The guy at the front desk is very dismissive. My doctor asked me to drop off very important paperwork in her box and he didn't let me put in her box and just went to the back to drop off . I asked him to purchase postage stamps and he asked said 'for what' and I had to reiterate it because I wanted to. And then proceeded to say that they only took cash. I really hope my paperwork doesn't get lost. read more

The owner Mike is so kind and professional. He handles every type of mailings. Certified return receipt mailing, returns to online clothing stores and you can buy stamps and packing materials. Nice to support a local business owner in my neighborhood! read more

Great mailbox & great prices. Top tier service. Always packages my items well and gets it to my destination on a timely manner whereas if I goto a regular UPS or FEDEX there's always a delay. read more

Been using this place for years to ship through many couriers. Prices are good, vibes are great and I appreciate the free snacks!

Great guys, amazing place, they are one of the only few spots in la that sell my fav green tea brand, which is pretty cool. The Asian guy is very funny, highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a P.O. Box read more

Took rides share to location to only find them closed at 0931. Website and door sign both indicated 0900 on Saturdays.

the repeated experiences I've had at this location have been deeply disappointing. The individual at the front desk has consistently been rude, dismissive, and at times exhibited behavior that borders on discriminatory. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. We've been turned away multiple times when trying to drop off packages, forcing us to drive across town to find alternative drop-off locations. If this office does not intend to accept package returns, it should not be listed as an authorized drop-off point by major retailers. Courtesy, respect, and basic professionalism are sorely lacking here. read more

I have never written a poor review. But on multiple occasions, the man who operates this front desk has been nothing but horribly rude, purposefully ignorant, and borderline prejudicial and bigoted. Stay far away from this place. We are always turned away from dropping off packages, needing to drive across town to take our return someplace else. If the owners of this office do not want people dropping off packages, it should not be listed as a drop off zone on countless online retailers. Common decency, basic courtesy, and bare minimum politeness go a long way, and unfortunately none is to be seen here. read more

The miserable man who works here wanted to charge me for the free plastic sleeve that you put the label in. He must really be struggling financially and emotionally to be so stingy and rude. I would avoid this place it has terrible energy and customer service. read more

please do not waste your time- the guy that works at the front is the most miserable person I've ever met. I went in last week to mail a package, and he refused to acknowledge me until he stuck his hand out to get my card from me. I didn't think much of it- I get it, he hates his job. I just wanted to get my mail out. I then went in again tonight, about 30 min before closing, and I asked for a box and he said "just give me what you have" and I said "oh well I was hoping to put the box together myself since it's a gift. Do you have any packaging paper?" he then told me to go somewhere else. I was very confused.....I had just walked in, I was the only one there, and just asked for a box and some packaging paper.....? Like this is a post office....? I asked why he wasnt going to give me a box and he just said he wasnt doing it. I said "youre not giving me a box...?" and he said no, the truck already come by. I wasn't in a rush to get the package out, I just wanted it in mail- doesn't matter if it went out today or tomorrow of if the truck had already come by. I then started recording and will be sending it to the owner, since I asked numerous times for a supervisor or owner and he refused to give me the name. Anyways, save your time and money. I try to support local businesses but this place doesn't even want your money or patronage. Hope the owner realizes this. I ship a lot of things and am taking my business up the road. read more

I am so happy to have found this company. Mike is so professional and really nice. It was getting close to tax time and Mike assisted me with finding the quickest way to get my paperwork to my CPA. I needed to return something to GAP that my mail lady took but it was returned to me instead. I thought it needed to go to one address and very nicely Mike asked "are you sure?" And then he let me know the return address he usually uses. I figured since he owns a postal service company his insight was better then mine and sure enough I got notification GAP received my return!! I use a walker and Mike is very accommodating to let me come in and use his facility like anyone else. That makes me feel great. I highly recommend this business to everyone! Mike is a pleasure to deal with. read more

I'm shocked this store doesn't have 5 stars! I come Here all the time and Mike is so nice and helpful always. It's quick easy efficient and great location. Thank you Mike! read more

Rude & unprofessional! Avoid! Yesterday I went to this "authorized" UPS location to drop off an Amazon return. After finding parking, paying for it, and going in to the store, the unfriendly guy at the store wanted me to pay $1 just to allow me to drop off my return, even though I had a return label which I had pre-printed at home. I told him I had no cash, and could only pay with Apple Pay. He refused to accept my package and told me to go find another location. I ended up driving around to the UPS Store at the Four Seasons lobby. read more

This place is walking distance from where I live. And I had used it for many occasions from sending expensive first priority mails to ups drop offs. Past 4-5 years the customer service dropped to unbearable levels. Sometimes the convenience of short walk distance was beating the inconvenience of dealing with Mike, the Asian guy at the counter. Ah yes, there will be snarky comments, rolling of eyes, rude attitude... it's a toss up, I'd say you have 50% chance per visit, you'll have some weird interaction. The attitude is, If you are willing to spend less than $10, you are bothering him. He seriously gets annoyed. If you are apologetic and act very very nice he might do it, but again he will not be super happy. Doesn't matter if you are a regular, Ups drop off? He will be annoyed Stamps? Yea take your business somewhere else Expensive first class mail? Sure come in... Past 2 years I completely avoided this place due to stress he caused. Instead of walking to this place I'm now driving to another place a couple of blocks down. This place is that bad... read more

This is my go to when I need something sent, certified, etc. Mike has always been nothing short of stellar and nice. Needed help to send a document to the Secretary of State with a stamped self addressed envelope inside, he did not understand so I try to explain it and showed him the instructions on my phone and the person just told me: "I'm not gonna read anything, I can't help you"... I was in shock by his mean behavior and so unprofessional, and said "Wow You are not a kind person, u could help too and he just said "I'm not here to help anyone. I don't help people" something like that... The person had a shocking attitude and not helpful at all and to even say something like that "I'm not here to help anyone" I almost could not believe what I heard. Looks like this person is going through a lot to act that way. read more

Have utilized their services/location for well over a decade. I am not the only satisfied customer, quite a few are very prominent and long term customers as well. 24 hour access to my box/receives packages at no extra cost/telephone assistance when needed. Unbelievable. The guy who works here is consistently and ridiculously rude and inconsistent. I came once to mail a letter and the second time he had huge problem with it - he actually said "I rather you buy a pack of stamps and envelopes and mail it over there" pointing to outside. Are you joking? Is this a mail center? Are you my boss? I wouldn't buy a stamp on his orders and won't come again! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have NEVER been treated so terribly in my life. My new boss has had a box with this place for a very long time. She asked me to pick up a delivery from there and when I got there and asked about the delivery I was berated and yelled at by a horrible man with the meanest attitude ever. He then called my boss and shouted curse words at her. What an ass! read more

We came in five minutes before closing, at 5:55 p.m. The tall skinny Asian guy working the counter seemed annoyed from the time we entered (maybe 'cuz he wanted to go home - I dunno). He misspelled the name we gave him about three different ways (although maybe 'cuz my friend telling him the name mumbles a bit), but then he and we corrected it. When he gave us the price to mail the parcel, it was unexpectedly high. We asked if there was anything cheaper. He said that there was not. We thought about it, then apologized and said we'd try somewhere else. He said, "OK, no problem." At this point, I thought we'd been mistaking his demeanor for unfriendly, when he was actually just quiet and unexpressive. This was about 6:01 - one minute after the stated closing time. So, I guessed, great - no hard feelings. Then we remembered we needed stamps, and asked how much they were. He told us, "Too expensive for you," and walked away. I would recommend avoiding this place, at least when this jerk is working. (Oh, apparently about a hundred other Yelpers hate this guy as well...how does this place stay in business? Well, mazel tov for whatever magic formula they have that finds business success while treating customers like garbage.) read more

I've been a box owner for years and have been incredibly happy with the service! When packages are delivered, I immediately receive an email notification. He's attentive to detail, really sweet, and always delivers the best customer service! :) read more

What a joke! Guy on phone is not very helpful, don't waste your time with this place there's much better options within walking distance.

I wish I could give this dump zero stars, because that's what it deserves. Mike, the owner/operator, is extremely abrasive/rude, significantly marks up shipping costs from what they actually are (and tries to charge your credit card without telling you how much he is charging), allows favored customers to cut the line and is generally unprofessional. I have had a box here for over 15 years and have never had a problem. This location is a family run business and Mike is usually the day to day Manager who goes out of his way for customers. I would highly recommend using their services. Not to mention, any time I have a package to ship all I have to do is drop it off and they pack, ship and send me a receipt via email. It couldn't be easier. Plus, getting in and out of the store is easy. Parking in front is always available. Even if you don't have a box you can use their services. We've been using this postal store for years. Only great experiences with Mike, he's a very nice and helpful guy, IMHO. Never had a problem with packages or any other issues. I don't recall dealing with any other person in all that time, so if there was another guy who was rude, maybe he left? They go out of their way to make sure you are always taken care of. They are always fast, organized, and there for their customers.

Complete shock! This review is for Mike. I have been coming to this Post Office for years. Mike was always friendly and helpful. Even after I moved from this neighborhood, I still came back because of the service. Unfortunately, yesterday I came in, as usual greeting Mike. He was unresponsive and impatient. Kept rushing me when there was no one else in the store. He spoke to me with a horrible attitude, complete rudeness, and was so degrading. He told me he doesn't have envelopes, which clearly they were visibly displayed. A Post Office with no envelopes! Told me to go mail it myself. I have experienced the WORST customer service! For a moment I felt bad for him. I looked at his reviews and realized that his awful treatment is constant. In conclusion, I will never step my foot there again. And as for Mike, I truly wish for his recovery. Your costumers are your business! Treat everyone with kindness, always! read more

This place used to be my go-to for shipping, but the customer service has recently gone way downhill to the point that rudeness is now the norm. Unless you enjoy being treated terribly, ship elsewhere. read more

Terrible. Went in today to mail a package. Guy took phone calls, dismissive, place disorderly. Walked out!!!

I've never had a worse experience in my life. The surly middle-aged man with a lollipop in his mouth turned us away when we wanted to send 2 certified letters, and 2 fedex overnight envelopes. He said, "You can just go somewhere else and mail those," before giving an ugly look and turning his back on us slowly, walking into the back area. Now, I've just been in a terrible car accident and have two very swollen black eyes, so to be treated like this was nothing less than shocking. I had better treatment at the hospital trauma unit than here! Don't give them business, someone who treats clients this way should not be in business. read more

I have never seen anyone so rude in my life! I'm not sure if he was the owner or not but when I walked in the Asian man who was working would not acknowledge me. I was totally confused! I didn't have time that's why I was here! He told me to leave his store and was so rude I am still in shock! I will never step foot in again. Terrible! Just Terrible. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! MIKE was rude and impatient , like he had better things to do from the get go . but i really needed a box so i let it go, then he refused to give me a copy of my agreement to the box(one page) and then asked me to leave because i asked for it. he wouldnt even return the form i filled out with my info to me, so i asked him to rip it up at least. seems really shady and illegal. i wonder how much longer they will survive? what a favor he did me because i found this wonderful place on little santa monica with a very nice lady and much cheaper prices. it took me a while to find them on yelp to complain because they are under a different name than bh us mail boxes on here. i hope mike doesnt show up at my house since he has my info considering he is ill in the head read more

Awful! No help. Guys so lazy and rude! Customer service doesn't exist anymore. I suggest finding another mailbox place in LA.
