Here is the real bad part. I was emailed "Our hours: 9am-4:30pm." I arrived at 1:20 PM.The store was closed. Another customer had been waiting since 1 PM.There was a sign in front of the door that indicated they were taking a late lunch and would be back at 1:30 PM. I called at 1:35 PM and they said they would be back in 5 minutes. They showed up at 1:45 PM. I sent Ricardo an email indicating I expected a partial refund for wasting my time. This is his response: "Ken: I think of your request is absurd and treating people with your review even childish behavior...please do not contact our service...as for you waiting. Please...my apologies. " I don't think posting a review on Yelp is childish. Closing your store for a long lunch during posted business hours is irresponsible.

They were able to get me exactly what I needed to pass inspection and had them ready before 11 o'clock the next day. Had they not been so fast and efficient I would not have passed inspection and would probably be setting up for another losing time and money. I actually went back then following day to grab more signs that was further needed by another inspector who came later to the job to pass the inspection. A +++ I will continue to use their business for any signs or banners for my personal or commercial needs and I will find excuses to go out of my way to give them my business.
