I've been coming to this UPS Store for years, but sadly I will never step foot in this store again. This morning (July 30, 2026, around 9:00 AM), I went in to return an Amazon package. The store had just opened, and there was only one employee behind the counter--a Hispanic male with short black hair. The day before, Amazon had delivered my item in the manufacturer's original shipping box (not inside another Amazon box). I followed Amazon's return instructions exactly. I packed the item back into the same original box and attached the prepaid shipping label that Amazon provided. Instead of simply accepting my return, the employee immediately accused me of lying about the box being the original packaging. I had to point out the old Amazon shipping labels that were still on the box (which I had crossed out with a pen) before he finally admitted that it was the original box. Then he continued making my life difficult by telling me my shipping label was "too big" and that I needed to make it smaller. At that point, it honestly felt like he was looking for reasons to argue with customers and refuse packages instead of helping people. Returning an Amazon package should take a minute or two, not turn into an argument. Thankfully, a tall Black employee with braids arrived shortly afterward and accepted my package without any problem. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first bad experience at this location. Just the week before, I had another Amazon return. Once again, Amazon had shipped the item in the manufacturer's original box. Amazon's return instructions clearly stated that no additional Amazon box and no shipping label were needed. I simply had to return the item in the original packaging. That same tall employee with braids insisted that Amazon would never accept it unless I put the manufacturer's box inside another box. I explained several times that I was following Amazon's instructions exactly, but instead of listening, I had to go back and forth with him before he finally told me I needed another box. Why am I being treated like I'm trying to scam someone when I'm simply following Amazon's return instructions? I've been a UPS customer for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this is the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. The customer service at this location is terrible. Instead of helping customers, they question them, argue with them, and make a simple return unnecessarily stressful. A good customer service experience means treating customers with respect, listening to them, and helping solve problems--not looking for reasons to create them. I have never felt so frustrated returning a package. This store has completely lost my business. I have also submitted a formal complaint to UPS Customer Relations because no customer should have to go through this just to return an Amazon package. read more

Absolutely love this location! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist, making the shipping and return process quick and stress-free. It's located in a mall with plenty of free parking right outside, which is super convenient. I'm usually here to return online purchases with a QR code. Free and easy parking and very nice staff but I have two minor complaints: (1) Reception is terrible so you can't bring up your QR code on your phone (2) New tip jar on the counter. I am a good tipper in traditional venues (restaurants, etc.) but I feel like tipping is out of control these days. This franchise owner is obligating the public to pay their employees instead of properly compensating them themself. Obnoxious. I think that from now on I will go up to Venice Blvd. read more

this is my local ups store which is why I chose to go but some of the staff there are very rude and aggressive. I waited a couple weeks to see if I changed me feelings on this store before writing the review and my answer is no...horrible service. I went to get my live scan fingerprints done. I went in before Christmas and had my fingerprint scanned a few days later I was told by my credentialing agency that this UPS store put my Social Security number in incorrectly. I was never asked to verify my information after he typed it in the system. I went back to the store and let them know that I was told the fingerprints would have to be redone completely they told me they didn't have to do that and they change the Social Security number that still invalidated the results for my credentialing agency. I went back a third time to tell them that's what happened with the email proof and they accused me of trying to get something for free and said they just can't give me things for free when they did not do their job correctly. We went back-and-forth where I just wanted to get my situation corrected after spending $80 on fingerprints but they wanted me to pay another $80 to correct their mistake. I emailed the store because I did not want to go to the Yelp route and got no response. I called the store and was given the runaround when I wanted to talk to the manager and had a call three times before the manager told me I would have to pay for their mistake. I forwarded her the her the proof that what the store sent was invalid. After another day, she finally told me I could come in and get my fingerprints redone. So four visits to the store and four phone calls later and three weeks it took to get this issue resolved because of their employees negligence which they admitted I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct the mistake, but they failed to do so in a timely manner. When I returned the next employee did have me check the information entered in the system for validity. read more

The manager who looks like he sits all day behind the counter with his back to customers won't move unless he's chiming into a conversation that he doesn't know what he's talking about. Brought boxes in to ship, no tape was out on the packing counter. So I walk to the counter and the guys proceeds to tell me I need to pay for tape? Since when. That's not the case ever. The manager chimes in and finally waddles over to where the tape was NOT supposed to be and hidden and tells me it's my job to tape the boxes. Of course I would tape them if the tape was out. Then to tell me to pay for tape when I have prepaid boxes via ups is crazy. Don't come here. Lazy employees who don't want to do their job. read more

Excruciatingly bad experience. I had a package that was sent to me close by in Culver City without any signature or delivery restrictions. UPS refused to deliver it without signature, so after 2 attempts (and 2 calls to customer service that yielded no result), I directed it to this access point. I waited 6 DAYS (which is unacceptable) for it to be marked as delivered to this store, but when I went to the store, he said they didn't have it and had no idea where it could be (a complete lie). I called UPS customer service from the store, waited for 20 minutes while he watched me, and UPS told me that the access point hold had been refused by the store. Only then did he admit yes, that was true that the package was rejected. Because they only allow 10 TOTAL PACKAGES to be held for access point pickup. TOTAL. During the holidays?! But they of course accept the package first so it shows up as awaiting pickup, THEN they refuse it and send it away. So I have no idea where my package is or how to get it now. UPS customer service and everyone at this store literally offered no help. I live half a mile away and have used this store for all of my shipping and return needs, but I'll never use this store for any reason again, and I'll actively avoid buying products from companies who use UPS. read more

Needed notary service. The gentleman was professional, knew what he was doing and the wait time was short.

I made an appointment for notary services at 10:00 AM. I walked into this store with my Fiance at 10:00 AM only to be told that the person that does Notary services was not there and would not be there until 11:30 AM. I explained to Art (the owner) and Melvin that my Fiance and I both took time off from work to make this appointment. What happened next is why I am leaving a 1 star review. All 3 of the workers, Art, Melvin, and 1 other male who's name I did not get, began to pull at any straw possible to brush off any sort of accountability for the error they had made. Art even started blaming the system saying that there was no appointment set for 10:00 am, and we literally have 2 confirmation emails (I'm attaching 1 for proof, the other is identical, sent at a different time). They told us we were wasting our vacation time and to just go somewhere else (although they were the ones that were wasting our time by not properly servicing an appointment). After repeatedly trying to explain the situation from my perspective, all I wanted was an apology. I even told them, I said, just own up to your errors and apologize and we will be on our way. Silence. Three grown adults just refusing to have a single ounce of accountability. Eventually, the owner, Art, begrudgingly apologized, an inauthentic apology which had 1 intention - brush-off the situation and get it over with. I got my apology and we were on our way out of the door when the next thing happened. One of the customers yelled out an expletive (F you) followed by a threat saying "I will kick your ass" as he pointed his finger in my face. And what did any of the three workers do? Absolutely nothing. They hid behind this intruding customers threats instead of asking the customer to not yell expletives and threats. I know this review won't do much in terms of business impact to the location, nor will it dissuade customers to visit this location. My hope with this review would be that three grown adults read it and reflect on their lack of accountability and seriously consider stepping up their basic social skills, if not their customer service. I will even give an example of a possible solution a grown adult could have offered - Sorry sir, the person that was required to be here for your appointment is not here. Because you both took time off from work, please come back for another appointment and we will waive the cost for the notary service. But instead, I had to deal with 3 children that could not take a single ounce of accountability. Sad. I feel sorry for you Art. By far the best UPS I've ever frequented and I have indeed been to many other UPS stores (that contribute to UPS 'bad name'). All the guys and gal here are always nice and most importantly, they firmly enforce the physical distancing and safety measures. One time, this one customer was a tad eager and in a rush and tried to walk inside instead of waiting outside -- no more than 2 ppl in line inside + customers at the counter being serviced. One of the employees calmly but loudly told that impatient customer to please wait OUTSIDE. Yes! Anywho. I've been going to this UPS for a decade, so about time I submit my 10-star review. It's a family run business too. Oh and today, I had to rush off a package last minute and they took care of all the packaging too & figured out best cost to ship 2-day for $12 vs. next day $82 that is so not worth it. Happy to have this UPS store in my neck of the woods. Especially during this pandemic when Amazon returns are not uncommon. LOL. read more

My family and I have been waiting outside for the past forty five minutes because we're awaiting the notary yet cannot wait inside because this particular facility chose to only allow four people within. They also prohibit appointments for such services. Why must we wait in the hot sun? Why can't this be accomplished expediently? There's nothing reasonable about this. Others are continually helped thus preventing the line from dwindling to zero, thus making this whole process impossible. We arrived right when they opened anyway! THE STAFF HERE ARE COMPLETE A$$H*LES! I attempted to bring in some packages today and was turned away at the door. The tall Caucasian man who usually works there said "Sorry, we are unable to take any packages more packages today". This would have been ok as it seemed that the store was a little full with packages... however this was not the first time I have been rubbed the wrong way at this location.... The guy proceeded to tell me that "Yeah, we aren't really taking those coffee bags at this location anymore either". That comment was what pushed me over the edge. I bring in bags of used Nespresso Capsules on a regular basis which is part of the company's recycling program. This is supposed to be a "feel-good" thing as we are doing our part to keep the used capsules out of landfills. The coffee is composted and the metal is recycled by a recycling facility in Fresno. Every single time I go in there with my bags of capsules the staff behind the counter looks at each other and snickers/ give dirty looks... they act like it's such an inconvenience and super annoying that I am bringing in the recycling bags and their sh*tty attitude is so incredibly awkward and off-putting. As a courtesy, I always make sure to use strong duct-tape to ensure that the bags do not leak or bust open. I will probably never return to this store again as I am Sure they will read this review and know exactly who posted it... Parking also sucks here so just avoid this UPS Store altogether if you can help it. read more

I am so ANGRY! I just left this UPS store and have never been so dissatisfied with customer service. First, I ordered my print through the UPS website. I paid for it online and the order confirmation said it would be ready before 4:30pm. It was about 10am and I figured I would be notified when it was ready. Fast forward to 5pm. I headed over to the store, waited in line, and spoke with Randall. He seems genuinely baffled about my order. He shuffled some papers around and asks me what I printed. I told him I had 5 pages of medical paperwork printed through the website. He walks over to the computer and still has no idea about my order. He says if it came in through the website, he cannot print my document. For some reason they do not have the password to the computer used to print documents. He said there's nothing he can do and suggests I come back tomorrow. I asked him why they did not notify me if there was a problem with my document and he said they did not even know they had an order. They do not get notifications when they come in. He also said the woman who checks the computer is not in today. So I asked him what they did when she is not there, like today. He said, "I don't know", but they do not check the computer. Either way, he had no access to my document and that was that. Then, he went over to another customer and began helping her - without actually finishing our conversation! No apology. No realistic suggestions. Nothing. I already paid for the document and I need it for my appointment tomorrow morning. I am so frustrated and they offered zero support or assistance. Talk about disappointing. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I do not know why they offer that service on their website if they do not have it available. read more

The gentleman working there today (middle age, grayish hair) was on some sort of power trip to not allow Amazon Returns. He shut down two people in front of me - so I went to someone else. The guy I got was nice but the "no Amazon" guy started hollering at him that my "box was too big". The guy looked at the box (which was a small Cinderella slipper perfect fit). And the nice guy shrugged and said "looks perfect to me" Later in the day had another return and took it to the El Segundo store. Nicest guys ever at that one and no issues. So this incident seemed Culver store specific. Advice to management. Treat people doing returns nicely. read more

Thank you! The team at this store helped me 4 days in a row as I was clearing out a storage unit and shipping all varieties of items. A special shout out to Trevor especially on all the days and also to Adrian on day 4. The first three days I went directly after the storage unit closed at 6pm in order to arrive at this UPS store as early as possible before they closed at 7pm. On my last day in town, I arrived at the UPS store earlier in the day before my flight and they worked with me to estimate the cost of my final shipment so that I could continue onward to the airport. I appreciated your going above and beyond to work with me.
