Every time I have been here staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Recommend for all shipping needs!!

Never been to a nicer/ more helpful postal office/ mail box! The owner is always so helpful and kind

This place is one of the few remaining great neighborhood shops for shipping packages. I needed a small box to return an item and they kindly found a spare and packaged it up free of charge. I so appreciated the customer service and personal touch that so often is lacking in this world. Highly recommend these guys for your shipping needs. read more

I love Beverly Hills Mailbox! This has recently become my go-to place whenever I need to mail anything at work for my boss or purchase shipping supplies last minute. They are never crowded and always polite. They offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS services. They offer packing and shipping supplies, including boxes of all sizes, envelopes, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, etc. Their prices are reasonable, and their location is terrific -- an easy walk to a Starbucks and a Subway. My boss regularly asks me to pick him up a mocha blended or a Subway sandwich on little Santa Monica, so why not kill two birds with one stone and get mailings taken care of as well? The service at Beverly Hills Mailbox beats the service at the post office on Crescent by a long shot! The only downside is that they have no parking lot. Metered parking only. This is not an issue for me since it's in walking distance from my workplace, but be aware for those who have to drive. Employees are Blanca and Mo. very sweet people! They will help you with a smile. read more

I've only had good experience so far. People who work there are professional , friendly and very helpful.

Mo is the man!!!!! What a kind and warm soul... appreciate his spirit, customer service, and help. Happy customer. Low wait times. Meter parking available. read more

Simple mailbox center it has FedEx pick up and drop off, mailboxes , UPS pick up and drop off parking is ok but I always find a parking space. Convenient location 24 hour access with your keys of course. No public restroom available. read more

Whenever I come out here to visit and I need to send something home I always stop by here! It's worth it to come here just for the friendly service and the easygoing atmosphere. I will gladly go out of my way for that rather than feel uncomfortable and rushed someplace else. All the other reviews on here say it best. I'm glad I found BHM when I did! read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING customer service. Such a kind, loving and trustful environment. It's the epitome of what a local mail station should be like. It's all about the community.... Love you guys...!!!! read more

I walked into this place after a meeting in Beverly Hills and met Mo, a very kind and decent man. I did not have a particular need until finding the table with Himalayan Salt Lamps. Mo told me the price was $25 for the small and I bought one. https://wellnessmama.com/23569/himalayan-salt-lamp We had a good exchange and I was happy to have found this place. read more

I have been a customer for over twenty years. Moe and Blanca are the best! They go out of their way to take care of me. When I'm at my home in the desert, an easy phone call is all it takes, to get my mail forwarded. Always kind and courteous! Thank you!!! read more

I love Beverly Hills Mailbox! I work right next door so this has become my go-to spot for mailing all letters and packages. The team is always incredibly welcoming and friendly and quickly helps me with all my needs. They have all the packaging supplies you need as well as cards (which have come in very handy for last-minute birthdays and thank yous!). Great team and great service! read more

We had an original agreement with this store to forward our mail to us at our new address. Just recently discovered an expired/past due notice sent to us by email. When we called to inquire, they said our bill was not paid and that's why we were not receiving our forwarded mail. Thinking they were right, we went into the store to pay the bill and pick up our mail. They told us that our bill was up to date and handed us the HUGE stack of mail dating back as early as 9 months prior. When asked why this was not being forwarded they simply said "the girl who was in charge of this wasn't doing her job." When asked how we could guarantee the forwarding of the mail, they replied "we cannot guarantee, but we'll try our best." That sounds like a great slogan for a terrible business. Don't do business here. It's not worth it. read more

Good luck getting anything mailed via this store. Some days they will ship for you but most days their "machine is down", or "UPS isn't doing any shipments today". 8/10 times you will be told to come back tomorrow and maybe they will do a shipment for you then, but not without having eyes rolled at you or a "who cares" attitude thrown your way. I wish there was an owner around to see the way their store was being run. Not good at all, losing a ton of business. read more

I order everything online and returns used to be the worst thing ever until I started coming to BHM. The two people who work at the front are so sweet and helpful!!! They take all mail (fedex ups usps etc...) LOVE THEM!! read more

A LONG TIME BH resident - I dropped off a number of packages and mail last monday afternoon. Realized that I had put a UPS package in Mail area - so called ALL week but no one ever answered and sent 3 emails - again no response. Unable to get back there do to terrible location and parking (there is none) Cannot believe that NO ONE responded to my email or answered their business phone !! Still hoping my UPS package made it to ZAPPOS - but so far - I can only assume it is still at the BH MAILBOX or is missing never to be heard from again - kind of like the BH Mailbox company. WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED in LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE . read more

I love this place! I come here all the time because they take UPS, FedEx, USPS and everything in between. The staff is so friendly and helpful and there's always metered parking out front. Definitely my go to place! read more

Each time I go to Beverly Hills Mailbox I could not have been happier with the service! The prices are incredibly reasonable and seem to be so much cheaper than the local post office and ups. The works are always nice and helpful! And every package I've sent has arrived on time and is very easy to track. I couldn't recommend this place more! read more

DISAGREE WITH THE POSTER WHO SAYS BAD REVIEWS ARE OUTDATED. This place is completely incompetent. They frequently misplace packages. And a few days ago, when I came in to ship some documents, I was made to wait so long that I eventually left without sending them. The most surprising thing is that the owner doesn't seem to care. read more

This is my go-to location for all things shipping. I have been shipping with Bev Hills Mailbox for the last 4 years and am happy to fly their flag and give them nothing but the BEST review. No matter what I need (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.)... they are always able to fulfill my needs and their service is above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good local mail/shipping service. They're the best! read more

This is a great, helpful shipping place. They are very kind and knowledgable about shipping and always want to work with you to make sure you are doing it the best, most economic way. I highly recommend read more

Customer service here is amazing I've gone to many in the surrounding area and nothing compares to them.

I've been coming here consistently for 2 years now. I guess they used to have different management years ago and that accounts for the bad reviews, because they are the nicest employees I've ever met. They have personal relationships with so many of the customers, and it's so nice to walk in and be known as more than just a random customer. I cannot overstate how much I love this place, and I think the world of their customer service. Highly recommended. read more

my experience was GREAT. I came in here after having a really bad experience at another mailbox place on robertson and burton way,the staff here was extremely nice and very patient ( i had a lot of questions and concerns) beverly hills mailbox was also a lot cheaper than anywhere else read more

The man who owns this post office is tragically unprofessional -- in fact, he has an inordinately high regard of himself. He is short tempered and very disorganized. He is also quite offensive towards immigrants whose first language is not English. He did not provide us with a tracking number and I had to quite literally force him to give it to me, meanwhile he made an unpleasant grimace and an irritated remark. He refused to close the boxes I was sending and told me that he is busy. He also charged me $4 for a Birthday card, which is ridiculous in one word. He is very rude and is clearly in a phase of an existential crisis -- a natural born diva stuck in a shithole. read more

I think most of the reviews on here are pretty outdated. I had similar experiences with the previous staff to those that were described in other reviews; however, these staff have since been replaced. I pick up and drop off mail here regularly without any problems. The owner is there often and is extremely helpful and friendly every time I stop in. read more
