I was running late for a passport appointment (for across US post office across the street) and was told they take passport photos at this location - perfect! 2 second walk and was there. This has been one of THE best experiences concerning customer service. Alex Aroutiounian, owner of the store, was beyond helpful, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my package shipped. I walked by his store on a Friday evening desperate to get my package shipped to the east coast. His store was closed but he was inside doing paperwork. Cant believe I didnt update this already..... It was Oscar week and I rented (yes, rented hater) my dress for my charity event I was throwing. Well super short story, I didn't make it to the mail box in time and on Sunday they are CLOSED!!!! I found their email and sent an urgent email, thinking, what mailbox business is going to check their mailbox SUNDAY MORNING?!?!??! Well, I received a call within 30 minutes and Gary was on his way in to open the place just for me... and he did... with a smile. THAT IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!! I usually try to send most of my packages across the street at USPS. However, this time, I needed to get a box & pack a DJ mixer. Also, the line at USPS was crazy as usual. I knew that I wasn't going to get an awesome $5.60 set price like I usually do nor was I going to be able to just use the machine w| no wait like normal. Therefore, I decided to go across the street to at least save me time. The service was amazing. I grabbed a box & my mixer fit, but not well. The guy helping me searched for a good box & after a couple tries found a perfect sized box! He proceeded to wrap everything for me, bubble wrap, tape, & that annoying stuffing stuff. Haha! He made my life so much easier. We sent it UPS which was only about $15 (USPS couldn't have been much less, if at all!) & he charged $5 for all the packing. It was so worth it. If I stayed at USPS, I would have had to buy a box, bubblewrap, tape, & stuffing. Hands down, I will frequent this spot when I have things to ship. read more

Amazing family owned store. It's in front of the USPS, so anything you need, like boxes or supplies, they have and set you up so that you can just walk across the street and drop off your packages. I came in because I needed to find a boxed and I looked everywhere and couldn't find a box at all! So the gentlemen there told me to wait a quick second and that he was going to check the back,so I waited... and he came out and told me that he would just customize a box for the thing I was trying to ship. That man is a genius and deserves praise. He also securely packaged my item with wrap and made sure to secure it completely. After he was done he gave me a really cheap price for the work he did. They are amazing and I highly recommend everyone to check out that store. I'm really happy with the guest service they provided and will definitely be coming back here whenever I need help with anything that has to do with shipping! Thank you amazing workers!
