LBG has earned my business for life (as long as I'm in L.A.)!!! I had a last minute birthday gift planned for my boyfriend but wasn't sure how to make my vision come to life. He's extremely tall, so finding good-quality and unique pieces of clothing that fit him properly is always a very difficult task. I like to buy or find him specialty-type clothes because Amazon only has so much to offer, and I feel bad for his struggle, lol. Anyways, I called LBG and asked if I could pay to have a detailed image/poster of Dr. Strange printed on a 3x article of clothing if I brought them in, and I only had one day before my boyfriend's birthday so I was in a time crunch. I worked a plan out on the phone with Long Beach Graphix, the staff member I spoke to that night was super helpful, and I had all my questions answered within minutes and felt confident I would get the gift in time. The following day I came in at 1 pm and brought my own poster image of Dr. Strange (Marvel Universe) on a USB flash drive and the 3x sweatshirt. I was not expecting much because the quality of screenprints I've received elsewhere has been subpar. However, this was not to be the case at Long beach Graphix! By 4 pm I had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind sweatshirt for my 6'9" boyfriend. It looks and feels fantastic! I was beyond impressed with the quality of printing, I believe we did a Digital Graphic Print, and my boyfriend LOVED the personalized gift. I will say, it's a delicate image but looks incredible so we know to hand wash or delicate cycle it, and hang dry. It should last a long time with proper care. My jersey got damaged in the dryer. They assured me that they'd be able to remove the printing and replace it. I was told it'd take 5-6 days; I didn't hear from them for over a week so I called for an update. They lost my Jersey, asked what it looked like and the name it was under, later called saying they found it and started working on it, a week after I dropped it off and called for an update. They told me that they couldn't remove the font and they stained it with a chemical. The conversation ended with the man I was talking to just going silent. So this is the 2nd year I've gone with Esau and LB Graphix with our team t-shirts for the Greater Los Angeles Congenital Heartwalk and I'm happy to say that I absolutely love working with them. Now I referred a friend to this place after asking for a place near our beach houses. I support small business because I'm a small business owner and I simply pay it forward. The order was simple please provide a simple stitching and embroidery of a fitted hat. If and only if the sample work was pristine a large order would follow. The guy sitting behind the counter of this walk-in shop insisted that we order twelve and that he could only do a print. After reviewing the work it looks as if it we could only compare it to a "press on nails" job...and much closer to a kids iron on. Literally the lines were not sleek and it did not pop at all! The bar is high because a logo is much like a tattoo...your company will live and die on its presentation...it's who your company, is the depth, the color the foundation the free flowing lines that represent strength and courage on the mantra that your company will stand by through the fire of survival ! Long Beach Graphics failed miserably at doing anything memorable. Stay away from this place and go somewhere where they love their jobs enough that they continuously give you their best no matter how small job. How else does a small company survive? If a company doesn't want to do the work to keep the customer coming back for more like hats, t-shirts and merchandise hen why patronize their business? I used LBG all through out my time at CSULB and figured I could rely on them for a client project that I've been working on. My conversation with the staff was great, I went in to look at materials, and paid a deposit for the project. The next day I was made aware that they couldn't service me because they didn't want to fulfill the installment in Eagle Rock and that they had confused the address street for one in Long Beach. I was transparent with them and informed them that I had invested myself to fulfill the project with them. They came back with an overpriced solution for labor and installment which resulted in the project not being carried out. read more

Today was my second time in to Long Beach Graphix and this is the second time I have been astounded by them. Professional services offered by friendly people. The shirts I got the first time look as good now as they did when I got them two years ago. This time I came in to get some die-cut stickers for my company car. I was helped promptly and even though they had a bunch of customers coming in and out, I never felt neglected. I came here to get our logo on some hats and polos. I met with nick. We went over the logo placements ect. He had to clean up the logo Graphix and make some adjustment to correct the logo before embroidery. When the items came back, the embroidery was just not good enough. It was ok at best. (It was a very detailed and complicated gradient) I'm sure, had it not been for the gradient, it would have turned out great. That said, the digital Graphix work was superb. Nick did a great job delivering. Further more, the customer service is stellar. Nick is a pleasure to work with and the owner has proven to care about his customers and the quality of their work. Although I will have my difficult logo embroidered elsewhere, I will definitely return for design work and will most certainly try them out on printing services. I so wanted to go and support the little guy, even pay a little bit more, and not have to turn to the internet for a, yes one, t-shirt. Thing was, the owner was too busy to smile and take my money. He had everything else, my logo, my shirt type request and size. He decided that it was easier to tell me the wait was about 15 minutes for the 1 employee to finish with his sale while he did something else, in plain sight! The capper? The 1 employee finished with his sale and a new customer walked in and he helped him before he even looked at me. I walked out. I don't have the time man. My request was one shirt, which, properly executed by you could have meant 100. Maybe not a lot of money to you, but by looking at the other reviews, the lost revenue based on poor customer service is adding up. I honestly do hope you stay in business because I believe in buying local goods, it just won't be my business. read more

As a company we have managers across the nation that would of used Long Beach Graphix to print promo cards but given that this print shop didn't print what we wanted the first time we decided to use Fresh Prints Design for all our printing. Fresh Prints Design (562-612-4600) will do a much better job because they print in-house and their staff is always there for you. We started working with Fresh Prints May or June of this year and have already sent them over 5K in business. We gave Long Beach Graphix a promo card that we wanted matched. A week later the cards were complete but they were the wrong size. Long Beach Graphix said if we wanted the original size that we requested we would need to pay for them. What they should of done was fix the issue so that we would continue to use them for prints. The employee Anthony is great at designing things for you. Esau is the owner that only cares about getting money and not actually about the experience you have with his print shop. read more

Once I got there he did everything in his power to try and help me get my Tshirt order in, mind you the other guy kept interrupting everything he would say and offer me. Just completely annoying. Leo had told me he could have my shirt ready by the time I needed it done and of course for the countless time peanut gallery once again cock blocked and said it wouldn't be ready until almost 5 business days out. It was just annoying that he kept doing that. I went somewhere else and boom no problem got it ordered and will be ready in 1 business day. But good luck to the rest of you! My schedule didn't allow me to come into the store and order what I wanted, but I'm was able to do it all over email and the phone. Esau made things so easy for me by sending me a link to their apparel items for me to choose from. I chose the style of sweatshirt I wanted, color and everything that I wanted printed. Then he sent me a picture of what the final product would look like. Once I approved it he sent an invoice and that was it! It was even ready a day sooner than I expected!! I told him that I was just looking at wanted some information. He answer all the questions and never pressured me to buy anything(I loved that). I told him if I could just get a price range on a design. I told him what I wanted and how I wanted it. He pulled it up and showed me, I told him that I would probably come back and order something because my dad's birthday was the following week. I went back a few days later and he remembered who I was and pulled up what I needed and told me he would get it made as soon as possible....3 days later I got a call saying my shirt was done! I had two shirts custom screen printed here a while ago and after a few days of wearing, the graphic started peeling off on both of them. I took them back, showed the staff, and they "fixed" them at no cost to me. Still, time and money wasted on less than stellar job.
