This shop is great. I needed to make a couple laminated color copies of a pdf file. I called them in the morning, and it was ready in the afternoon. They were both perfect. Can't ask for anything better. Great, friendly service. Highly recommended. read more

The men who helped me at the Copy Shop were so patient with me. I am 81 years old and am not "techy". I did not know how to download my document to them to have it printed. They explained the process to me and I was able to email my manuscript to them. They printed my work very quickly and the end result was so well done and professional. I will use them again! read more

Quick to respond and super easy to work with. Our copies looked good and I wished we had the budget to make it look super good on better paper etc but the simple one was still good for what we needed. They were quick to respond too. I didnt do the pick up but hear that was easy too. read more

Absolutely THRILLED with the service, attention to detail, fact turn around, quality that The Copy Shop provides. Most of the work we get done from The Copy Shop is Elementary School related. Such as programs for events, mailers, stickers, posters and vinyl posters for outside the school. You CANNOT beat the pricing offered here. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a lot of time, headaches and money but going here first. It's the only place I will be using from now on. Time and time again The Copy Shop shows up and delivers! Thank you! Thank you! read more

Very responsive, accommodating, reasonably priced, and super pleasant to work with. I had a last minute print job 1600 copies on nice card stock, cut into quarters. They got it done and on time. Yes, I would use them again and would recommend others to use them as well. read more

Local MB copy shop prints all of the local business materials. They are great, and really responsive to questions. Their turnaround is good too, so just plan ahead for a few days lead time. read more

After looking at wedding invitations online, my partner and I decided ultimately that we wanted ours a bit more customized and ended up getting our own printed. Megan (from the Copy Shop) quickly provided us various quotes that were very competitive. She was also super patient with us, making several updates on quantities, sizes, paper style, etc. throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised when she even took the Photoshop files we had and printed out a physical proof versus a digital proof that so many places only offer these days. After finalizing the design for production, they were ready for pickup in just several days later! They look absolutely amazing and we can't wait to send these out to our friends and family. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future! read more

Every! Single! Time! I use The Copy Shop, they blow me away! I had a quick turnaround for a fan convention - needed 11 different 8x10's of tv show talent, 100 copies and 100- 12x18 posters. Sent it all to them one day, they had it done and shipped to the east coast the next! Made it with time to spare for the event and everyone was blown away by the quality of the 8x10's because they were on a light card stock that made them so much better than we expected! I'm just over the moon with everything! Their prices beat all others too! I'm ALWAYS gonna be using The Copy Shop for all our event needs! Thank you, Megan and crew! You're the best! read more

Our company just relocated near 'the copy shop' and in the spirit of giving our business to the city we are now in, we found The Copy Shop. Let me tell you, very knowledgeable, straight forward. No intimidation, reasonable prices and Megan knows what she is talking about. We had self seal envelopes w a crazy watermark and she handled it. We ordered business cards, good quality, she had the thick card stock we were looking for and the raised ink we were used to, was no prob for them, identical to what we had. She had no problem with our logo. So must say this is our go-to copy shop! read more

Huge fan!!! Will be coming back for sure. This place is the best thing since sliced bread. I designed my own Save the Date cards and needed 150 of them printed. I dropped by this store and so happy I did because my cards came out PERFECT!!! Reasons you'll love this place: 1. PRICE: my #1 reason for coming here. Makes you feel so happy you'll want to come back 2. FAST: I was in no rush. I even told them so, but they had it done in less than 2 days 3. FRIENDLY: and so helpful with paper selection and he even gave me tips on how to make my card less pixelated; I met random staff members there each time I dropped by and everyone showed the same friendliness 4. QUALITY: nuff said Trust me, this place saves you time from calling other print shops. They print envelopes too! Parking lot right next to store. read more

Great service and staff. I wanted a specific type of sticker (custom design, on a transparent sheet, with white ink in the design) and I wasn't familiar with printing of this type. The staff, Megan in particular, were helpful and patient with my request and my questions. They seem to mostly handle bulk orders, and mine was just one sticker. Picked up my order today, and I'm very happy with the result. Overall great experience, I'll definitely return here for any future printing services. read more

They did a great job scanning some old blueprints from a building project. Made some business cards as well - much faster than the online stores and got the rounded corners as well! Score! read more

Needed to get some signs laminated for work. Yelped the Copy Shop, here's how I did... It was a Friday morning around 9am. I needed these done and I needed them done today. I spoke with a guy who said "come on down, I'll give you a good deal and get them done quick." I felt good about the service and reassurance I received over the phone so I grabbed my signs and headed down there. The parking is just beyond the store on the west side of Sepulveda/PCH and shares with the dry cleaner. Plenty of parking for these businesses. As I walked in I was greeted by the same guy and he assured me they would be done by lunch time. Sure enough I go back in around 1pm and my signs have all been laminated. About $2.00 a piece! Fast friendly and affordable service. Will I again? I will use The Copy Shop for all of my laminating needs read more

I ordered business cards from this place and they told me it would be ready on a monday. That being said, I called them on Monday before I sent someone to pick them up and they said it would be ready the next day. I was too busy on tuesday to pick them up but I stopped by on Wednesday. I drove all the way from Hollywood at that point to pick up these business cards which should have been ready by wednesday. Nevertheless when I arrived, they had the nerve to ask me to waste more of my time and to come back on Thursday! UNBELIEVABLE! At that point, I couldn't believe it and demanded my deposit back. What ended up happening was that they made temporary business cards while I waited for them to print the ones I ordered and send it to me. I received it the following day. So they redeemed themselves a bit by overnighting it. Nevertheless, I don't think I'll bring my business or send any business that needs timely attention here. read more

Great guy (the owner)...I had to quickly print off a Post Office application, and he let me jump on his Mac, log in and search for the form. He only charged me a flat dollar... Great shop, I'll be sure to go there in the future! read more

Needed to get business cards printed in under 24 hours and worked with Leo to get it done. He didn't even flinch and was very helpful, even recommended to change the bleed before he printed them so I ended up with a quality card. Great value, great quality, would work with again. read more

EXTREMELY RUDE owner and employees. Horrible service and the owner tried to charge me $50 for a few sheets of computer paper. All after months of them overcharging me for all their services. When I asked him why he was being so rude and charging me ridiculous prices for no reason he got in my face and tried to act tough. Overall horrible experience. read more

The team here is great! I got my wedding invitations printed here and they look amazing! I stopped by initially to see how the print would look. The guy I worked with suggested some changes. I came back a couple days later and worked with Leo. He was very nice when I had questions and needed clarification on how they print things. I went on a Thursday and told me that my prints would be done on Monday. I asked if just part of my order could be done by close of business Friday then he told me that everything would be ready! I may come back to get other wedding things printed here as well. read more

I worked with Adam and other staff members to trim and score my paper stock for my greeting card business (I print my cards and hand-finish them at home). They are a real gem and I was super impressed. The Copy Shop receives 5 stars based on their: * Quality of their work * Shop cleanliness * Competitive pricing * Experience - they are a full service shop * Pet ambassadors! (they allow their employees to bring their dogs to work. Swoon!) * Staff knowledge * Professionalism * Customer service Cons: * N/A If you park in front of their shop, you'll need a quarter to pay for meter parking. But they are super fast and will get you out quickly. read more

Where should you get all your printing done? Fedex Kinkos? HELL NO! From the first phone call to The Copy Shop I was greeted by great customer service, easy to swallow prices and fast service that I haven't found anywhere else. They have been able to handle same day prints of large 4 foot by 3 foot posters or mass amounts of post cards. They are also very knowledgeable about everything printing so they can help you decide what you actually need. IT has been said you can only have 2 of the following 3 things, fast, good and cheep, but at the Copy Shop I got all 3. read more

Let me say that very seldom does one find a business that exceeds your expectations. The Copy Shop is the best copy place I've found for several reasons. 1) Service - Adam and the team at the Copy Shop go above and beyond to help their customers. They always have a can do attitude and are super friendly. 2) Quality - Everything they do is done right. I've never had them make a mistake on my orders. 3) Price - Compared to FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot etc etc, this place has much better pricing. You'll save a lot of money over the big guys. 4) Speed - They haul ass. Literally, they turn out orders immediately. Yes, I realize it's a Copy Shop, but if you want the best, this is where to go. Ask for Adam. read more

I am a big fan of the Copy Shop. Adam, Justin and Leo have been amazing! I had a last minute print job I needed done and Leo jumped right in and got done for me in the time it took for me to hop in my car and drive over (under half and hour). And of course, the prints were perfect. I needed a place to print something out from email. When walked in, I realized it's a real printing shop and not a Kinko's type place nor do they even have a computer there for people to use. But, the person in charge was very accommodating and helpful and charged me next to nothing to boot. Very representative of how a customer might be treated if they need the actual printing services they provide. Thanks! read more

Weddings cost a lot of money and you have to pick and choose where to spend. We did not want to spend $500-$1,000 on invites, so my fiance designed our invitations and we were looking for an affordable place to print them out. The Copy Shop was fantastic to work with! Their pricing was phenomenal and their paper products were just what we were looking for at a fraction of what our friends spent on invitations. We printed our invites/rsvp card with them AND they were able to address all our envelopes too! When calligraphers cost $1-$2+ per envelope, having The Copy Shop print the addresses on the envelopes in a nice font (they have a few choices of font) is a welcomed cost efficiency. (They can print your return addresses on the envelopes too, but we decided to get a stamp on etsy to "personalize" it a bit more.) As our wedding quickly approaches, we plan to use The Copy Shop for some additional printing needs such as programs, menus, etc. Great service, fantastic prices, and supporting a local business--all reasons to visit The Copy Shop! read more

I've been coming to The Copy Shop ever since I started working in MB. They handle all print jobs from each of my company's clients. There isn't anything they can't handle and they always get the projects done-- even with tight turnarounds. Leo is the best and so is the rest of the staff. Kudos to Adam for keeping the shop running smoothly. Definitely recommend this place for ALL printing needs. read more

I'd give The Copy Shop 10 stars if I could. Planning a funeral is stressful enough, especially within the timeframe our family had to make arrangements. The Copy Shop gave us ideas to improve the poster size photo we needed, and came through without hesitation of 300 beautifully printed memorial programs, all within a very short period of time. Our family is eternally grateful for the service we received from The Copy Shop and its staff. read more

The reason for 2 stars is because i have not been into this store so i could not speak on any more than the phone conversation I had with a sales representative. I would hope that he was just having a bad day and that this company does not run on the lack of customer service he gave me. read more

I have been using the guys over at The Copy Shop for nearly a year now. I can't understand the negative reviews I've seen. Nothing but great things to say about everyone over there at The Copy Shop. Highly Recommended! read more
