I came into this UPS store expecting a straightforward experience, but unfortunately it was pretty frustrating. I requested a full pack-and-ship service for a box of books, and the associate helping me (Myra) made it feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. Her attitude was noticeably dismissive and unhelpful from the start, which already set a negative tone. What really stood out, though, was that she took two personal phone calls while in the middle of helping me. I was left standing there waiting while she finished her conversations, which felt pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. I completely understand that workdays can get stressful, but basic customer service and respect for a customer's time shouldn't slip--especially when you're paying for a service that's supposed to be handled for you. Hoping this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely left a bad impression. read more

Definitely the best UPS store I've visited. Came early in the morning with a bunch of small returns and then a large rug that needed to be wrapped. Myra (hope I'm spelling that right) was so patient and kind enough to help me wrap the rug with Saran Wrap. Highly recommend doing business at this store. read more

When I think of exceeding expectations, satisfaction and execution of a task, the UPS Store on 2210 West Sunset BLVD takes the top prize. Through constant communication via phone and email to exquisitely packing of a rare item, this store is the best. I take part in various auctions and one aspect that is difficult is the coordination of logistics. Not with this UPS store, please use them, they will make your lives easier. Btw, I take part in the Bonham's auctions on Sunset, I highly recommend you use this store for any items you purchase through Bonham's. I tried to pick up a package at this location. I went into the store today presented the Associate with my valid DL to pick up a package for husband. The package was not in my name, but last name and address was the same as the package. They (owner and staff) would not release packages although UPS site (supplied link) indicated I met parameters to pick up. I was inconvenienced for 40 minutes. I never received a sorry from owner (from Associate, yes). The owner read first line of UPS pick up requirements and clearly read no further. I specifically had to point out to Associate, who then read aloud to owner on phone. I did not want him to get in trouble so I had to wait for owner to arrive. She LITERALLY did what he did; checked DL and took pictures, then gave me the packages. She is an awful person that wasted a customers valuable time and cannot follow simple instructions, even with presented with facts from UPS. Attached is a screenshot from UPS (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/shipping-support/id-requirements-for-tendering-shipment), that I presented to her and Associate. I would suggest a different location for your business; picking up packages (access point), printing, copying, etc, as they were under staffed at 9am, especially if there are issues. Another person left annoyed and frustrated because there were systemic issues that could not be resolved with Associate. Edited after Owner's response: I never bullied your team. I am a polite, kind, considerate person, that does not like my time wasted. When someone presents your wife/owner and the Associate (who was kind) with UPS REQUIREMENTS, I should not have waited 30min for her to arrive after the Associate (new or otherwise) read her details from the provided link (and attached photo) of UPS. This is the newest UPS store in the border of Echo Park and Silverlake on Sunset Boulevard in the same plaza as the 7/11 and Silverlake Ramen To-Go. I'm so glad it's here and it opened on October 2023 and it's a great new addition to the neighborhood. I will say the returning a few Amazon packages was confusing. So I essentially had to use the self-service option by going to the kiosk in the front of the store and scanning my 'no box, no label' QR code. Then you take one of the poly bags and place your item(s) inside. Then you confirm and print the label. I didn't realize there were different size bags and that it also prints a receipt after. So the first time I did it, I didn't get a receipt lmao! Second time, the gentleman helped me and he showed me that I could confirm and also print out the receipt at the end. Next time, I'll know, but wanted to give people an idea if they were planning to return any Amazon packages. It would have been helpful if there were a sign or something. read more

My printed label's bar code wasn't great (crappy printer) but instead of going all the way back home to do it over, the staff was super friendly and helpful in getting it reprinted - saving me a ton of time. Parking is good (for echo park). It's a strip mall so there's easy parking. Never had an issue. Shredding at Risk -- Think Twice - then run Before Trusting This Store I came in to have sensitive documents shredded -- the kind that could lead to identity theft, bankruptcy, or severe life altering consequences if they landed in the wrong hands. Instead of a secure system, I was told to drop them in an open bin by the front door. WHAAAAAAA???? Anyone walking in could reach in and grab them. Not secure. No supervision. Just a wide-open invitation. When I raised the concern, I expected a response like, "You're absolutely right -- we'll fix that." Instead, I got a justification: "We keep an eye on it." huh ? Im shreeding these for a real reason and the bin is right at the entrance in a busy area. and when they are busy they cant even handle customers on time and I would expect them to stop someone covertly doing what identity thieves do? THEY STEAL DOCUMENTS - Well, That's not secure. That's careless. I was considering renting a mailbox here for the long term -- I live nearby -- but if this is how they handle sensitive shredding, I definately would not trust them with my mail. Its almost as if they do not really realize how important ones mail can be. The staff is polite, but basic security and accountability matter more. noticed some other things that felt off as well. kind of like if you have a small problem with them it would be metophorically the equivalent to an angry waiter doing something nasty to your food. read more

Not a complaint about the staff, but what the heck is up with your printing situation?? The year is 2025. Why am I paying you $2 to use a computer when I have a smart phone in my pocket. Paid for computer use, which is mandated for printing, then gave up due to my time running out and it being too confusing. I'm not trying to make a bookmark or a menu or whatever. Just let me print my shipping label on some normal paper. FedEx printing is so superior. read more

This location is one of the best UPS stores I've ever experienced. I first went in to print forms and was greeted by great costumer service. Although I had a complicated request, Robert was quick to help and offer assistance. John and Yahara were also very hospitable and gave me a great rate. I went here to get a notary for $15 dollars. The place that needed it rejected it due to needing a witness. I went back to this location believing that the same UPS person needed to sign off on the witness part. That was not the case and by the time I was told that it didn't need to be him, I was charged an extra $5 dollars. I thought he had made an error so that's why I came back, it was only clear that wasn't the case after it was already signed. Not my best experience as I've done notarization at other locations with both for 15. read more
