I have been renting a mailbox here for exactly 20 years now, and I cannot recommend this business highly enough. The owner, Eric is a man of exceptional character and integrity. He has been consistent, reliable and patient. One time I had big laser machine arrived to a mailbox that occupied entire floor of a central room, he never complained, even tho he could of sanded back, he did not. I didn't even expect machine to be so big. It is rare to find this level of dedication and personal care nowadays. Clearly you're more worried about parking than customers for your business. Let me remind you that I came in at 8:45 AM when there were only two cars in the whole parking lot. I was trying to park for 15 minutes, what do you think that should cost me? You have no right to call me a liar as I described exactly what happens when I walked into your store, you are a mean unhappy angry person who shouldn't be in the front of a business, you should stay hidden in back packaging boxes and not talking to customers. Let's see how long you stay in business. Don't forget to thank your parking service as you move out of this horrible location. Your hard-working parking attendant came at me in street clothes from out of his unmarked truck lol Having two kids and being in business for 20 years you should know that the customer is always right and that you are very responsible for my experience at your establishment and that starts from the minute I pull into the driveway in your parking lot. 10/24/2018 Wow. Wow. WOW. I've been coming to Mailbox Depot on Wilshire (by Crescent Heights -- near L.A.'s Museum Row) since 2001. Prior to that I had used several other services in Los Angeles and they came no where close to the level of excellence I've experienced here over the last 17 years. Focused. Consistent. Exceptionally conscientious service. Eric and his staff are outstanding and pro-actively focused on their customers in every respect. They are personal and thorough. Extraordinary professionalism and great service. I cannot emphasize enough how efficient and thorough the service has been here since I have been a customer. These guys (Eric, the owner, especially) are the living embodiment of gold-star / 5-star customer service. Mailbox Depot should get some sort of service award from the City of Los Angeles for the quality of pro-active professionalism that the staff here provides their customers. Highly recommended! I have had a mailbox at mailbox Depot for well over 6 years Eric is great and the others that work there as well you go and Angel I call them to check my mail and forward it if I'm in a different city it's very nice and they're so helpful and very convenient they do everything there and passport pictures. I love having my box there for years in that shopping center I like to play the lottery the store the convenience store in the shopping center and I also love the cafe for healthy drinks the parking is great you park and then I go to three stores my mailbox I get my mail the Eric go to and I like the sushi restaurant in in the stores and they have a Subway too it's a great little shopping area and great parking and great address on Wilshire boulevard. read more

They will always go out of their way to sort through or explain a mailing or tracking idea or approach. They readily help you find the best method of shipping (they will discuss your desires and then find the best option in terms of cost, tracking, safety, etc.). They provide reasonably priced (especially if you are already a monthly customer) notary and passport photo services. It is an all around well run, trustworthy, professional, and service-oriented mail and mailbox services and supply company. Employee needs basic customer service training. Mailed several things from here in the past. Never had an issue - a guy with long hair was always there and was chill. Today, ran into get a birthday card. Approached the counter and stood there. Employee I had never met was with another customer - taping up a box. Totally fine. Stood there for a few minutes while employee talked to customer. Customer acknowledges me. Employee never looks over or acknowledges I'm standing there. In fact, he goes on talking about rental prices where the customer lives. Yes, it was a full-on conversation . . . If employee had looked up - given me a nod or better yet a,"Hi there, thanks for waiting" I could hung out for a while - for real, no complaints. In fact, I would have probably found some envelopes while waiting. No dice. The dude goes on chatting and never even once looked at me. Unless he's legally blind, he has to have seen me - I was the only other person in that small store and standing at the counter 4 feet from him. When I tossed the card his way and walked out - he finally acknowledged me - didn't say anything or come after me - just let me walk out. I gave the money I had in my hand plus some to the parking attendant - because he works hard - and is friendly to everyone. It's weird no one has taught this employee to acknowledge everyone. I was in retail for a few years and we did it to make sure people felt welcome - but also for loss prevention. If you acknowledge someone - they know that you know that you are in the store. A simple gesture goes a long way in customer service. Hope this guy learns something from this - but he will probably get defensive and just say I was being an a-hole. Oh well. I have had my box here for 5 years and have gotten amazing service from owner Eric and employee David. Very fast service, mail put in the boxes correctly, easy parking except during the lunch hour rush in the strip mall, and a sense they appreciate my business. I also like how when someone is filling out forms they will quickly go and grab any packages they are holding for me in the back, even before I ask. The fact Eric the owner takes an active role in the business is a plus too. read more

I have been a customer for about 4-5 years now. This place is great. I can call in to ask them if there are packages are not so I don't waste my time heading over there only to be disappointed. They ship everything from FedEx to UPS to USPS and have all the supplies you need there. They really get to know you as well, love that personal side of them. The moment I walk in I am greeted and they go back to get any packages and I am in and out! Plus you have access to your mailbox 24/7 with key access. If it's a box that doesn't fit in your mailbox will be kept securely in the back until they open, but anything small in your box you can get at midnight if you wanted. This place is amazing! I have been coming here for small shipping needs for a couple of years now and the service is outstanding and they are always very helpful and friendly. They go beyond the call of duty and find me the best shipping rates as well as help me package my items. And once you are in their shipping system it makes shipping that much easier and efficient! Now I am using them to ship large boxes for a home relocation and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I used UPS to ship a couple of large boxes last week and not only were they rude it cost more money. I learned my lesson and I will only come the Mailbox Depot to ship my items. I have been a customer since 2001. I have always found this place to be reliable, however, a couple of weeks ago, appx. July, 2018, I asked this company to mail three boxes of musical cds to my home in New York. They were packed poorly to say the least. They arrived with the majority of the cd cases broken up. This music collect was something I had collected years ago, they were in very good condition, and i wanted them to remain that way. I definately could have packed them much better myself but since this business does this for a living, I assumed it was safe to trust them with my music collection. They were packed with minimum padding. Had they taken their time to group the cd's into groups, and used more padding this would not have happened at all. I am very unhappy with the condition that they arrived. I will continue to keep my postal box with them, however, I would never TRUST this company to mail anything for me ever again. The damage has been done, and there is nothing that can be done to undo damage to my collection. Great for receiving mail, but mailing packages, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK... read more
