I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal!
