We were ripped off. Came in and bought a dash cam. They charged $350 for the cam & installation. Turns out the camera only records one minute at a time and stops. It doesn't stay recording like he said it would. Also no app to see the videos. Very difficult to use. Sloppy installation. Keeps falling as I drive. Now buying one on Amazon instead. Poor quality and work. Money wasted. read more

I called & spoke on the phone with them, they said they can do the subwoofer install for 150$ & install a bass knob also for an extra 50$, I came & paid in advance because I trusted them. After about an hour & a half of waiting, they tell me my car is done but doesn't inform me of the bass knob not being installed. Then says I need to comeback Monday because he has to order it. I say I have to be out of town this weekend & also this was my only off day & assumed they were going to finish. But they didn't even care to inform that I was going to need that part ordered. Then I ask for my money back & gives me a hassle saying to just come back tomorrow? I wish I was informed from the jump.. Anthoney was the one I spoke with. read more

Great service fast turn around and great quality in parts used! I took my 2022 Honda Accord got 2 12s 2 amps epicenter and all my inside speakers replaced and I can't say how well my system knocks! And I just recently took my MAMALONA 02 Silverado 1500 and got AUTO START TINT 2 12S 2 AMPS NEW DOOR LOCK MOTORS NEW BATTERY FOR MY BEAT and I am far from Happy with the Outcome of the Service they offered me! Went in to for a service after asking. Caesar, who helped me seemed like it was no big deal to do. Had the service done BUT in less then a week had to come back to get it redone. When I did call to ask Caesar what's a good time and when, he seemed like I was bothering him and made excuses when the part would be available. I called two more times and every time the same thing from Caesar! He treated me like a used car salesman! Would not go back, would not recommend this shop and would not give my money to this business again!! Had to leave a star OR I would have not! read more

This guy is a scumbag and does terrible work. He drilled a hole in my gas tank mounting my subwoofer. Shorting out my amp and speaker. Gas was all over my trunk when I opened it up. He's making excuses about it and blaming me, the car, anything but the fact he doesn't know what he's doing. See pics. Don't risk your car with this idiot. I'm reporting him to the better business bureau and taking him to small claims court. read more

Took my car here just for a rewire of 2 amps that were working just fine all I wanted was for them to make it look good Got charged 200$$ which wasn't a big deal Now my highs cut off at times They tell me its because my rear speakers are grounding out due to not being mounted my speakers have never cut off before coming here and now wanna charge me another 60$$ to drill down 2 6x9s read more

I am happy to be the first to review this place. In short: These guys rock! I went to them on a Saturday with a subwoofer that I was trying to sell on Craigslist for which I had no wiring harness. They weren't able to help me with that issue, no fault of their's, it was an old unit. Whiie there I asked about a new radio with bluetooth for my older model ('97) Ford Ranger. In a brief discussion they gave me some ideas. I found a good deal on Amazon, ordered a unit and everything I thought I would need to install it myself. When all the items arrived I configured the mounting, spending hours, but finally got it assembled. Then I installed the microphone for the handsfree cellphone function... no problem. Then came trying to figure out the wiring harness and what wire connected to what... ruh roh! So off to L B Auto Sounds I went. The young guy who I spoke with sprang into action immediately, quoted me an unbelievably reasonable price for completing the wiring and got my installation completed and functioning beautifully all in less than 30 minutes. He did all this without trying to make me feel guilty about buying the unit from a third party and attempting to install myself. On the contrary, he complimented me on the job I was able to complete myself. I was so pleased, I paid him what he quoted and tried to tip him for his excellent service. To my surprise, he wouldn't even accept a tip. No hesitation giving this shop five stars and certainly would recommend this place to anyone. I'll be back! Thanks L B Auto Sounds! I described the problem with my car stereo and the guy I talked to immediately knew what it was and that it would be easy to fix. 10 minutes and $20 later I was good to go. Another place might have tried to tell me I needed a whole new stereo. If I ever have more audio system issues I'll definitely be back! read more

I took my 2014 Ram 3500 to LB Auto Sounds to get some electrical work done. The guy working there, Cesar, was absolutely awesome! He explained everything he was doing thoroughly and he stayed one hour past closing time to finish the job without hesitation. The price was extremely reasonable as well. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences and I would recommend anyone to bring their car to LB Auto Sounds for stereo or electronics etc. read more

Actually very surprised by the guys in this shop. So many of these audio sound places are shady and over priced. The guys at this shop installed my new stereo, speakers, dash lenses and even threw in a free aux cable. I wanted tint but they explained because of a accessory piece on my window it wouldn't come out perfect and recommended I don't do it, incredible! They even stayed about 2 hours past their closing time to finish my car on a Friday. 5 well deserved stars! read more

What was supposed to be a simple tint removal, turned into a huge project for these guys unbeknownst to me that required them to remove some back paneling in order to safely remove the existing tint film. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.

Stay away from this place. Do not spend your money here or deal with them. I went to them several months ago to get a system installed in my new car. Had to go back the very next day because the guy didn't connect the system right. He had an attitude, as if I were bugging him when it was HIM who messed up the installation in the first place. And my system hasn't been sounding right every since I got it installed. Couldn't place my finger on it. But I wasn't getting any push from the front speakers. Took it to another installation expert and the car is wired wrong. The amps are pushing the subwoofer only and I'm getting no fade or balance to adjust the front speakers at all. Now this new place is trying to charge me $200 to rewire the system when it should have been done right THE FIRST TIME! Unprofessional attitudes, poor installation. Just a nightmare! These are the guys you want to do business with in any business -- knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and a fair price. We were told the amp was out at other places and that it would cost a fortune. Cesar checked it out. It was the radio, not the amp. We got an upgraded radio INSTALLED for less than the others were asking just for the parts. It took about 2 hours from start to finish, including a short tutorial on how to operate the new unit. Great place! read more

I brought speakers from another car to install in my new ride. LB Auto did an amazing job. They worked fast and did a higher quality install than my previous audio dealer. Price was very fair, easy to communicate what I want and owner intuitively made sure everything was covered, I.e., they used new wires at no extra cost. Highly recommended. read more
