I love Beverly Hills Mailbox! This has recently become my go-to place whenever I need to mail anything at work for my boss or purchase shipping supplies last minute. They are never crowded and always polite. They offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS services. They offer packing and shipping supplies, including boxes of all sizes, envelopes, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, etc. Their prices are reasonable, and their location is terrific -- an easy walk to a Starbucks and a Subway. My boss regularly asks me to pick him up a mocha blended or a Subway sandwich on little Santa Monica, so why not kill two birds with one stone and get mailings taken care of as well? The service at Beverly Hills Mailbox beats the service at the post office on Crescent by a long shot! The only downside is that they have no parking lot. Metered parking only. This is not an issue for me since it's in walking distance from my workplace, but be aware for those who have to drive. Employees are Blanca and Mo. very sweet people! They will help you with a smile. read more

Simple mailbox center it has FedEx pick up and drop off, mailboxes , UPS pick up and drop off parking is ok but I always find a parking space. Convenient location 24 hour access with your keys of course. No public restroom available. read more

Whenever I come out here to visit and I need to send something home I always stop by here! It's worth it to come here just for the friendly service and the easygoing atmosphere. We had an original agreement with this store to forward our mail to us at our new address. Just recently discovered an expired/past due notice sent to us by email. When we called to inquire, they said our bill was not paid and that's why we were not receiving our forwarded mail. Thinking they were right, we went into the store to pay the bill and pick up our mail. They told us that our bill was up to date and handed us the HUGE stack of mail dating back as early as 9 months prior. When asked why this was not being forwarded they simply said "the girl who was in charge of this wasn't doing her job." When asked how we could guarantee the forwarding of the mail, they replied "we cannot guarantee, but we'll try our best." That sounds like a great slogan for a terrible business. Don't do business here. It's not worth it. read more

Good luck getting anything mailed via this store. Some days they will ship for you but most days their "machine is down", or "UPS isn't doing any shipments today". 8/10 times you will be told to come back tomorrow and maybe they will do a shipment for you then, but not without having eyes rolled at you or a "who cares" attitude thrown your way. A LONG TIME BH resident - I dropped off a number of packages and mail last monday afternoon. Realized that I had put a UPS package in Mail area - so called ALL week but no one ever answered and sent 3 emails - again no response. Unable to get back there do to terrible location and parking (there is none) Cannot believe that NO ONE responded to my email or answered their business phone !! Still hoping my UPS package made it to ZAPPOS - but so far - I can only assume it is still at the BH MAILBOX or is missing never to be heard from again - kind of like the BH Mailbox company. WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED in LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE . read more

The man who owns this post office is tragically unprofessional -- in fact, he has an inordinately high regard of himself. He is short tempered and very disorganized. He is also quite offensive towards immigrants whose first language is not English. He did not provide us with a tracking number and I had to quite literally force him to give it to me, meanwhile he made an unpleasant grimace and an irritated remark. He refused to close the boxes I was sending and told me that he is busy. He also charged me $4 for a Birthday card, which is ridiculous in one word. He is very rude and is clearly in a phase of an existential crisis -- a natural born diva stuck in a shithole. read more

I think most of the reviews on here are pretty outdated. I had similar experiences with the previous staff to those that were described in other reviews; however, these staff have since been replaced. If it would be possible to give "0" stars, I would. Last week when I went to drop off my Christmas gifts to be picked up by Fed Ex, I was rather abruptly told they would not be picking up until Monday. No problem, I said. I was using my Fed Ex account number so there was no $$ to be made by the store. Big mistake. This means there is no record of the drop off. Fed Ex has no record of the pick up. When I went back in to ask the clerk, Gloria, if she could check to see if it got misplaced, with no hesitation she stated that 5 packages got picked up that day and there was no need. Note: She just happened to remember that 5 packages got picked up by Federal Express 1 week ago without looking it up in any records. Really? She said that perhaps the Fed Ex person left it in the back of the van. Well it looks like the Grinch (or someone else) stole my Christmas...Don't let the same happen to you! read more
