I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

I live just down the street and was actually excited to finally have a nearby place where I could print and laminate regularly and become a consistent customer. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the beginning. The store manager stated she did not receive my emails, even though I had sent them multiple times. After about 20 minutes and after seeing my frustration, she finally allowed me to resend the files in person. However, once she began laminating, she did not show me the prints beforehand or inform me that there were blue lines on the images. She placed the laminated papers into a folder and walked away without letting me review them. When I finally saw the documents and noticed the blue lines, I brought it to her attention. She responded that I had already been charged and refused to refund the lamination, stating that she had already used the materials. I attempted to meet in the middle by offering to pay for two replacement prints, since the issue was only in the middle of the page and I was willing to work with it. Even then, she refused to refund any portion of the lamination and insisted on charging me, ultimately only reducing the cost to $1.44 instead of offering a reasonable partial refund or solution. I ended up wasting over an hour for four pieces of paper to be printed and laminated, with poor communication and no accountability for the quality of the work. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given how close I live and how willing I was to become a regular customer. I would not recommend this location. Save your time and go to FedEx instead.

Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.
