The service and their sense of calm throughout was everything we needed to get a large job done in less than 24 hrs. A huge shout out to Mr. Frank who answered that tech line EVERY SINGLE TIME with advice on how to streamline the process. Thank you Frank for taking the extra time to ensure that our programs were ready in time for our early morning flight to Ohio to say farewell to my Uncle. You really helped my family and I a great deal. Best in the business----first class. Thanks again... Other things to note: they have a gazillion templates to choose from. They also have a design program that allows you to personalize your programs exactly how you'd like....not exactly like using MS Word BUT very close. After a few mins it's very easy to get into a groove. You can save as you go, get proofs and take the time you need to complete over several days if need be. I highly recommend.

There are several template designs to choose from that can still be customized beyond the created build. The website makes it easy to work on the fly and return to your project as frequently as needed. The programs are great quality and make for a lasting memory of your loved one. Since the templates are prebuilt, customer service is accessible as needed, and the paper and print quality are great, I would say that even if the cost is a bit higher than other printers it is worth the extra spend.

Amidst all the hustle and bustle of wilshire blvd, this staples location felt spacious and dare I say, "Serene"? hahaha, i think my experience may have felt that way because of the excellent customer service I received. I walked to the back where the printing dept is, and a gentleman name Nate was at the counter helping someone, but he immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me. Wow! That's old school these day and I love to see it! After he was done with the initial customer, he came and asked me what I needed help with. I told him and Nate patiently and thoroughly walked me through all of the options I had available to me.
