I stopped by this UPS Store with a big box I needed to ship and the staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in. They helped me with tape, helped me get the box wrapped and ready, and were patient while I figured out what I wanted to do. This location stays busy, which to me is a good sign, and every time I have come in they have treated me well. The only reason I am giving this visit 4 stars instead of 5 is the shipping cost. To send a box of basketballs was going to be around 200 dollars, and I just could not justify that. That is not really their fault, more the cost of shipping, but in the end I decided not to send it and ended up carrying it on the plane with me. Service and friendliness here are very good, and it is a solid place to go when you need shipping help. I am giving this UPS Store 4 stars. read more

Now y'all... I walked into this UPS Store just trying to send a simple gift to my granddaughter in California -- nothing fancy, just a medium-sized box. Customer service was fine, no complaints there. But when they rang me up and said $62, I had to pause and make sure I heard right. Sixty-two dollars... to ship a box that wasn't even heavy? I tried to make it make sense. I even pulled one of the items out and mailed it separately -- and that alone still cost me $32 and some change. For one small item. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, and shipping isn't what it used to be, but this felt over the top. I actually stood there debating whether to ship it or just drive it to her myself. Never been to this location and will never return. As I walked in an old lady was asking one of the associates to speak to a manager (this should have been a red flag). The store was filthy! Pieces of tape, scraps of paper, and debris was all over the floor in front of the mailboxes. African American guy with braids, who saw me and didn't greet me WAVED me up to the counter. I walked up and said "hey man, how are you doing today" ... no response - so I said it again... literally no response! I process my return (with no words being exchanged). He finally says to me "I don't need the box" and I say "okay, can I leave this with you" he shakes his head and says "No" I walk 5 feet outside it a dumpster and throw the box away. Maybe consider parking across the street at Home Depot and walking over...... I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting any UPS location, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. This place is a complete rip off and has the worst customer service you could imagine. They'll make something as simple as dropping off an amazon package the worst experience of your day, just look at the reviews this place has. There is plenty of other UPS stores in the area, just take the extra five mins to go there instead. Let me start off by saying the only reason I go to this UPS location is because it's literally down the street from my house, but I would rather find myself going through the inconvenience of visiting a different location than coming back here. I have been here several times and I must say the customer service here is horrible. Every time I have been here there has been no greeting no acknowledgment when you walk up to the counter, you just stand there and people behind the counter are just talking and gossiping amongst themselves. They are extremely rude and the store is extremely messy. It's a very uneasy feeling to walk into a place where You don't feel welcome mind you these people work in a customer service base position. Spent $112 for overnight air shipping. Dropped my package off at 10am to arrive in Chicago the next day by 10:30am. I called my staff in Chicago the next morning to confirm it was received. It was not. I checked tracking. The package was still in LA. Whoever was working that day was sleep behind the wheel. Also while I was at the store, the person servicing me was not attentive. She was constantly focused on another customer who was being serviced my another employee. This customer was complaining about a shipping issue he had at this store. Unfortunately, it doesn't include a pandemic. Mailed package 19May and still not delivered. That is 18 days ago via Priority Mail service!!! (ugh) I suspect a lot of postal workers have been taking advantage of their generous sick leave policy to avoid working during the virus. So I came here the following week to mail two other packages. Surprisingly the UPS rates to ship Ground are lower than USPS rates to ship Priority Mail. Both arrived in reasonable time ... one 3 days, and 5 days. I am a big fan of Amazon "Try Before You Buy", and when I return those, as well as other items, this UPS Store is my go to spot. I go very early, so parking isn't really an issue, but I'm sure with Mike's Deli next door, and the very narrow parking spaces, it must get interesting later in the day. The staff here (I only deal with one woman who opens up on the weekdays) is, in a word, WONDERFUL. She always opens on time, is very pleasant, very helpful, very knowledgeable - and when there is a line, she's very patient and works very quickly. I have to say this is one of the better UPS stores I have been to. I had to ship/return an item. And there appeared to be an issue returning it not any fault of the UPS store. The owner Catherine and the employees worked very hard to assist me. In the end I was able to ship my item thanks to Catherine and the amazingly patient employees. They were so helpful and kind to me the whole time, even though they knew I was visibly upset. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. This is literally the worst UPS. I have a business where UPS is the best rate to ship my products and this is the closet one to my home. I literally dread coming here because the customer service is so bad. It's in a shopping center that is already stressful and hard to park in. The employees don't make it any more pleasant. They don't speak when people walk in. They will let a line pile up in this tiny space while they work on other things. I can see that there is more to their jobs than helping customers, but at the very least say "I'll be right with you". Nothing. It's gotten to the point that if I know I will be near another UPS and can drop off there I'm excited. I hate coming here. I could do pickups but where I live is quite complicated. Stolen Package. I had an awful experience with this UPS Store. I dropped off a package, paid for insurance, and kept the receipt with the tracking number. However, the package was never scanned into the system and the driver log was not signed. According to UPS Corporate, the store didn't follow proper policies. I am being told I will not be reimbursed for my stolen package, even with proof of insurance, a receipt, and a tracking number showing the package was not picked up from the location. After this happened, I read a recent review from someone else saying they've had items stolen here too. Be cautious when using this location! read more

They steal at this location. I dropped off two pairs of glasses. One was broke and one was not. The pair that wasn't broke never processed. I have the tracking number, but the item doesn't track. First, when there is a long line which there often is perhaps guide your employees to not be opening mail boxes or stacking trash or boxes, tend to the customers who are there waiting when there's only one person behind a computer and they need another person to assist the waiting customers. It feels like they have literally been given instructions to not pay any regard for customers, but to just go through the motions of a list that they are given of tasks for the day. There is no multitasking or thinking that is going on, and I imagine that is because of the instructions from Management. read more

I'm so down with this 2 rating. I never really had any issues here except for their lack of organization and service. They have packages all over the floor. It's hard to walk in there at times. Seems like they just store packages any damn place they like (especially where customers need to walk. Generally, the employees are less than personable and appeared bothered by business. This is until I dealt with a male employee that wanted to argue over an inch of tape. It was on the counter. Looked like a station for customers. I needed an inch because a tab on the envelope popped up. This dude was super rude with it. He told me that I'm going to be charged a $1 for that inch of tape. I asked why. He got kinda ridiculous. I told him he should take the tape off the counter or put a sign up. He had a response. I had a better response. Mind you, this is over an inch of tape. I decided I had better things to do. The woman at the counter seemed not to want to get involved (maybe he was her supervisor, who knows). I told her that I would give back the inch of tape and leave. And that is exactly what I did. Poor customer service and incredibly bad etiquette. We arrived at 6:58pm because we needed to send 4 large envelopes. We had to rush because they close at 7:00pm but we work long work shifts and could not arrive any earlier. We were greeted with pure disgust on the representatives face. You could see it through the face mask as she stared us down. As we handed the Spanish woman the first envelope she walks away and proceeds to say "If you have to send a lot of Sh**! I can't help you " And refuse to help while she proceeded to gossip with her coworker in front of us. Rotten experience. If I could this location would get NO STARS!!!! They are very tricky! I was dropping off Nike's to return, already had pre-printed labels. One of the three labels would not scan and the lady said she could reprint it for me if I email it to her. So of course, there's no parking at this location so I had to walk back down the street to get my phone from my car. Walk back to the store, email the label and then another girl says I owe her $2... I was like how, the other lady offered to re-print my label, she did not say there was a charge. Then the lady who offered to reprint came out and said, oh sorry I forgot to mention there was a charge.. so I took my box and left!
