I have always enjoyed my yearly membership at this UPS Store because of the exceptional customer service. The team has consistently been courteous, kind, and welcoming, and they make an effort to remember and value their regular customers. It's one of the reasons I've continued to renew my membership. Unfortunately, my experience has changed with one newer employee, a taller blonde woman. From my very first interaction with her, she has come across as consistently unfriendly. Every interaction has felt uncomfortable. While everyone else on the team creates such a positive and welcoming environment, her demeanor has been noticeably different and has made my visits much less pleasant. Lost my passport! They blame the post office. Post office says it's clearly the UPS store's problem. 2mo later, tracking still says "Shipping label created. USPS awaiting package". Once the owner dropped the condescending "manager talk", he refunded me and called me to follow up that it was nowhere to be found. But the facts are I mailed my passport in for renewal here and the envelope was never received by the postal service. But owner just kept repeating "sir, I've told you 5 times I don't have your package" and tried every excuse to blame the post office... "let me tell u a secret, the post office loses lots of packages". Let's hope my identity doesn't get stolen... won't be trusting them with important stuff. read more

Most businesses stop providing a service when you close your account, but the dedication at this store is simply unmatched! My insurance told me I'm still getting letters. I've tried to tell the owner many times he doesn't have to do this for me, but his stoic commitment is truly impressive. These people are very rude, and I don't want to make it a race thing but at this point it is. I come in often because I work a block over and I have Amazon returns ... Everytime I come I (me) never am greeted but I've noticed others are. When I walk in it's crickets... when the others walk in it's "hi we will be right with you" they never hand me my receipt, always just sitting it down on the counter and saying "next guest" immediately after. I had a horrendous and incredibly upsetting experience at this location yesterday. And it was mostly to do with the franchise owner, Zorick. I walked in to do a return as I have 100 times before. Open door, clear walkway, as I walked in saw zorick off to the side of the wall organizing boxes. Once I'm 3 feet into the store, one of the boxes he just set down teeters over and lands on me. A huge box! Possibly 60 pounds.Pushes me toward the wall on the opposite side, slides down and then lands on my left ankle. The pain was unbearable. Zorick lifts the box. I say nothing, and had no intention of making a scene. And instead of apologizing or checking on me, Zorick says "you really should've waited before walking in, you see I'm working here." I was stunned. I asked him if he thinks he owes me an apology. He said "no, what was your hurry, you should've waited". When I said "that's really not the move here, you should apologize" he responded with "Too bad, get used to it." He continued to barrage me with blame even as I was making my way out of the store, loudly ridiculing me in front of the other workers and customers. I have never been so disrespected. From a store owner toward a customer especially, this was baffling. There will be implications. But in the meantime, for whoever is reading this, please go to any other UPS location. read more

Parking is a pain, but they get the job done... and fast. The people are usually the same faces, working AND customers. So it's a place to run into neighbours often. Notary kid didn't know wtf he was doing when I needed it a year or two ago. Being one myself, I knew you can't use a blue pen but it was also my fault for not watching him sign. Could not use notary when I went to get my kids passports renewed. Luckily, I was able to dash to meet my ex and the kids so it could get done with both of us there. read more

Stopped by this UPS today to mail an international envelope. The young guy helping me was doing his best to input the address details but needed confirmation from an older gentleman (maybe manager), at the tI was also on my phone trying to get the correct address details from my sister in the UK The address that was shown to me on the pad facing me read incorrectly so I questioned him. He didn't take it so well, he was really rude and nasty in his tone and said he had patience the first and second time, but had no patience the 3rd, 4th or 5th (to be honest I thought he was joking). I reiterated the address didn't seem right so he showed me what was on his screen, which read correctly. I explained to the gentleman I had a previous issue with a different UPS store, when the address i sent to in the uk was filled in slightly incorrect. I said I was sending medical records of my mom's passing to a coroners office, and it was imperative they didn't get lost. Again, I said I just wanted to make sure these documents didn't get lost. He must have been happy to make me become tearful and upset by the whole process and see all his staff standing there just looking at us, he knows his job and doesn't want to be questioned. Someone who is perhaps an owner or manager of this shop (he was in plain-clothes, not in uniform) was quite honestly a complete and utter arrogant, empty-headed prick towards me when I came in. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something but the way he treated me was disrespectful and completely unwarranted. I have never felt so uncomfortable at any store in my life. I walked in with my final packages at 6:26 pm and the minute I got to the front desk (which took about 10 minutes as there were other people in line ahead of me), he had to remind me that they close at 6:30 and that "they have lives too" while he looked at me like I was some kind of dumb-dumb lol. He was upset with me because I told them that I saw some website online that said they close at 700 and proceeded to try to argue with me about it after I literally told him I didn't want to argue with him and that I just wanted to get out of there. He was just taking more time by trying to argue with me, which didn't serve him well because I'm not one to be pushed around unfairly. Regardless of the time they close, I came in at 6:26 so I don't know why he had to harass me-it just didn't make any sense and as a woman, it made me really uncomfortable. This man was behaving disgustingly. If you look through the other Yelp reviews for this location, you'll see numerous people mention problems with the owner - DO NOT give this place your business. I've been meaning to update my review and express my disgust at how the owner handled a mistake his own manager made. I spent over a week trying to get a package delivered to my mom who is very ill in Canada. There was an error made on the invoice and customs Canada tried to bill me for an erroneous amount. This should have been cleared up immediately and easily. Not only was the owner unhelpful but he was outright rude, bordering on mean. Even though this UPS store is closest to my home, I now drive to a different store to send packages. I cannot support any business that treats their customers badly. The older Middle Eastern man that works at this location is very rude and thinks it's appropriate to make inappropriate comments at the UPS store. This UPS store is unorganized, under construction, has no parking... And the manager thinks that he has the right to make inappropriate comments. There was a line out the door and this gentleman asks if he can help anyone without the use of a computer, someone asked for a receipt he says "I'm pretty sure i can't spit out a receipt" I find that very defensive and rude. He could've easily said " i'm sorry, I need a computer to print a receipt... Thank you for waiting so patiently". In fact another young lady was able to help the customer without printing the receipt. Will not go back to this place and you should not either. read more

Saturday afternoon, I came here to ship few packages. They told me they can't sell air bubbles because they run out and the one they have at the store, they need to use later for the store project. Also they told me they can't sell me air pillow sheets because they can't run the machine. Finally I asked, can I buy styrofoam? They said "no we are using that for art project" And the guy name Jake said "we have nothing to sell you for packing" I packed myself by using their box that I bought as a cushion for the fragile.
