a 5 star review. Terrible customer service. There was a delay with my order partially my fault, Partially the companies. So I called in asked for a manager and the "manager " Eunice got on the phone, she was rude, gave me an attitude and ultimately an ultimatum to either pay the overnight shipment of nearly $100 or to cancel my order. Terrible terrible business. If this is what your "managers" do find a new one. So upset and will Definitely Spread the word. read more

It always amazes me to see 4 star reviews for businesses that do their customers so, so wrong. Bing Banner is the worst printing company across America. A simple task that was guaranteed and could not deliver what they said. Could not print a 6 x 10 banner in a simple black and white color scheme. Muddy green distorted images and a promise from Eunice that she would make sure the print came out precisely black and white! It did not happen! And then lied to my bank about their "refund" policies. Still fighting ot get my money back and will until I do. they are a cheap looking print high priced company! read more

Wow! I was skeptical because the price was so cheap, but the banner I ordered for my daughters sports team is beautiful and the quality is exceptional! Thank you! read more

I am so impressed! I've been ordering vinyl banners for years for my photo booth company and the quality is always wonderful but I just received my order for the fabric banner and I am blown away with the quality! I will absolutely only be ordering them from now on, they're affordable, an absolutely perfect. Much thicker than I was expecting, smooth, image quality was great and it doesn't wrinkle at all. I can't wait to use it tonight. There will be absolute zero glare. wow and for only $145. Thank you so much! read more

terrible service when there is an issue with your order. I have purchased many banners from this company and did not expect the poor treatment I received when the poles I received for a client were broken. This was especially disappointing since my event was starting so soon and I was still getting a hard time from the customer service reps. read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered 3 banners from them which ALL broke after one use and is a simple fix. They first told me to email them with photos - which I did. Said they could fix it but wanted CA location to contact me. They never did after 4 weeks of going back and forth they finally gave me the number to the CA location which AGAIN asked me for photos. I told them to email me the address to send... again never did. I called again and the lady I spoke with was yelling at me told me they can't fix it and I need to buy new ones without even knowing what the problem with them was. Completely rude! I will never order from this irresponsible company again and will do a charge back on my credit card for their terrible rip off product. read more

Never trust a rating that uses lots of superlatives and only says positive things. This company is amazing, I love the banner they made for me, I am still baffled at how cheap it was and how quickly I got it. I didn't have to waste any time with doofuses since I did the whole transaction online. Their feet probably stink, or perhaps they're all plain-looking (that was the negative part of the review, so now you know it's true). But seriously, I would go outside and take a picture of the banner and post it here if that is allowed, but it's night, I am weary, and will see you in the funny pages. Cheers, Bing! read more

Honestly, this place rocks. I wish they had a location in the Valley and they would get 6 stars. Put your order in via their website and get a proof the very same day. AND for no extra charge, the turnaround is almost always 1 day! They do an excellent job. I scoured the internet for the best price for my Step and Repeat banner...an 8' x 10' banner with my logo. I had consistent quotes of $250 or more for the piece...I was about ready to fork over the money and then ran into this place. The cost was $135 including tax...and the price also Included are grommets or pole pockets. I picked it up at their location in Bellflower and all was good with the world. Friendly staff and excellent work. I will be printing my Vinyl Banners exclusively at Bing Banners from now on! read more

I was looking for a backdrop for an upcoming event and I happy to say that I stumbled across Bing Banners! I was a little skeptical initially because my first phone call was a little unpleasant. I spoke with a younger gentlemen who came off really rude when answering my questions. I held off for a little while because of the service I was given before I ordered. I called back once more to give them another shot (after reading the one yelp review they have). And to my surprise a VERY nice woman answered and helped me with everything from beginning to end! I placed my order via their website and less than a week later I got my item! :) To my surprise shipping was totally affordable - the box is very long. If I need anymore banners/backdrops I will be contacting them again! Thank you so much Bing! read more

BEWARE.....these people lie, are rude and are not upstanding business people. There was a problem with their software that did not take a custom logo added. It was there at time of checkout but once paid, it disappeared. Miraculously minutes later when verifying why logo was not showing they said it was already printed out and could not be changed. Went to store to pick up banner as it was and it WAS NOT printed out yet as they mentioned the day before that it already was and could not be changed......Total lie. Beside the rude and totally unprofessional customer service, to be fair......the end product is actually good. read more

I was supposed to receive a backdrop for an event and I paid for next day shipping. The company only uses UPS who in return changed my delivery options and my package was NEVER DELIVERED! When speaking to the customer service rep I was going in circles trying to get a refund to which I have yet to receive! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncharismatic to the fact that my backdrop hadn't been delivered and that it was supposed to be a very instrumental part of my celebration. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from here. read more

Not only are their products of AMAZING QUALITY, these guys are the FASTEST production house I have ever encountered! My partner ordered a new banner for us yesterday about noon, to replace one that was about a year and half old (BING did that one too) and it just arrived. FAST as blazes, quality, and you cannot beat them on price either. Bravo Bing Banners! You guys are rock stars! read more

I agree with the other positive reviews. This business is run efficiently and affordably. They allowed me to pick up my banner after only 2 days (avoided $50 shipping). It was perfectly done and just the way I wanted it. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Super fast turn around on a banner we ordered for our business - and the price was extremely fair. It's hard to beat a 24hr turnaround for an 8' x 8' banner. It came out excellent, vivid, and smelling like new vinyl. Not to mention they had by far the lowest price for this sort of job. Great customer service, great product, great experience! \m/ \m/ read more

I use them for all my banners because they are fast and inexpensive with a quality product. They are a jewel of a business!

To Start off they have horrible customer service. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a banner from them but when it arrived it has pink dots and smears all over. They refused to replace the defective banner. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! read more

I really wanted a step and repeat for my son's 16th birthday party... so I reached out and was referred to Bing Banners and they did not disappoint! It was easy to order online and the response time is fast and sufficient excellent work! reasonable! I highly recommend Bing Banners!! read more

I found Bing online and loved the low price. The quality of the work is excellent. They are very fast in printing the banners. I got a 2' x7' Birthday banner I custom made in photoshop made for $25. Both times I went to pick up instead of have it shipped and the staff people were pleasant and helpful. It is in an unmarked building, probably because of the equipment. Their price is so reasonable and turnaround so fast you can get banners printed for events you probably thought it was too expensive and time consuming to do. Highly recommend read more

Super impressed. Within a few hours of placing my order (of a step & repeat photo backdrop for a benefit concert we hosted), someone called me to confirm a few details, and a few hours later it was ready. I picked it up the same day. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The backdrop looked great. And the price was very competitive. I will definitely use this vendor again for my nonprofit. read more

I was preparing for an event and searched the internet for the cheapest price. Fortunately came across their site and found out they are located close to home. Banner was nicely done. Will definitely order again if I will ever need a banner. read more

I have been buying banners and window vinyl from Bing for quite some time. I have never been disappointed! Cynthia was incredible! Thanks guys! read more

The process of ordering from Bing Banners was very simple and the initial response time was very fast. I placed a rush order for a step-and-repeat with a 24-hour turn-around time, and within the hour had an initial proof in my inbox. I requested minor edits to the proof, and the company was very responsive. I paid for overnight shipping, and the next day received the step-and-repeat and the base (great quality), but not the poles. I tried to contact the shipping company that Bing had used, OnTrac, but was unable to reach a live person initially. I then called Bing, and what had been a positive experience thus far quickly deteriorated into a customer service NIGHTMARE. The woman who was assisting me indicated that there was nothing that they could do for me, that it would be my responsibility to follow-up with the shipping company as it was out of their hands. I indicated that I had tried to reach the shipping company but couldn't reach a live person. She (Bing) indicated that all she could do was provide me with their number and asked me "What else do you want me to do?" She told me that they ship out hundreds of these a day and can't keep track of shipping problems with every one (though I had paid $300 for overnight shipping). I then asked to speak with a supervisor as she was clearly unwilling to assist me, and she indicated that she was the manager that day. Her tone became increasingly indignant, and so finally I asked to speak with anyone else at the company - at this point, she HUNG UP on me for no reason other than the fact that I was requesting better customer service than she was providing. At this point I tried calling OnTrac back and was finally able to reach a live person, who indicated that the 98" shipping tube that Bing had sent the poles in had arrived "damaged," or rather empty. Not sure how that happened, but I phoned Bing Banners back and a young man answered the phone. I explained what had happened, including the poor customer service I had previously received from the woman at Bing. He kindly apologized and was very helpful in finding a resolution to my situation - he shipped replacement poles that afternoon to arrive the next morning. As a customer, I realize that some times things happen, but being in the customer service business myself know that rudeness is NEVER an answer when speaking with a client. While I was pleased with a majority of my work with Bing, I would likely not use them again or recommend them to other customers based on the rudeness of the employee who refused to help with a shipping problem that any other company would have willingly worked with me to resolve. read more

Needed a banner in a pinch and they did an excellent job, I received it in two days. When I created my banner and saw the proof I wasn't sure about how it was centered. I called customer service after 7 thinking I'll be leaving a message and immediately got a rep on the line -(Jennifer) she answered my questions and even e-mailed a final proof all in a matter of minutes. Can't beat the price either mine was only $21.45 plus the rush 2 day shipping totaled $44.00 and that's still less than half of what Kinko's quoted me. Will definitely use them again! read more

I was looking for a banner for my sons sport team and since we had to pay for it out of our pocket I was looking for the best deal, I had a bunch of flyers for other places that the people at the soccer place gave me but the cheapest I could find was $75. I searched the web and bing banners showed up, I went to their website and was skeptical because the price was so good, almost to good to be true, we took a vote as a team and decided we would give them a try, if it was a scam or turned out horrible than it wasn't too much money lost, well I placed my order on Tuesday and received it today, Thursday, I must say I am very impressed, it is good quality vinyl and the image turned out awesome, they sewed pole holes on each side for no additional charge. I love the banner and can't wait to show the team, I would recommend them to anyone. read more
