Well, my wrap developed some white stains and I reached out to the company to bring in for evaluation. Giovanni called me a couple of days later to schedule an appointment. I got to the site a little early and no one was there. About 15 minutes later, a very nice young man (not Gio) showed up to give me the evaluation. He said the dots were caused by oxidation. That's all well and good but the wrap job should have lasted longer and I was told by Gio the work was guaranteed. It's not. I'm a stickler when it comes to good customer service which includes adequate follow-up. The young man who met me said Gio would get right back to me with any suggestions. That was Monday (5/04) and it's now 5/07. At this point, don't bother. This experience left a bad taste with me. Communication goes a long way... I'm a business owner as well and working with this company has not been it. We started the process July 31st and I haven't had any update at all. I've called and "Mr. Geo" has said one of his employees would have an update for me. Called again since I didn't get an update, they promised they would reach back out to me that evening. AGAIN, no update! I paid $150 as a deposit for the design. It's not the amount of money I paid but the service I haven't received. I have waited nearly a month for an update. I live about 7 hours away from this shop, and I was more than willing to travel to get my vehicle wrapped. With this customer service that will not happen now. Hi there. My name is Omar and I've been a business owner for almost 6 years now. One of the biggest lessons I've learned over the years dealing with 100s of customers is, ALWAYS take care of clients and do good business with them. Never take them for granted. I saw a post on IG of Rc1 Wraps it popped up on my feed and I thought it was really cool so I went to go check them out. Guys I'm here to leave you my honest review on the Challenger they did for me. By far it was the WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I've ever had! Mr Geo promised to deliver my car in "Estimated 9-10" days. He did the complete opposite. Not only did he NOT deliver my car but he went ahead and hosted "Classes" about wrapping cars and completely dismissed me and put me to the side. Keep in mind this Job that was gunna be done on my car was about $5k!! and not to mention the other 5 cars I was planning to bring him!! After 12 days I called him and checked up on my car and he STILL had done completely NOTHING ON IT!!! It was just sitting there. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. After that I decided to ask for my money back and Mr. Geo went 1000% urgent on me and now had interest in doing my car. Had nothing but excuses after excuses as to why he didn't work on my car the whole time and now wanted to take me serious. Well yea it figures, people tend to take you more serious when you want your money back so he decided to do my car last min and Rush It. In the end I FINALLY received my car and as you can see in the pics it came out TERRIBLE! Not only did Mr Geo NOT deliver my car on agreed date, but he ALSO gave me back my car with MISSING PARTS!!! My car doesn't even have a hood Scoop bec it flew off on the freeway bec Mr Geo failed to attach it and Seal It Firmly so he gave me back my car in terrible condition. Ohh wait it gets worst. Car was dropped off April 5 to him and We're in May 15 and I STILL HAVENT received my Hood Scoop (Missing Part) that was promised would be replaced. I mean this whole business deal was a complete disaster. I felt like I was doing business with a Kid. The communication the whole time was not there, there were lies after lies after lies, I can't believe this guy does business this way, he preaches online and has this saying "It's important to take care of clients and leave a good first impression" that's very Hypocritical to say when I got the complete OPPOSITE experience. As you guys can see there's bubbles in my wrap, missing parts, missing lights, he had to come to my house and fix all these issues and again till this date I have NOT RECEIVED my Hood Scoop that is valued at $300. All the receipts are there for anyone reading this can verify. I'm a business owner. It's not my style or intention to leave bad reviews but this was simply something else. To any Rc1 Wrap customer that had a great experience with Mr Geo, I'm happy to hear it went well. I unfortunately did NOT get that experience. I'm completely disappointed and feel terrible bec my take from all this was not wasted money but wasted TIME! The great news from all this Disaster was I ended up finding a more professional and more well experienced place to take my Challenger and other 5 cars for them to get wrapped and it was a totally different experience. I would NEVER come back to Rc1 Wraps nor recommend anyone bec they never valued me as a client and did a horrible job and they never did good business with me. I kept waiting for some Accountability from Mr Geo but it was more easy for him to rationalize and justify every excuse he had as to "Why" all this happened. This all happened bec of GREED! He took more clients than he was capable of handling and in the end he bit off more than he could chew. Truly a shame to turn down a client that had every intention in bringing all his 5 cars with them and all he had to do was take me serious and deliver what was on PAPER! I just can't believe it. And lastly to finish this review. I would HIGHLY encourage and challenge Mr Geo to comment on here and tell me where One Lie was told. Please tell everyone where am I lying? Great price and exceptional value. I got my 2023 Tesla Model Y ceramic coated with RC1 Wraps. Geo's price (owner) was competitive and offered exceptional values. Geo was responsive and kept me update on the progress throughout the process. In addition to the initial ceramic coat application, there are 3 additional follow up visits included for 15, 25, 35 days later to apply additional reinforced (lighter) coats. This is to ensure the initial coat get cured and the enhanced coats are applied afterward. You basically get 3 additional express wash/details/coating touch ups. All the other shops offers just one visit and one coat application. read more

Took off my wrap just to see my brand new car all damaged and scratched up. Not sure if it's due to cheap paper used to wrap but that's unacceptable. The roof of my car was left yellow spots and the door handles now has discoloration.
