I received so many compliments. He also created matching sticker. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.

I then met with their graphic designer, Eric and he is also well knowledge, and such an amazing person to work with. Review for Exclusive Rap The first time they came out, they did a great job -- but the second experience was completely different and extremely frustrating. The material they used started bubbling up, and only after I pointed it out did they admit they hadn't used the right stuff. When I asked for a quote using their own materials to avoid another problem, they suddenly refused to do the job. Then, when I brought up a discount for the poor quality work, they completely ignored the issue and told me they had no appointments for three weeks -- clearly just dodging responsibility. They were supposed to come out again but never showed up. And to top it off, their communication is terrible read more

Huge thank you to everyone over at Xclusive Wraps for taking such great care of my car. Sadly my car was in another accident and Francisco, Jose and his team were the only ones I could think of to do all repairs on my car. They never fail to deliver nothing but great quality!! Being this was my 1st accident I have been in I wasn't really to sure how to go about my claim process, I'm talking about I didn't even know what to do. My good friend Antonio referred me to Xclusive Auto Collision and I'm honestly blown away by their service, IN THE MOST AMAZING WAY POSSIBLE. Not only did they explain the step by step process, but they also assisted in retrieving the vehicle from the tow yard where it was at and get it to their facility to begin repairs immediately. Worth the wait It took exactly 4 weeks to complete this project but it's definitely worth it. It's summer time, peak of the season and we'll just have to wait to deserve the best. We expected 2-3 weeks but our design was quite complicated. I am overly meticulous with the details and color variations. Fortunately, they are highly professional & patient even with several revisions. Daniel is a pro graphic designer who can easily grasp the customer's imagination & concepts. We have been exchanging emails to modify designs and he nails it every time! He is passionate about his trade and even more passionate when working with luxury cars. He's well trained and has developed higher skills to qualify for vehicle wrapping competitions. You can be reassured that he takes extra care not to cut into your vehicle's paint. Their shop also does auto body works. They have experts who remove and install door handles & trims without missing a clip or breaking a panel. Francisco handles customer service. He is very knowledgeable about large print materials and ink to produce long-lasting brilliant colors. They invested in expensive printing/laminating machines. He's always on the phone with customers but he immediately responds to messages and inquiries. He's the man who quotes for prices. He has the authority to negotiate and he works with your budget. I don't really make reviews. But I am a satisfied customer today with a huge smile! The least I can do for these wonderful guys is to make my honest and unbiased review. This place is the real deal! I had my logo done at LA signs in Downey and they used cheap Chinese made material which made my stickers look like they've been through a fire. Francisco used quality 3M material and you can immediately see the difference in quality. I'll definitely be using Xclusive Wraps again! read more

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. Let's start by saying I drove 2 hours and 40 mins to drop off my truck at this business location. Once I arrived I was welcomed with manners and was walked around their business showing me all the different types of jobs they do. My visit was to fully wrap my truck in a total different color and fix some dents. Although I already had thought of the color I wanted, XCLUSIVE WRAPS had a whole booklet full of different colors to chose from. This business was also very affordable and kept up with the time frame they had gave me at the consultation. Finally, when I went to pick up my truck from the shop I was totally in shop on how nice it came out. All the cuts were perfectly cut and there wasn't any errors. They literally saved my life!!!! They are great with giving updates on the car and getting back to you... I was struggling with paying my deductible and they worked with me so I could be able to drive away with my car... which I know if it was any other company that wouldn't have happened..
