By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. I also recommended them to a start business looking to expand their brand.

I came with just a few ideas and they made it come to life. Even when I brought in a second sash to embroider they had no problem helping. So many people have asked me where I got my sash embroidered and I recommend them every time! Thank you so much for all your help

I called and talked with Scott, the owner. He was polite, professional and most importantly, accommodating. He came through and was even 1-2 days early. For my next order, boxes arrived at my door, way ahead of schedule and I hadn't even paid for them yet. Well I just placed another order. I hate asking for a RUSH order, but when I told Scott that I had another car show in 18 days, he said send me your order. 9 days later I received an update, "printing has been completed". WOW. I love this guy. I will receive my order way in advance, and I won't have to sweat it if my order will arrive in time. Their pricing is very reasonable and the tees are individually packaged. The colors are off the hook; very sharp and vibrant. One of our car club members had a local printer make him a few shirts of his car, using "direct to garment". The colors don't pop like our do. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would.

This review is long overdue. We were planning our annual earth day event (~2,000 attendance) at…read morework and had ordered shirts for volunteers/staff from a website. We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal! Best of all they're LOCAL. no need to ship across the country. They offered to deliver but we picked up. I am so happy with Kustom Life. I will keep them in mind for any other project we have because they definitely made me look good. They are worth every penny. Thank you Kustom Life crew.

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I was okay with that however they never called me or asked me for approval for the patch they went ahead and embroidered it without asking approving it. We had to go back and forth because they didn't want to refund us so we decided to give them another chance... it is October now . I called yesterday for an update and was told I'd get a call back from Jose the owner , not surprised I haven't received a call or an update. I will not be coming back here. The lack of communication for what you're paying is not worth it for getting charged twice after they charged us almost $1000 for 3 jackets . Ridiculous.
