We asked them to supply a Logo on our equipment. They made two errors with the artwork and this delayed the project by two days. Terrible service. No one answers the phone. You go there and they don't open until 9 am. They close weird hours for lunch. Not consistent. Turn around time takes month. Don't think your using a local store and getting the work done there, instead work is sent out to be done to increase turn around time. I trusted this place with my signs and personal craft, just till one day so far ago they did a bad work order for me, they did apologies but when I asked for my money back, the partner-owner of this location turned around and told me "I don't even have your name or that work order, and the job was not even paid for" "-So, what is that you are talking about". DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR SIGN PRINTING IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH. They do not print in house and can not always complete orders in the time frame they claimed they could. I called fast signs and spoke with Hannah. She wasn't sure if they would be able to complete my sign in the 48 hour time period I requested, but she said she would talk to her boss. She called me back and let me know that they would be able to complete my project on time with a rush fee and a deposit for half of the total. I forwarded my images over for them to work on and went back and forth with Hannah all day about the design. at almost 4pm I got a call from Hannah saying that they would not be able to complete my project unless I paid a 100% rush fee or that she would refund my deposit minus the design fee. She wanted me to pay DOUBLE for the sign after we had already agreed on a price and I had paid a 50 % deposit. The design looked nothing like I requested it to look like- not even the right colors- it was missing my company website- I really couldn't believe that they would even try and charge the design fee when they didn't even come close to completing what I asked for. When I asked to speak with the owner he didn't even try to charge my design fee- he knew he was in the wrong. So now I had to go and find a different printing company that could actually complete my project in an even shorter time span. -They do not communicate with their customers -They do not follow design instructions -They do not meet agreed upon deadlines -Horrible customer service read more

When they say FAST they mean fast! My company had a last minute event on Saturday and it was Thursday. We needed 2 custom car magnet signs and I was worried we wouldn't have them on time, until I got a hold of Fastsigns. Keith was so helpful and quick to respond to my emails. I needed a quick, small decal project for our Cub Scouts. I found Fastsigns through doing a Google search. I called and spoke with Brandon, the graphic designer, who is short handed (no CSR on staff) still takes time to speak with me and listens to my request. I am thankful that he was able to do a less than 24 hour turnaround for my decals I needed by this Saturday. The first time I needed a banner for my bachelorette. party and they not only helped with the design, but suggested a great material for the banner! Absolutely amazing customer service! The Fastsigns Long Beach team really came through for our event, last minute and saved the day. Our 1500 person event was on a Sunday morning, UPS had held our banner order hostage and wouldn't deliver until Monday.
