Sean and his team were wonderful throughout the entire sales and installation process! I went back and forth for over six months on whether or not to spend the money on this sign. I was having a hard time justifying the ROI. But after renovating the entire interior and exterior of the laundromat, the existing sign just did not go with the whole re-branding. The night the sign went up, we began receiving such positive feedback from customers. The best part is that it seemed as though our wash and fold business started to improve overnight! In hindsight, I wish that I would have replaced the sign one year ago. That is the best advice that I could pass on to any other small business owner!! read more

Jeff was amazing for explaining and hand holding me through the process of putting my sign together. DN signs gave their expert opinion and I love how my sign for my Beauty Supply turned out. I will be recommending this company. read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Sean and Jeff at DN Signs. They created and installed two signs in our Long Beach office on a tight timeline. They were communicative and easy to work with and contributed creative input to our designs. We appreciated their honesty (they pointed out something during the installation that needed to be repaired and returned the next day to fix it) and their expertise in neon in particular was superior to other companies we contacted. Highly recommend! read more

Sean and his team did a great job of installing three signs for our newly built restaurant. He also helped me get through the approval process of getting a sign variance by personally appearing at the city council meeting to present our sign plans. On top of that his prices are very competitive compared to other sign companies. I highly recommend his services. read more

Two years ago they custom fabricated a hot pink neon sign in a very specific font that I wanted for my salon. It was a statement piece and the craftsmanship was impeccable. I had it installed into the drywall and when I recently moved they were able to move, re-fabricate, and reinstall it for me. I really appreciate the attention to design, customer service, and care they take throughout the process. Highly recommend their services! read more

After months of obsessing over the idea of having a neon sign made for my living room, I finally pulled the trigger! I found DN Signs, a local Long Beach business, perfect! I worked with Sean, who was able to turn my idea into reality! Communication was quite through and prompt. It was also fun picking the different glass/gas colors! I now have this fabulous gem that sits in living room. I'm quite happy! Thank you DN signs! read more

Jeff was so wonderful to work with! We had a lot of city and building-specific limitations to work with and he was not only so patient and understanding, but really delivered a beautiful product that we are so happy with! Highly highly recommend! (Of note: we did a lot of research on companies for our sign and DNS far exceeds the competition in every way!) read more

Working with DN signs was great! Our company ordered 3 signs which all turned out great and were delivered within the time frame in which they were scheduled to be completed as well as in the correct size. Jeff and the rest of his team were all very friendly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend them and go back to them if we need their services again. read more

Worst place ever, asked for an 18 inch sign, each letter 6 inches that said BAR, and was delivered a 12 inch miniature sign with 3 inch letters. Handed over 3 hours late on a Friday not wrapped or boxed at all. O, and for $600. Similar signs sell all over the web for under $100. Will be requesting a full refund. Avoid at all costs. read more

Sean and his team of workers at DN Signs are the best. Their attention to detail and getting the job done right and on time are second to none. I highly recommend DN Signs for high-quality sign work. Thank you, Sean, for a job well done. Jesse Valencia, PT, DC read more

Chose to go with this company because they credit the drawing to the actual price of everything. They finished the drawing (poorly / my landlord did not accept it) and said they won't be able to make it by the deadline - instead of telling me that before I gave them the money to make a drawing that I could have easily made myself (put my logo on a wall). Other companies charge WAY less for better drawings, so if you choose to go with DN Signs, at least get your drawing elsewhere. Also, this company will not give you a quote unless you already have a drawing (which is why they credit it to the final cost) which is still higher than any other company I have felt with. My recent business experience with DN signs was very positive in every way, in fact it was just too positive to not take the time to give a big shout out to these guys! Sean was fantastic to work with, he gave very competitive quotes up front, worked with me on exact design, and executed everything as promised. We had tight time restraints for our company project and the DN sign team pulled through, the finished product was even better than expected! The pride they took in design and installation really showed and I am eager to use them again for upcoming projects. I will post a photo of the finished sign located in our Beverly Hills lobby. Thanks guys for great quality and impeccable service! read more

I found this place on Yelp and talked to the owner Sean who was very responsive to my message. I had an old table neon sign that I needed fixed and they tested it and also thought it was just the transformer that had gone bad in the base. They said they could fix it for $120. This was way more than the whole sign cost 20 years ago, but the original company was out of business and I have had this 3 color neon lighting my entry way of many apartments and houses for so many years, I just had to get it fixed. They said it would take a few days, and I called them just under a week later and they said it was done so I picked it up and it's working great. Very glad to have found this place. After Googling neon transformers, they aren't cheap, so all in all this was a good deal. read more

I was looking for a sign vendor for my new shop The Pie Bar and called DN Signs. Sean answered on the second ring and set an appointment to come meet me the very next day. I had reached out to several other sign companies and no one gotten back to me. Sean was professional and knowledgable about the entire process of which I knew nothing about. From design to permitting to installation everything was on time and on budget. I highly recommend DN Signs!! read more

I am so impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of DN Signs! We needed help with a very loved family NEON sign. We needed a sizable repair. Sean and his team provided outstanding service! I highly recommend DN Signs! Thank you! read more

My wife wanted to do something unique for our son and his room, such as a neon sign. After doing some research, I came across DN Signs website and sent an inquiry. Sean called and we discussed our idea. He directed me to some signs his company created, we picked a style and he sent us a drawn up template of what we discussed. After approval of the template, Sean went to work and in a couple of weeks, our sign was ready. The template did not do the sign justice. We were blown away with the real deal and it looks amazing hung in our son's room. Cost was reasonable, workmanship is great and service was amazing. read more

I had reached out to DN Signs via online and got a follow-up phone call in almost no time! Sean was very responsive, thorough and an absolute delight to work with. Dropped off a neon sign I had purchased on Amazon. I knew it was too cheap to be true but I bit on it anyway. Sure enough it worked great for one party and promptly died, so I took it to Sean. He had to swap out some of the cheap Chinese components and when it failed again (no fault of his; more bad components) he re-wired some of the tubes for no additional charge. These guys are serious about taking care of their customers and I highly recommend them. read more
