I hate to write this review. But I was looking for a new local banner printing company but I should…read morehave known better when I arrived to place my order. There were two people working there. The lady, Maria was initially nice and helpful on the phone when I called, but she was perturbed when the other salesperson asked her to help me and snapped at him, telling him and me that she has to be at her desk to process orders and cannot be at the reception desk all the time(yellow flag #1 for me). I asked her a few questions and emailed her my files but didn't hear from them for a couple days until I called them(another yellow flag... but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt again...). I needed this printed within a week or so but when I called and asked, she couldn't give me a completion date. Instead, she told me "I was in the queue" which could mean 3 days or one week(?). When I sent her the files, she sent a proof showing all 4 images were 2ft w x 4 ft h, which is what we ordered. All 4 images shown on her proof were the same size. However, when I picked up the final product, one banner had a white border, which was NOT shown in her proofs. When I explained the border was not in the proof she sent, she said it was not her fault and that she just sends the images and "uses the file I send and does not alter it." However, based on the images she sent in the proof, ALL banners WERE THE SAME SIZE. I get it. My file was wrong, but that's why a proof is sent to the client, so the client can review and catch any issues before printing. Proofs are for clients to review and if there was a border in the file, it should be shown to the client. I would not have approved it if her file showed the border. She also argued the proof is only for color and writing. However, her proof agreement does not say it's only for color and writing. When I explained her proof is incorrect, she tried to sway me by saying the product "looks good with the border" and that "no one would notice". Really? You've got to be kidding me. The four banners are made as a set. It is noticeable if one is different. She told me she could reprint it but would have to charge me. What absolutely terrible customer service!Yes, the file was not correct. However, she "copied" it on the proof showing all sizes were the same and misled me (contrary to the argument that she does not edit my file!) and I received an unsatisfactory product. Had she copied "as is", it would have shown one banner to be slightly smaller than the other 3. And then to argue with the customer was the nail on the coffin for me! You're better off using an online site. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review based on my experience which overshadows a good product with the 3 other banners. I was really hoping to find a new printing company we could use for all our signage needs, one I could trust and have a good business rapport with. But I will never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn't think this was true because every other print shop can't do this! I filled out the online form asking for an estimate on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM thinking "well, I guess I'll hear back tomorrow". Nope! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. They have a customer for life. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.

Before placing the order, I made it very clear to Moonty that this was a detail-oriented project. We provided organized artwork, visual examples, and a detailed spreadsheet outlining exactly what was needed. We even put two different sets of uniforms in two different bags-- Moonty assured us that everything could be handled and completed by a specific date. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the complete lack of attention to detail. Despite having clear instructions, the final products did not match what we requested. Designs were incorrect, colors were wrong, and numerous details were overlooked. Out of 50 shirts, 19 had errors. We spent a significant amount of time organizing and communicating our order, only to receive products that did not reflect the instructions we provided. The project was also not completed by the promised deadline. We were given a specific completion date by Moonty, but the order was delayed. Throughout the process, we were told about other priorities such as Father's Day, graduations, and World Cup-related orders. While we understand that businesses get busy, customers should not be promised timelines that cannot be met. To make matters worse, we were originally quoted one price, but when my husband arrived to pick up the order, the price had increased! The same thing happened with hats we brought in for embroidery. We were told they would be ready by a certain date, only to be contacted at the last minute for information that had already been provided and then charged more than originally discussed. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When we pointed out the mistakes, Moonty told us it was not his responsibility to review the spreadsheet we provided. That response was BAFFLING. We created the spreadsheet specifically to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes. If detailed instructions are not being reviewed, then what is the purpose of providing them? We were patient, accommodating, and understanding throughout the process. Mistakes can happen. Delays can happen. But when an order is delivered late, nearly 40% of the shirts are wrong, the designs don't match the approved vision, prices change unexpectedly, and no meaningful effort is made to correct the issues, that's a serious PROBLEM! Moonty wasted our time and money. If you have a simple order, you may have a different experience. However, if your project requires accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
