I arrived at this location for an online appointment I'd made for notary services. The only issue was that I had made the appointment for a different location and only noticed when I'd arrived, in the parking lot. After cancelling the appointment I'd made, I went inside this location anyway with my document. It was not busy inside at all, which is probably why one of the two women working there were able to help me immediately. A few minutes, some pleasant small talk and $15.00 later, Nadia had notarized my document quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the service and the location is convenient with ample parking. I will be sure to use their notary services again, though will likely try to make an appointment online (at the RIGHT location,) just in case they are busy when I need the job done. I've been coming to this location for several months now, mainly because they have a convenient Amazon return kiosk -- and I make Amazon returns pretty often! When I'm unable to use the kiosk, the employees are always friendly, patient, and very helpful. Last month, I also used their notary services, and it was such a smooth experience. I booked an appointment online, arrived a little early, and the staff member who helped me was so sweet and got everything done quickly. The notary fee was $15, which I think is very reasonable. Everyone is so nice! I love coming here and being greeted by patient and kind people. Usually come for my Amazon returns. Lines get long, but you can always go to the convenient kiosks. Always prefer UPS over Whole Foods or Kohls. Hours are reasonable. Store is tidy. read more

This is a fairly  new store and I was in need of passport photos quickly. I called them to see how long they're open. The gentleman with a British accent was so helpful. Got there before they closed and they were so helpful. A few days later I had to mail a package out and  it needed to be there by a certain time. I went to drop off a very expensive package that I needed delivered ASAP. The clerk was very nice and seemed helpful. I Was assured that if I paid the extra fees the package would be at my destination Monday morning. Monday evening and the package is still in the shipping center and won't arrive until Tuesday. UPS would not do anything in terms of at least reimbursing the extra shipping costs. They told me the label was not even created until 3pm and given to the carrier to go to a facility at 5pm. The cut off was 2pm I am told. I went early to avoid exactly this situation. Needless to say I won't be using UPS or this specific store ever again. UPS ended up trying to deliver my package Tuesday morning before the business was open and almost tried again Wednesday until I called their Customer Service and asked that they try again the same day if I am paying for Next Day delivery. edit 5/11/2021 adding some clarification added a star for the employee being nice and the owner reaching out to try and correct the situation. read more

This is my local store and basically my printer because.... I don't have a printer. They've also helped me with Amazon returns and some sensitive shipments. Very helpful and accommodating team here - feel like they hire on-top-of-it and conscientious people. I've been coming to this store for a couple years now. Never had a chance to leave a positive feedback. They're great. Consistently good customer service. All of the people who work here are helpful and courteous. Not a lot of places have an overall good score in the customer service area. I came into this store at 6:25 pm. 5 minutes away from there closing time. Was greeted promptly and was taken care of in less than 2 minutes, all the while being very friendly. There's an older gentleman who works there who is also very helpful. Actually, all the staff is patient and helpful. Before I didn't know how to return an Amazon package, but they were so helpful and made me feel at ease. Very thankful for this store. read more

I usually go to a different location but their computer was down. A package with important legal documents was sent via tracking from this location. It was at 2:20 pm and the guy said the package would be given to USPS that day. The label to the package was created at 9:29 pm that night and the package was never picked up by USPS. I talked to this guy twice. He didn't want to provide a reimbursement and told me to file a claim with USPS. I've done business with another UPS store for years. This has never happened. I'm assuming one of the employees threw the package away because they forgot to give it to USPS at pick up. I don't recommend this location. read more
