Scammer...Theses guys sounded good on the phone when they quoted me $250 for my car stereo swap ... when I came in they said oh ya your car is difficult so it will be another $100 I agreed and after an. Hour they said oh but your car is different with speakers ( I gave them my car model before I came in so why are they getting surprised ? ) then at $400 they said oh no your amp and speakers all need replacing ( i had a working system when I walked in here ) so now at $700 and they did a mediocre job and want another $100 to swap back speakers with installing a cheep JVC stereo that they over charged me for ( on line they are $70 they charged me $200 the speakers were $50 on line they charged me $150 and they are cheep speakers ). And it still doesn't work right ... I have never left a negative review before EVER! but these guys are scammers and once they have your doors apart they keep raising the price and you are stock .. they also didn't open the dash cover to replace the twitters they just glued them on the inside of door . Real shoddy cheep job for three times the price ... We were ripped off. Came in and bought a dash cam. They charged $350 for the cam & installation. Turns out the camera only records one minute at a time and stops. It doesn't stay recording like he said it would. Also no app to see the videos. Very difficult to use. Sloppy installation. Keeps falling as I drive. Now buying one on Amazon instead. Went in to for a service after asking. Caesar, who helped me seemed like it was no big deal to do. Had the service done BUT in less then a week had to come back to get it redone. When I did call to ask Caesar what's a good time and when, he seemed like I was bothering him and made excuses when the part would be available. I called two more times and every time the same thing from Caesar! He treated me like a used car salesman! This guy is a scumbag and does terrible work. He drilled a hole in my gas tank mounting my subwoofer. Shorting out my amp and speaker. Gas was all over my trunk when I opened it up. I am happy to be the first to review this place. In short: These guys rock! I went to them on a Saturday with a subwoofer that I was trying to sell on Craigslist for which I had no wiring harness. They weren't able to help me with that issue, no fault of their's, it was an old unit. Whiie there I asked about a new radio with bluetooth for my older model ('97) Ford Ranger. In a brief discussion they gave me some ideas. I found a good deal on Amazon, ordered a unit and everything I thought I would need to install it myself. When all the items arrived I configured the mounting, spending hours, but finally got it assembled. Then I installed the microphone for the handsfree cellphone function... no problem. Then came trying to figure out the wiring harness and what wire connected to what... ruh roh! So off to L B Auto Sounds I went. The young guy who I spoke with sprang into action immediately, quoted me an unbelievably reasonable price for completing the wiring and got my installation completed and functioning beautifully all in less than 30 minutes. He did all this without trying to make me feel guilty about buying the unit from a third party and attempting to install myself. On the contrary, he complimented me on the job I was able to complete myself. I was so pleased, I paid him what he quoted and tried to tip him for his excellent service. To my surprise, he wouldn't even accept a tip. No hesitation giving this shop five stars and certainly would recommend this place to anyone. I'll be back! Thanks L B Auto Sounds! Actually very surprised by the guys in this shop. So many of these audio sound places are shady and over priced. The guys at this shop installed my new stereo, speakers, dash lenses and even threw in a free aux cable. I wanted tint but they explained because of a accessory piece on my window it wouldn't come out perfect and recommended I don't do it, incredible!
