Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. I typically don't post reviews right away because I'd like to give it a few days for the finished product to really shine. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I am BEYOND happy with the job he's done. I understand hiccups happens, but how its handled matters and they do not disappoint. I went ahead and canceled a full Body PPF wrap schedule from another shop and decided for Andy, Justin and the team to take on the job since the customer service was superb. I felt confident knowing that any issues in the future will be dealt with professionalism and with promptness

Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

Recently decided I wanted to hold onto it for about another 10 years, so I decided to overhaul and get it back in good shape. Wurzel is one of the highest rated places around and in a convenient location for me, so I brought it by not really having a full plan. After some great guidance to balance perfection and cost I went for paint correction and graphene coating. On top of that they went the extra mile to put on some new mirror caps for me (the one I had looked terrible with really heavy oxidation) and touch up some chips. Specifically, the graphene coating was applied to ensure the paint would be protected for years to come. Then, the plastic trim was polished from a dull faded gray into a deep glossy black. Finally, the roof rails which had a factory silver paint which notoriously bubbles and flakes, is now wrapped into a matching glossy black like the rest of the trim. Everything now looks better than it did in the dealer's lot. I recommend Nick for anyone who has a reliable daily driver that needs a cosmetic refresh. His work on other customer's exotics speaks for itself, but his work on your reliable daily driver will be just as fantastic. This business was reported to the Better Business Bureau with a negative review, I suggest you read…read morefurther. Do not trust this man's word. Do not trust his "2 year warranty" policy. And do not trust these positive reviews. I have been a very patient person with George. I have even came to terms with leaving the situation as is and forgetting about it. But I realized I am doing a disservice to others by not warning them about him and his shady personality. Let me first at foremost begin with I am an actual customer, someone who came across his Yelp, not someone who was asked to write a positive review in exchange for a service. I'll get to the point to spare you some time. After my car was serviced I ran into multiple issues with his quality of work, or perhaps- the quality of work from whoever he outsourced the job to; whatever the case was, he returned my car to me in under par condition. After expressing my frustrations he took my car back in to repair the issues. All seemed fine until I took a much closer look at my wrap. Details like over trimmed vinyl and over stretched vinyl in areas that in due time will greatly jeopardize the longevity of my wrap. I've pressed this issue to George, and was offered 1 Monday to bring my car in to get repaired. He was unwilling to work with me as I was unable to adjust my work schedule for him. And alas, that was the last I've heard of him. All these issues occurred within the first year of service. What happened to my supposed "2 year warranty"? Simple, it wasn't honored. My calls, texts, and all attempts to reach him were left blocked and unanswered. I dug deeper into his business and found that 1 former client of his has left a review of Vicious Wrapz on the Better Business Bureau website, with the same exact complaints that I have- and I mean, to the T. Complaints of being blocked and ignored so that he wouldn't have to man up to repairing his mistakes. He has since created a profile on the BBB website, prompting that review to be deleted. In an effort to make his business appear reliable. That's just 1 case that I've seen of a former client having the same experience as me, I have no doubt that there are more that just haven't vocalized their experiences yet. With all this said, if you value your word and expect others to value theirs- don't hire this man.
