It always amazes me to see 4 star reviews for businesses that do their customers so, so wrong. Bing Banner is the worst printing company across America. A simple task that was guaranteed and could not deliver what they said. Could not print a 6 x 10 banner in a simple black and white color scheme. Muddy green distorted images and a promise from Eunice that she would make sure the print came out precisely black and white! It did not happen! So I called in asked for a manager and the "manager " Eunice got on the phone, she was rude, gave me an attitude and ultimately an ultimatum to either pay the overnight shipment of nearly $100 or to cancel my order. Never trust a rating that uses lots of superlatives and only says positive things. This company is amazing, I love the banner they made for me, I am still baffled at how cheap it was and how quickly I got it. I didn't have to waste any time with doofuses since I did the whole transaction online. Their feet probably stink, or perhaps they're all plain-looking (that was the negative part of the review, so now you know it's true). Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered 3 banners from them which ALL broke after one use and is a simple fix. They first told me to email them with photos - which I did. Said they could fix it but wanted CA location to contact me. They never did after 4 weeks of going back and forth they finally gave me the number to the CA location which AGAIN asked me for photos. I told them to email me the address to send... again never did. I called again and the lady I spoke with was yelling at me told me they can't fix it and I need to buy new ones without even knowing what the problem with them was. Completely rude! I was supposed to receive a backdrop for an event and I paid for next day shipping. The company only uses UPS who in return changed my delivery options and my package was NEVER DELIVERED! When speaking to the customer service rep I was going in circles trying to get a refund to which I have yet to receive! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncharismatic to the fact that my backdrop hadn't been delivered and that it was supposed to be a very instrumental part of my celebration. AND for no extra charge, the turnaround is almost always 1 day! They do an excellent job. I scoured the internet for the best price for my Step and Repeat banner...an 8' x 10' banner with my logo. I had consistent quotes of $250 or more for the piece...I was about ready to fork over the money and then ran into this place. I was looking for a backdrop for an upcoming event and I happy to say that I stumbled across Bing Banners! I was a little skeptical initially because my first phone call was a little unpleasant. I spoke with a younger gentlemen who came off really rude when answering my questions. I held off for a little while because of the service I was given before I ordered. I called back once more to give them another shot (after reading the one yelp review they have). And to my surprise a VERY nice woman answered and helped me with everything from beginning to end! BEWARE.....these people lie, are rude and are not upstanding business people. There was a problem with their software that did not take a custom logo added. It was there at time of checkout but once paid, it disappeared. Miraculously minutes later when verifying why logo was not showing they said it was already printed out and could not be changed. Went to store to pick up banner as it was and it WAS NOT printed out yet as they mentioned the day before that it already was and could not be changed......Total lie. I found Bing online and loved the low price. The quality of the work is excellent. They are very fast in printing the banners. I got a 2' x7' Birthday banner I custom made in photoshop made for $25. Both times I went to pick up instead of have it shipped and the staff people were pleasant and helpful. It is in an unmarked building, probably because of the equipment. I ordered the red carpet special for $300. the customer service is not bad but could be better. when we got the backdrop banner the logos were not printed to clear. this was for a big event i was hosting and it didn't look professional. i emailed them to reprint a new one and they said NO cause the file you gave us was low resolution. Well shouldn't they have told me that before they printed the banner and i would have sent them a higher resolution. I spent $300 on something that probably cost them less than $50.00 they least they can do is reprint the banner for me. read more

The process of ordering from Bing Banners was very simple and the initial response time was very fast. I placed a rush order for a step-and-repeat with a 24-hour turn-around time, and within the hour had an initial proof in my inbox. I requested minor edits to the proof, and the company was very responsive. I paid for overnight shipping, and the next day received the step-and-repeat and the base (great quality), but not the poles. I tried to contact the shipping company that Bing had used, OnTrac, but was unable to reach a live person initially. I then called Bing, and what had been a positive experience thus far quickly deteriorated into a customer service NIGHTMARE. The woman who was assisting me indicated that there was nothing that they could do for me, that it would be my responsibility to follow-up with the shipping company as it was out of their hands. I indicated that I had tried to reach the shipping company but couldn't reach a live person. She (Bing) indicated that all she could do was provide me with their number and asked me "What else do you want me to do?" She told me that they ship out hundreds of these a day and can't keep track of shipping problems with every one (though I had paid $300 for overnight shipping). I then asked to speak with a supervisor as she was clearly unwilling to assist me, and she indicated that she was the manager that day. Her tone became increasingly indignant, and so finally I asked to speak with anyone else at the company - at this point, she HUNG UP on me for no reason other than the fact that I was requesting better customer service than she was providing. At this point I tried calling OnTrac back and was finally able to reach a live person, who indicated that the 98" shipping tube that Bing had sent the poles in had arrived "damaged," or rather empty. Not sure how that happened, but I phoned Bing Banners back and a young man answered the phone. I explained what had happened, including the poor customer service I had previously received from the woman at Bing. He kindly apologized and was very helpful in finding a resolution to my situation - he shipped replacement poles that afternoon to arrive the next morning. As a customer, I realize that some times things happen, but being in the customer service business myself know that rudeness is NEVER an answer when speaking with a client. While I was pleased with a majority of my work with Bing, I would likely not use them again or recommend them to other customers based on the rudeness of the employee who refused to help with a shipping problem that any other company would have willingly worked with me to resolve. read more

Needed a banner in a pinch and they did an excellent job, I received it in two days. When I created my banner and saw the proof I wasn't sure about how it was centered. I called customer service after 7 thinking I'll be leaving a message and immediately got a rep on the line -(Jennifer) she answered my questions and even e-mailed a final proof all in a matter of minutes.
