They were very helpful with the process and it was very easy. They provided a box and packed it up for me. You do need a customs number before it can ship, which I didn't have but they held on to my box until I could get it and they filled in the rest of the information. Sending a 9lb box cost $45. This is so much cheaper and faster than if you went through USPS. Definitely come here if you're sending things to Korea, it's so efficient. There's a parking garage that is free for retail stores so there's no hassle.

I told her I needed a stamp and to send three cards out. She got me my 68 cent stamp, and told me to put the cards through the slit. I'll find out early next week if they make it to their destination. If they make it, which I'm sure they will, it's a decent place to go to for low cost things. But I, as of now, wouldn't trust the place with expensive packaging. Service: Not friendly, not rude, just strictly business. Looked like a husband and wife run business. Parking: Located in a small shopping center. The two times I've gone in the afternoon around 3pm and have always gotten parking right in front of the store.
