    Staff response time is slow. They barely say hello. I came in for a return which should be quick. The lady at the desk had her back to me, didn't same hello was talking to, the manager I believe, Lanesha, Inesha, about some man she was missing. She never turned around. 5 minutes later, The manager says hello to me, staff interupts her asking for some boxes, manager points them out, staff is not sure where. I even turn around at this time to help find the boxes. Which were clearly right in front. You can tell from that interaction the staff is pretty lazy looks like the manager may not know how to manage young adults. There was a line of like 6 people looking frustrated and annoyed. I try to stay clear of places like this. Especially when it's something simple, because takes much longer than it needs too. The store is conveniently place by the Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw mall. Loads of parking. Wells Fargo next door

    Very bad service, a young guy named Dylan was helping me, he was all over the place and very slow, despite the fact that they were customers waiting. I ordered 100 images on cardstock. I asked for a sample, he was unsuccessful for like 30 mins. Between that that he went to help other customers, without letting me know of his situation. No communication, just bad customer service. Finally he asked for help, a girl named Amy assisted him in the printing. I agreed to the image. Then he left to help customers, without providing any information of the order. I looked at him & asked that's it? He said yes, ready in 2 hrs. I asked him am I getting a receipt, I wish to pay for my order. That took another 20 mins. That evening I went to pick up order, it was no where to be found. The very kind girl, helped on retaking the order & getting it printed. The next day Amy called me stating that my order was placed after 2 & bc of that my order was not printed the same day. Very condescending, I explained that I was there way before 2. She stated that my order was placed at 2:19, when clearly my receipt states the contrary. These two individuals need extensive customer service training. Period.

    Well, my friend Jenny's laptop and iPad were no longer charging and 3 places couldn't fix them…read more However, one place recommended MY TECH WORLD. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... She felt confidence in Pascal. He said he could fix the issues and he did!!! Bravo to a person of integrity and mad skills! Highly recommended!

    I spilled half a mug of coffee w. milk on my Mac M1 Pro work laptop. I was panicked thinking it was…read morefried. As soon as MyTechWorld opened, I called and spoke to Paskal who quickly cleaned my laptop and let me know what the damage was. He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.). He called me a couple hours later to let me know the damage was minimal and only a keyboard replacement was needed. I was able to get my laptop back basically brand new the next afternoon. He was so kind and informative. Easy to talk with. Would 100% recommend coming here.
