I reached out through Yelp and got a quick response with a straightforward quote, no sales pressure, and they even offered a cash discount. When I brought my truck in, they took the time to clearly explain all the tint options, percentages, and what would work best with my factory tint. I ended up going with 20% all around and couldn't be happier with the result. The installation looks clean and professional, and the ceramic tint is noticeably high quality. They also back their work with a warranty, which gave me extra confidence. Overall, great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I'd definitely recommend Pro Window Tinting to anyone looking for window tint in Long Beach.

It was a big job but given the work the team did before we trusted they would do a great one. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. The car came back looking amazing. From the wrap to the tint, and everything in between, the team went above and beyond. The attention to detail was unmatched. They even found things the dealer didn't find before delivery (heck that I missed!) which was great. Dan is OCD about cars like me! The job was so good, some of the work looked stock, so precise. As I mentioned before, we highly recommend Dan and the Evo Studios team and their work. Very pleased with the outcome.

I contacted them via email, and they provided me with a quote and with great communication about the products they offer. When you get your tints here, you get your choice of XPEL tints. I went with the XPEL XR ceramic films, which are top of class films that reflect a high percentage of infrared and UV light. (Note: they also have an XPEL XR PLUS film that offers even more superior light/heat reflection). The main thing is that this translates into cooler interiors during the summer. The team at Evo Studios was very detail oriented, they had excellent communication, they had fair pricing, and they use top-of-class XPEL products that come with a lifetime guarantee. In addition to tints, they also offer ceramic coating and paint protection films. After consideration, I did put PPF on my front headlights to protect them from the corrosion that happens naturally after a few years. Based on my experiences with Dan and his team, I'd definitely come back in the future for my needs.

However, once the service was done I noticed this crack in my windshield. When I asked the lady that worked there what happened she said it was already there. NEGATIVE! I told them when we went over the imperfections there was no crack or else it would've been stated. The crack is extremely noticeable and wasn't there prior. They "checked the cameras" and couldn't prove it was there before. I spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue, it's been 2 weeks and no response still. I get accidents happen but unfortunately, the owner never followed up with me. I expected better communication and accountability, especially after damage was caused to my vehicle while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them afterward. In this situation, I felt completely ignored and left to deal with the damage on my own. I would strongly recommend considering other options if you're looking for a shop that stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong UPDATE: it looks like the windshield was previously cracked & we did not know. However, when operating a business I feel communication is key and reaching out should not take 2 and a half weeks. Once my review was posted then a response was sent.
