He works hard to make sure things run smoothly, and they do. My packages were always received safely and handled with care from tiny little things from Etsy to a battery for my car!! I got my passport photo updated here, mailed packages and purchased stamps. I always received an email when something was delivered so I knew when to go pick it up. If you have a mailbox here, the crew get to know you and this creates picking up packages flawless. I always felt like I was in good hands having all my packages sent here. I moved out of LB but I highly recommend this place. I lived in a loft in Long Beach where I couldn't have packages delivered safely, 4th street postal really came through for me during the pandemic too! She happily and efficiently did so, and I left in a good mood. It was a simple transaction but still a pleasant experience with good customer service. Came in a couple weeks ago to return a pair of snow shoes. I had already destroyed the box they…read morecame in, but they were in their case. The guy who helped me that day kind of rushed me. He scanned the barcode for this return and a QR code for the return of some pants and said I was good to go. Again, a bit rushed, perhaps because it was 10-15 minutes to closing on a Sunday. After a few days, the return for the snowshoes still hadn't been processed, and there was no way I was going to be put out $70+, so I returned and spoke to another gentleman there. He was able to locate the item - luckily it was still there with a paper taped onto it saying "missing label." I saw the guy print it, so I'm not sure what happened. This other guy, I wish I'd gotten his name, made sure to complete the return process and even invited me to stay in the store until I received the confirmation which was nice. It is on the university campus, but there are 3 parking spots available for quick returns.

The other ups store did not have any issues and took said item. I only wrote review because this has occured at your store multiple times and it seems like your store is just trying to make money bc everytime I go to another ups store they take item and dont say oh sorry you need to buy this so this appears to be a issue only with your location vs other ups stores. Just frustrating I have to drive to other UPS stores to do my returns vs yours.
