Fast service, my go-to place whenever I need to mail anything via usps, fedex, and use as an Amazon drop off point from. They even take Venmo / Zell / Cash apps

Service is still great as always. Wanted to add cutoff times for same day pickup. Avoid the long lines and poor service at their respective locations! So awesome. UPS 3PM FEDEX 4PM DHL 4PM USPS 5PM Also, they do int'l shipping (Korea) and it's cheaper and sometimes faster than sending USPS Int'l Priority. $15 for initial pound, $5 for every pound thereafter. 3-4 days on average. Lastly, for Amazon returns, you can email your return shipping label to ship4uxpress@gmail.com during the Amazon returns process and simply bring your item to the shop. No box necessary. DON'T USE QR CODE AS THIS REQUIRES YOU TO GO TO AN ACTUAL UPS STORE / LOCATION. From the app or Amazon.com 1. Choose UPS Drop-Off Points 2. Email copy of label 3. I had a paid box at this store for well over a decade, probably closer to 15 years. I watched as…read morethis store dissolved into mediocrity. The managemt just grew increasingly terrible. It started years ago when a single person misaddresed mail to me in 2015, using a company name that was dissolved in 2008 and no longer existed or was legal to use. The manager kept demanding that I had to triple my price for a "company" mailbox even after I repeatedly explained the error. She never listened and it took a long time to get that fixed, and still every time I saw her she berated me. I should have quit then. But instead I quit in March 2026. In May 2026 an item that was sent from a delayed charity auction in January was as delivered to the store. I noticed the address and contacted them before it was delivered and asked them to hold it even if I had to pay to get it. They ignored the email and sent it back and only then replied to my email telling me they didn't want to hold it since "gets held forever" which is exactly not what I put in writing. So that was rude. But there's a lot more to it. The neighrboorhood the store is has collapsed to homeless and junkies and the street smells like urine. I had knives pulled on me while loading my car. The bike lanes and parking problems that were installed makes getting your packages very difficult. It was more incentive to leave. Other neighboring stores in the open mall closed, like Starbucks and T-Mobile, because it was too dangerous for employees. The Ralph's supermarket has armed private security run homeless, drug dealers and hookers off the property regularly. It's dangerous and declining. More reason to not go there. Personnel are also a problem. Every year I would give the staff a stack of gift cards to restaurants close by. I always got a polite thank you from the staff. This last year I gave them to one worker when I did my pickup. Just two days later I walked up to the door at 6:56 PM - four minutes before closing - and that same worker shut the door in my face as I was opening it and locked it and just said "closed." I pointed to my watch and to the store clock to show they were closing before the posted time. He just shrugged and locked the door and turned his back on me. There were no other customers inside. A month later, no acknowledgment or thank you so I asked one of the other staff if they got the gift cards - and he said no. So the worker I gave them to kept them all for himself. The staff member I spoke with said it wasn't surprising. So my take was that this store has known thieves on staff and no one cares. That does not give any faith in the integrity of this store at all. Then there are the excessive charges. When you pay $360-400 a year for your UPS box you expect to have them collect packages. This store changed policies in the middle of your "contract" so that if you got more than 20 packages in a month they then would charge you $3 per package. Since Amazon breaks your orders into multiple, unpredictable numbers of small practices, there's no way to come the limit with any control. When I pointed out their written contract did not allow for these surcharges, all I got was another shrug and was told to write UPS (who then says they don't govern franchise stores so they would do nothing). They didn't care about their own contract and just wanted to run up a bill. When I received a wrong package due to their errors, I always brought it back to be a good customer, person and citizen. They lost packages of mine over years and I rolled with it. Insurance wouldn't cover the package loss since it has been delivered and signed for. Management never contacted me about any of them over the years. There were good employees. One young man (I believe from Oregon) was always nice and helpful and went out of his way to do a good job - he was engaging and friendly and good. Another always cheery female employee was engaging and smart and eager, so much so I gave her an air fryer I had been given but had no use for but she was deserving. Those people were great. But they worked for a store in a declining neighborhood, a store whose management was godawful and would not so much as provide a courtesy that takes 5 seconds, not to mention the theft I mentioned earlier. But the lack of consistent performance, the growing danger of the block, the stupid parking, the theft, changing costs arbitrarily, and then the uncaring attitude just meant I needed to take my business elsewhere. They didn't care about doing their job well, so I could no longer care about supporting them. There are better options. Customers should use them.

Came in here yesterday 9/3 line of about 5 people in front of me. I was coming for my usual rental…read moremoney orders of 1580.50. I gave the heavy set hispanic female (clerk 19) 1350$ cash and they charged me 237.70 on my debit card. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that it would be a minute as only one money order of 1000$ had been printed and that the other 584.10 wasn't printing. Weirdly she asked me if I had time and I said yes I have time I need my money back but lI was sure people waiting weren't okay with it" she said they could wait we have to get your money back and she started calling the help line on her phone, then when having no luck reaching them she proceeded to asked her coworkers for help, one of them insinuating that "I must not have had the funds in my account", when I had the confirmation on my bank account that it had been taken out. After about 45min waiting of her going back and fourth never talking to anyone on the help line and a line out the door of witnesses, the clerk proceeded to tell me that she would give me back the 1350 in cash and that I'd have to call my bank for a refund. I thought this was totally outrageous as the money was clearly taken from my account she had multiple receipts out visible, one of which I heard her state that shower proof that the money was taken from my account. I told her if she could please just fix the issue as it wasn't my fault and she said angrily that I would do everyone a favor if I just took the cash and went home and disputed it with my bank. Out comes the manager to tell me the same thing that they could void the 1000 money order give me back 1350cash and that I'd dispute the 237 with my bank. I couldn't believe it. It's all so suspicious just want everyone to be careful coming here they are not doing a good job at least not the staff on 9/3 around 12:30pm. They are probably stealing. I hope someone looks deeper into this and if anyone was their and saw what happened please fongact

Lazy weekend clerks. walked in to apply for my…read morepassport, was told I needed a copy of my lease agreement or official mail to show proof of residence. NOWHERE online does it say this is required. I left anyway and got those documents. came back fifteen minutes later and was told the person in front of me was the last for the day. it was 12:15pm and they stop passports at 1pm Saturday. Couldn't tell me why I couldn't be helped. today I went to Los feliz post office and got it taken care of in 10 minutes WITHOUT the extra paperwork.
