Waiting in line.

0 STARS! I want to share my recent experience at your Inglewood location to ensure it receives the attention it deserves. I went there to pick up a package after the driver was unable to access our building's call box. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with one of your agents, Carliss, was extremely disappointing. From the start, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and displayed no empathy. Most concerning, she seemed unfamiliar with FedEx's own policies, which made the situation even more frustrating. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important professionalism and respect are when dealing with customers. If I treated clients the way I was treated, I would likely lose my job immediately. Employees who interact with the public should be trained, knowledgeable, and committed to providing a positive experience -- this was far from the case here. I strongly urge FedEx to review this location's operations and address the customer service concerns reflected not only in my experience but also in the many negative reviews this site has already received. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously.

Mac laptop has been " missing" since Jan 18, 2020. As of today still waiting for that 2 hr window call back.

They don't answer the phone. People from the Philippines are answering the phone. They don't have any exact information about our package.

I explained that I had a full schedule of back-to-back meetings and had already canceled my doctor's appointment so I could return later if necessary. Despite explaining my situation, she refused to accommodate me. I returned at 11:00 a.m. and ended up waiting approximately two hours before my fingerprints were finally taken. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

I've been a customer since 2013 after my previous mailbox went out of business…read more Pros: -Pricing is excellent compared to competitors -24 hr key card access (one time $25 fee per card) -If your package is too big for your mailbox, they will place it in a bigger locker and leave the locker key in your mailbox. How cool is that? I haven't seen other mailbox rental places with this feature. The lockers are fairly big (maybe 24x24x24). They won't fit car tires, but they seem to fit most of my amazon packages. -All in one shipping services (though i haven't used this service). Cons: -Parking during business hours is a bit tough if you try to park right out front. No fault of them. There's overflow parking to the side and in front of Ralphs (30ft away, same plaza). The cigar and nail salons adjacent to them seems to attract a lot of traffic (cars). I believe Joe is the owner. He's actually a nice guy, though he looks serious most of the time; that's just his normal stance. Show respect, get respect. There are a few other staff members all whom i've found pleasant and super helpful. Regarding the negative reviews: Part of me wants to say that a lot of people leaving negative reviews may just be nit picky or people who are angry all the time or feel entitled to everything or want all the rules bent. You probably have friends like that. Most private mailbox businesses do charge $5-10 to dropoff packages if you didn't purchase it from them. Kind of makes sense to me since they are securely holding your package until it's picked up. If you don't want to pay fees, you should considering dropping off your prepaid packages directly with the carriers or the fedex kinkos or request carrier pick up. Of course if you buy the shipping service from them there's no extra charge. I've never had any issue whatsoever with any of their services and never had an issue with a package not being delivered (Amazon Prime in particular). If you want competitive pricing, 24 hr access with big lockers, this is a great place to rent.

They helped me with tape, helped me get the box wrapped and ready, and were patient while I figured out what I wanted to do. This location stays busy, which to me is a good sign, and every time I have come in they have treated me well. The only reason I am giving this visit 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipping cost. To send a box of basketballs was going to be around 200 dollars, and I just could not justify that. That is not really their fault, more the cost of shipping, but in the end I decided not to send it and ended up carrying it on the plane with me. Service and friendliness here are very good, and it is a solid place to go when you need shipping help. I am giving this UPS Store 4 stars.

Customer service was fine, no complaints there. But when they rang me up and said $62, I had to pause and make sure I heard right. Sixty-two dollars... to ship a box that wasn't even heavy? I tried to make it make sense. I even pulled one of the items out and mailed it separately -- and that alone still cost me $32 and some change. For one small item. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, and shipping isn't what it used to be, but this felt over the top. I actually stood there debating whether to ship it or just drive it to her myself. UPS is convenient -- I'll give them that. But these prices? They make you think twice... and then think again. Good service means a lot, but fair pricing matters too.

I've been coming to this UPS Store for years, but sadly I will never step foot in this store again…read more This morning (July 30, 2026, around 9:00 AM), I went in to return an Amazon package. The store had just opened, and there was only one employee behind the counter--a Hispanic male with short black hair. The day before, Amazon had delivered my item in the manufacturer's original shipping box (not inside another Amazon box). I followed Amazon's return instructions exactly. I packed the item back into the same original box and attached the prepaid shipping label that Amazon provided. Instead of simply accepting my return, the employee immediately accused me of lying about the box being the original packaging. I had to point out the old Amazon shipping labels that were still on the box (which I had crossed out with a pen) before he finally admitted that it was the original box. Then he continued making my life difficult by telling me my shipping label was "too big" and that I needed to make it smaller. At that point, it honestly felt like he was looking for reasons to argue with customers and refuse packages instead of helping people. Returning an Amazon package should take a minute or two, not turn into an argument. Thankfully, a tall Black employee with braids arrived shortly afterward and accepted my package without any problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first bad experience at this location. Just the week before, I had another Amazon return. Once again, Amazon had shipped the item in the manufacturer's original box. Amazon's return instructions clearly stated that no additional Amazon box and no shipping label were needed. I simply had to return the item in the original packaging. That same tall employee with braids insisted that Amazon would never accept it unless I put the manufacturer's box inside another box. I explained several times that I was following Amazon's instructions exactly, but instead of listening, I had to go back and forth with him before he finally told me I needed another box. Why am I being treated like I'm trying to scam someone when I'm simply following Amazon's return instructions? I've been a UPS customer for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this is the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. The customer service at this location is terrible. Instead of helping customers, they question them, argue with them, and make a simple return unnecessarily stressful. A good customer service experience means treating customers with respect, listening to them, and helping solve problems--not looking for reasons to create them. I have never felt so frustrated returning a package. This store has completely lost my business. I have also submitted a formal complaint to UPS Customer Relations because no customer should have to go through this just to return an Amazon package.

Staff like her should be promoted so she can assist with training the others (see below). As for the other two postal clerks working the same shift (whose names I wish I'd noted--one may have been "Clerk 29"), they get **ZERO** stars. They were rude and snapped at me when I explained that the USPS online system indicated that postal staff would print the required form at the post office if I couldn't print it myself (not sure why a printout is required anyway given that my information was in the USPS online system, but that's a rant for another time). They also snapped at me because one of the documents I was presenting was not acceptable. The overall interaction felt hostile, like they were looking for a fight rather than helping a customer. I have empathy for employees who are tired and ready to clock out. But when this kind of behavior happens, it creates an unsafe environment for everyone. After working several government-level jobs, I also know that many employees stay in roles they don't enjoy because it's hard to leave (limited alternatives), and/or because union protections can make it difficult to hold people accountable--even when performance is not at the level it should be. And now, after reading some of the other reviews about this specific post office, I guess I'll be worrying about my mail getting stolen! :D The above interactions took place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 between 4-5pm.
