Everything was good until our last order. Nothing was how we wanted, the logo was messed up and had typos, and rather then admit a mistake or try to fix the situation we end up being told it was the installers fault and we should have been there. Like I'm suppose to actually know how to install a logo onto a wall. Mind you I own and operate multiple businesses in northern and Southern California. I trusted this company. And have recommended my clients and people locally to use their services but after today's customer service and conversation which wasn't professional at all I won't be using this business again. I thought I found a hidden gem with professional customer service instead we are told we should know how to install or should have been at 1 of my many business to spend hours of my time watching the install. I feel scammed, lied to, and cheated because not only did I spend a ton of money on my wall logo I also spent a lot of money on the install. Not happy at all and hope to get a call back to resolve this issue because that's not how you do business. read more

SUPER quick and fast for your printing needs. I designed my logo and was ready for it to become stickers so I called Fresh Prints and spoke to Melvin who gave me a quote of $25 for 100 two inch diameter stickers. My friend had referred this place to me and told me that they were super quick. I emailed my logo to them and when I spoke to Melvin, he said that he could have them done in 2-3 days, which is pretty quick already. I get a call later and they tell me they could have it done in an hour. OMGGGG I was super excited. I seriously sent my email around 5 and went to pick up my stickers at 615. If that isn't speedy service, idk what is. Even Pizza Hut takes longer. I am definitely coming here to print my wedding invites one day. My stickers came out just the way I imagined it to be. Babooooom! FPD delivers again! After being out of the office for a week my boss lets me know we need shirts for an event that is about a week away for the annual fun run we participate in. In order to get a good deal she went with a friend's kiosk set up in some mall 45 minutes away because he promised to give it to her at cost. Be patient if you email...they will always respond but definitely have a lot of emails to go through each day. I was given a quote for 50 cents per post card and a $25 design fee (for one hour of designing). After I knew that the price was within my budget, I sent Rachel photos of ideas I had in mind for the layout (Pinterest pictures, overall theme for the wedding, etc.). Rachel drafted a Save the Date and emailed me the proof. I replied with feedback as to what I really liked and some changes I wanted to be done in order for it to be exactly what I envisioned. She created another proof and it was perfect. My fiance and I both went in to see the printed proof and we both liked the quality. Rachel was professional and incredibly friendly and helpful. Her personality makes you feel like "old friends." I had Fresh Prints print 100 Save the Dates and those who received them had nothing but positive things to say. You can do 5x7 or 4x6 for the same price...but keep in mind that if you want to use post card postage stamps then they need to be 4x6. When I see all five star ratings for a business, I get a bit skeptical, but Fresh Prints Design definitely earns those stars with great customer service. I needed cards printed for my business to replace the cheap Kinko's cards I had made in a pinch. I had a dynamic design for my card, but Rachel suggested I have the back printed with color as well at no extra cost. I asked if it would be extra to have other printing added to the back and she said no. How refreshing to get more for nothing! She also helped with some alignment issues. We had our wedding invitations, RSVP cards, programs, and guest name cards printed at Fresh Prints Design, and we couldn't be happier. Everything was incredibly high quality and the customer service was phenomenal. I entered this print shop for my first time thinking, okay I want to support a good small business but I'm worried that the price would be "wedding" inflated and it would be beyond my budget. I had no idea what I was in for, in a good way! Rachel carefully, patiently, attentively, and cheerfully listened to what I wanted (amazing considering I dashed in there right before they closed). When I was done with my probably 20 minute vague and foggy description of what I was looking for, she gave me very clear and creative options to fit my needs and budget. We ended up with an invitation that we adored that actually was under our very frugal budget - WIN! I also left the shop with a bunch of helpful wedding advice! Next came the programs and RSVP cards, much closer to the wedding. We were crunched for time, and trying to save every penny we had left. Not only did they get the job done, but they worked with our price point. We opted to fold the guest name cards ourselves, which saved a decent amount. You would think they would be trying to get rid of us by now since we were trying to spend as little as possible. What did they do? They threw in two little squeegee tools that helped with the folding process. Not only did it make the process MUCH easier and cheaper, but it was very creative pre-wedding date night! I'm amazed this place has 5 stars, because the service I've received is quite opposite. We put in an order over a week ago for two prints, my boyfriend had to call about 4 times to have them process the order, start the order etc... He called Monday (a week after we put in the order) to ask when the TWO prints would be ready. We were told end of day Wednesday/Thursday. He went by this Thursday afternoon, and they still weren't ready! He then had to wait 20+ minutes until they were. To make matters worse, one of the prints was cut incorrectly making it wrinkle when we put it in the frame. We will not be back. read more
