$5 to print a UPS Label. Fedex prints it for free. UPS should rethink their pricing. Especially because each UPS is franchised and individually owned, they can easily decide to print these for free instead of charging an arm and a leg. You own it, so set fair prices! read more

Always a quick & easy experience here! I typically mail Amazon returns but this time I mailed three extra large ThredUp bags of clothing. Can't speak on the value for all other items bc everything I do is free :) haha Mailing something is super easy with my neighbourhood UPS store! I'm here pretty often to drop off packages after work. I usually wait for a rep so that I get a receipt for the dropped off packages. It's pretty simple layout and they sell packaging supplies, copying, printing, packaging and shipping too. I also noticed lock boxes available. Service is quick and friendly. There is a lot of parking as it is in a large plaza that includes Amazon Fresh and Unleashed. Recommended! read more

After seeing the 2 1/2 star rating , I was skeptical and wary of what to expect. I encountered a very pleasant surprise! I was greeted by a very pleasant lady. I failed to note her name. I then explained what I wished to do. This lady scanned the QR code, received the material, printed a receipt, then advised I retain the receipt for 6 months, for safety sake. Total time 2 minutes! So I'm just hoping the boss sees this. You never know what someone is going through. I had the worst start to my day and was on the verge of a meltdown. No one knew it. I held my composure. I had about 8 things to send back to Amazon and I was stressing out in my head as I saw the line build up behind me. I told the employee that (Ryder) not sure how to spell his name. He said it's ok, we're here all day and it's ok. He literally took my anxiety away & I've never felt more comfortable at a postal service ever. He was so kind. I can't express the ease I felt. Most people are so irritable and rude. This kid was so kind. I also witnessed some crazy Russian lady being demeaning to him about something minuscule & he was so professional. You don't find that much. You've got a great employee & I hope you give him a raise. They are also taking all the heat from the local Amazon store closing next door. Feeling really disappointed with this store. On 6/21 I dropped off a package which was to be mailed USPS ground advantage, due to go out 6/22 and anticipated to arrive 6/25. This was an Apple Watch which belonged to my deceased sister and was being mailed to a family member out of state. The watch appears to have never left the UPS store. There are zero tracking updates after the shipping label was printed. I entered a missing package request with USPS but they route to the receivers post office and that wasn't helpful by any means. Called the store to ask about the package and make sure it was not overlooked; was told without anyone really looking that there are no outgoing packages that did not get picked up. Truly wondering if someone swiped the package for themselves after we disclosed what it was. Hard to believe there would not be additional scans by now if it actually made it into USPS hands. Edited to add: I emailed customer relations and store 1116 directly about this issue on 7/14/25. It is 7/21/25 and I am still awaiting a response. read more

I just called (Friday Jan 24) to do a notary 15 minutes before the location closes. I said I could arrive in 3 minutes. He came back on to say no they could not because they needed time to close register at the store. I said I would pay with Apple Pay. He said it would make them stay past hours and they could not do that despite being working hours. If I came and mailed something it would be the same check out process. I am not sure why their workers are lazy and unwilling to work up to their store indicated hours. read more

Avoid this place at all cost, they steal your packages if you drop them off to the wrong set of employees. I have been coming to this place for last couple of years, as I'm all in for supporting local businesses. There are two set of employees working here. Even based on negative reviews it's evident that some customer met the wrong ones' and positive reviewers interacted with the good employees. I had been lucky to interact with the good ones' (Marry) all these years until I dropped of my $1000 value package with manager Adrian and few teenagers. I was even nice enough to leave few bucks as tips since those kids helped me to pack the shipment. After waiting for two days, and seeing that tracking info never updated. That's when I realized that I need to call them. After calling several times they were 'unable' to locate and can't confirm if the package was picked up or not. According to Adrian store is not accountable of lost package because I just did a UPS drop off and he can't confirm if it got picked up. I was told I'll be called and informed once they locate but never heard back. I had to go through weeks to tyranny to sort this out with the UPS customer service and they confirmed that the package was lost. read more

They serve their purpose... having this shop close by in the neighborhood is easy and convenient. Stop off often to return the Amazon impulse buy that I changed my mind about or the Shein "nobody can fit" the one leg shorter than the other trendy pants. I even take my shred these bills bag. The people here all seem pretty friendly with a quick lift of the head to say "Hi" as you walk in. Occasionally it does get busy and the customers that play 20 questions with the counter help does not speed it up. Every once in a while there is an attitude from the customer because the truth hurts...and it costs, that gets snapped back down by the quick witted counter staff...you asked. They lost my package and said "There's nothing we can do". I left a package for return with bathing suits on July 7, 2022 worth $166. The employee named Nadine took my package and scanned the USPS code and assured me no label or printout was needed. Long story short, my package was never returned. I called a total of 5 times and went in once to this UPS store. Apparently, tracking numbers on the receipt can't help locate it. Today, I was told by a manager, Mary, that there is nothing they can do. It is not in their lost and found. I imagine someone took it home as I was told by Nadine to leave it unsealed and without a label with their store. As I understand it, they shouldn't have taken my USPS QR code, so it was a mistake by Nadine who was a new employee. I understand the mistake and even a lost package. I do not understand why nobody has followed up with me or tried to find a resolution. I asked if an owner could be notified and I was told to call back (for a 6th time). I am hoping this yelp review might get an owner's attention (and I have emailed). I am hoping for a refund and will update this review accordingly. I have been to MANY UPS stores for return and never had this issue. I would advise others not to go here. I'm a busy mom with two toddlers who was going on a vacation. For time saving, I ordered bathing suits to see if they fit and planned to return them if they didn't. Let me share a rather disappointing experience today with one of your new employee(s)... I came in like I normally do to drop off some amazon returns and outbound packages and when I presented one of my larger boxes which needed to be processed as a waybill, I was told "we don't do third party billing here." And then when I said I've been doing it for three years with this store. One of the employees switched up to say "well we don't do them anymore, our manager (Armando) said we don't." Armando, buddy I need to know when you're in so we can have a chat about this. We have years of good business relationship but I feel like your crew dropped the ball on this one. I have lived in my home for nearly 30 years and this is the closest UPS store. In all of my interactions with the owner, he is always rude and condescending. I feel badly for the employees that provide better customer service than he does. No wonder there is such a high turnover rate for his staff. I shudder to think how he must treat employees, if he's that rude to paying customers. I am glad there is a UPS store at the LBX. This is the worst UPS store I've ever been to in regards to customer service. The woman working at the desk with short brown hair is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful in regards to returns. She didn't explain the process for packaging and labeling my lulu's return at all & was even more rude when I began to ask questions. Customer service wasn't all to great or helpful. Originally I came in to use the printer to print one sheet of paper to mail out an item. The computer was not working very well and wouldn't allow me to log into google. I was still charged $2.00 for using a computer that was not working functionally. Then when asked if I could have them print out my UPS label the older gentleman at the store said it was a $5.00 charge for the one sheet... ONE SHEET OF PAPER? @ $5.00 is ridiculously over priced. How about a "sorry for the error on the computer we'll print out your label for the inconvenience." But now I'm out $2.00 and have to make another trip to another UPS store.
