I needed a custom toddler shirt for our pregnancy announcement to my family. I found Biagio on Yelp and we immediately spoke over the phone and then emailed so he can know the exact font and writing I wanted. Upon arriving to his home he has a small bucket where you can drop off what you want embroidered, I of course put my name and email on it so he knows which order it was. The next day he had it ready for pickup! My fiancé said he went to the back of the house and Biagio was still working on other orders and had ours ready. I will definitely recommend his service and his quality is very well made. After several washes the stitching is not damaged, the quality is great. The price was even better for the embroidered shirt what a good value. Thanks so much and will be coming back for future orders! read more

I was referred by a friend of mine to have my sash customed w KNBC Graphics since she had hers done w them as well. I had the best first time experience because Biagio provided phenomenal customer service with his warm greeting and guidance on how he'd help me sketch out my custom requests. Not only that, but this was much more affordable AND I was able to have my sash finished in a week!! Mind you I did bring in my sash about 6 weeks before graduation. Overall, it was amazing customer service, great communication, and flexible transaction options. I loved how my sash turned out! read more

Super fast service, excellent communication, and overall effortless transaction. Despite the pandemic, I decided to get my sash embroidered even though I didn't get An actual ceremony. I wasn't sure who was available but thank God for KNBC! I contacted Biagio, met up with him (masks on!), gave him my order, and it was all ready the next day. Incredibly fast! Very affordable, paid $20 and I just had to pick up my sash on his front porch in a secure location the next day. Obviously things might be different outside of the pandemic so this was just my personal experience. Biagio was incredibly kind & kept congratulating me on my accomplishment. My boss asked me to put our logo on a mask that he found online. The material was made of mesh and I brought it over to a local embroidery shop who quoted me a price of over $5 to add our logo to the mask and there would be no guarantee on what it would look like after it was done. My friend told me that she knew of a guy that did embroidery so I went to Long Beach (his business is off Lakewood Blvd.) and met the owner, Biagio. He is a really nice man and very easy to talk to. After a brief conversation, he knew what I wanted and he didn't recommend embroidery because of the material but he suggested an iron on logo instead. I have to admit that I was a little nervous about the process, however, I was pleasantly surprised that they came out pretty good. The logo doesn't stand out as bright as the material mask but it was because of the mesh material on the mask and not because of the process. Biagio also gave me a sample mask that he has the material for so if I wanted to opt for this material instead that I would have another option. It was easy working with Biagio and I would definitely give him the business if I need anything embroidered or ironed on. Thank you, Biagio, for a job well done. read more

I'm a little late writing this review, but I wanted to express how grateful & happy my boyfriend & I were with our graduation sashes! It was such a pleasure to work with Biagio, & he made it so simple & stress-free. I called him less than 48 hours before my graduation photos needed to be taken, assuming there was no way it could be embroidered in time, given the busy season. I mentioned to him that my actual graduation was 5 days out, & I could afford not having the sash done for my photos if that meant more time for him to get it done for my actual grad day. He promptly replied that I needed my sash for my photos & he would have no problem getting it done within a day! It turned out beautifully, & he worked with me beforehand to make sure it was everything I wanted. I referred him to my boyfriend who was graduating from a different school that week & he received the same special treatment! I saw that this company had done a lot of CSULB sashes so I was a bit more relieved going to them but none of the designs on the sashes were exactly what I wanted. My design was a bit more complex so I wasn't fully sure if they'd be able to do my design but they were very nice and accommodating. They got it done within a week and the price was also very affordable, I was honestly surprised. The sash turned out super cute, I'm very happy with it. I definitely recommend them! read more

My graduating class had to design our own stoles and we chose KNBC because of the affordability and quick processing time. We had a group of 12 or so stoles that needed to be embroidered from scratch because our school didn't offer it. He worked with one of my classmates to do design and worked with us to get the best price. All the embroidery ended up being around $30 with tax and all. That's a steal!! The completion time for all of our stoles was within a week or so and they came out so beautiful! The only problem was that in our group, we had three of us use different stole designs. We had communicated this with the person but for some reason the embroidery was printed on the wrong stole.. Normally, this would've been a HUGE issue but luckily the stoles didn't look too different for it to affect us. Overall, it looked amazing for the price that it was! read more

I came in with around 50 units of du rags to be embroidered & by the time this business was finished with them, half of them were completely messed up. The color schemes for my dice logo were off & on some of my units' embroidery placements were in the wrong positioning. When I called & told them, they said they couldn't do anything but embroider other units I had. They suggested I come in, but the unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth. Those were my only units & I lost money coming to this business. Yes, those guys may be friendly but at the end of the day, you don't come to a business to talk. Would not come here again. read more

Let me tell ya, Biagio did a job beyond well done!!!! I called the night prior to bringing my graduation sash to get an estimate on how long the embroidery on my sash would take, customization options & a quota. All of these questions were answered :) The next morning I went to KNBC. Bear with me, Biagio (the owner & embroider) was really sweet & patient as I tried to explain what I was looking for on my sash. The customization options are endless, really. Biagio has an incredible system that can download fonts & almost always use that font if it's a true type font (.ttf). There are also hundreds of colors to choose from. The best part is that I was able to pick up my graduation sash the same day. This is basically unheard of at other embroidery shops -- it can take at least 5 days. Biagio gives you the option to either pay now & pick it up at a designated location at your own convenience or pay later and make an appointment to pick up your item(s). I decided to pay now & pick up at my own convenience. Biagio repackaged my sash in some cute pink floral packaging. My sash turned out waaaaaaaay better than I even imagined it to be. I have been using them for custom printing services for many years now. They never charged a set-up fee even when I sent them a drawing for a tshirt that I did on my phone, or any of my other favorite designs! Their rates are reasonable, the quality of the printing is outstanding. This will be my go to for future projects. I have a few mire designs in the works, but this whole virus situation has put a strain on my income, so they will have to wait for awhile. I again, had KNBC do some embroidery work for me. Again for our boat, I had some pillows embroidered! We really love our boat. Biagio took his time and we went through fonts and ideas. My pillows came out perfect! He used a different stitch so that the embroidery wouldn't get snagged. He always takes his time and never rushes to ensure I will be happy with my product! He follows the same process each time of cutting out the name or letter in the font selected so I can visualize it. I love that! read more

I was recommended to come here by my girlfriend. I dropped off my graduation sash to get embroidered and it was ready the next day. Mind you that this was during quarantine. So it might take a bit longer during regular grad seasons. Everything was perfect to my liking. Needed a grad stole to be embroidered and reached out to this business. The person I spoke with said they could have it done by the next day upon dropping off the grad stole so I drove out to their location feeling excited I found someone who could complete it quickly as I needed it within a week. Upon arriving, I called multiple times and no one answered, and I even left a voicemail to set up a meet-up time for the next day. No one ever responded or called back. Very disappointing. read more

Glad I found this gem of a business. Very cool people. It was really close by my job so I decided to give them a try. I needed a fleece jacket embroidered ASAP so i was extremely happy they were able to accommodate me. It's a home business so thats why the address is not disclosed on Yelp. Visited the KNBC Graphics booth at the OC Marketplace. The gentleman was extremely friendly and nice. My daughter and I looked at some caps, then moved on. No pressure from this gentleman. We decided to go back and get two caps, one for me and one for her. When the gentleman went to run my card, his system was not working. He tried for several minutes, then finally told me that the caps were on him, I could pay him the next time I came back. Amazing! I decided to look for my wife to get some cash, if possible. Upon my return(my daughter stayed at the booth) he figured out a different way to run my card. Success!!! We love the quality of the caps and will definitely buy from KNBC Graphics again! read more

KNBC saved my life! After trying to work with other vendors to have promotional tshirts printed for a fundraising walk for Diabetes I almost gave up from frustration of lack of follow up from the other vendors. I tried one more time using Yelp and found my angels that saved the day!! It was soooooo last minute but they pulled it off with not one problem. My boyfriend and I found this place randomly on yelp because we were looking for a local area to embroider his graduation sash. This was the most amazing place. He has a whole shop set up for multiple kinds of customization. We needed the sash in a week and he took only two days to finish it. End product was perfect and cost was by far the cheapest. He went through the design and exact spool of thread with us before we left. Definitely will be going back to get other pieces done!!! Call before you go to make sure you get to the right address. We brought our own grey crewnecks and I simply emailed MAMO the company logo we wanted embroidered on the top left of the sweaters. They digitized the logo for a one-time fee of $30, then shared a photo sample of what the embroidery would look like at the size we requested. Devin helped me coordinate and was very clear throughout the process regarding timelines. Having worked with a fair share of printers for different events, I was really impressed with the quality and pricing MAMO offers - plus, they are conveniently located close to the Long Beach convention center. Yikes! I know. I had a series of unlucky run-ins with printers locally and as far as Burbank and none of them stood up to what I was looking for. Sigh. In comes LA Print and Design. When I met with Christian I made it very clear that I was probably more picky and paid closer attention to detail than most. He didn't even hesitate and was super helpful the entire process through. He made recommendations on more affordable garment companies, design, and was overall helpful through and through. Lets talk about turnaround. Quickest I've experienced with any t-shirt silkscreening company. I've waited as long as two months for orders as small as 50 shirts before -- nightmare. I was relieved they were able to get my order done in weeks vs months. The price, super affordable and happy to be a repeat customer because of the close personal attention to detail and quality service. I wasn't positive on the shade of pink I wanted on a particular girls shirt and Christian kept me updated via text with pictures, about the process, timeline, etc. I definitely appreciated this A LOT. All other printers before LA Print and Design made assumptions about certain things like this then expected me to be happy with the end result. They didn't understand I was super particular because the shirts were a direct reflection of my newly started brand. While it became clear that some of my previous printers were limited on capability, over charging for services and were only used to printing promotional shirts -- these guys were a true relief and handled my order perfectly start to finish. The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

I am doing a very important project right now and he was very helpful, took his time to help me match everything as close as possible. He was the only one that I was able to come to the shop and see the real swatches, not just the colors on the computer, and was able to feel the different materials (I contacted 3 local shops, 2 in LA). They were nice but only interaction was via email or text, and if I would of done that, I wouldn't know all the great things that Anthony and I discussed. Also, he has very good prices as well. EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!!! Honestly, there is a place very close to me, walking distance. Yet, I am going with Anthony since he went the extra mile to answer all my questions and brought some really good points that help the decision better. This place ROCKS!!!

First I drive 45 mins to this place and when entering was awkward and there was one girl in there that didn't say much of anything to me. I finally talked to the head printer and explained what I wanted and he said to email everything to get a quote. Wish he worked with me there since I drove so long. So i had 2 styles of shirts that printed on really good quality tees (la apparel) and trusted their 5 star history, one style was good but I got a style made with a small center chest print and 98% were totally off and crooked. I reached out an Chadd quickly put in another order and sent an uber to deliver which was great! I opened the box and the first 3-4 shirts looked sweet so I told him they looked great. Unfortunately, After going through the rest they were as bad as the first. Not centered, crooked, some close to the neck and some far and very inconsistent. Mind you I paid about $1,732.53 for the total order. I wasn't expecting any refund but I wish they tried to make things right. I'm a small start up and was hoping they'd throw me a bone. Maybe the printer was rushed? But both times? Na, Will not be using them again. Sorry.
