Wish I could give zero stars. I've had not one but numerous bad experiences at this UPS. Their pickups are at odd hours and will often not mail out overnight packages until the next day or days later. Don't bother coming here. I truly wish there was another ups store closer to me so I didn't have to constantly be inconvenienced like this. Last time I paid $100 to overnight a package and sent it early afternoon (1pm) they informed me the package would actually likely arrive in 4 days because they mail out early morning and don't have pickups everyday. On top of this the people working here are snarky and rude and explain very poorly when asking what the reasoning for delays are. They will not give you a real reason and will repeat the same illogical reasonings over and over again with no real answer. read more

DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE.... A true nightmare before Christmas! I stopped by yesterday 12/5 and dropped off 100 gifts. See photos attached. Each box had a name and a personal card inside. Nicolas says he is the store manager. I gave him an excel print out ( names with addresses) Instructions were clear... "Print the label, attach each shipping label to the corresponding box." Nicolas claims he was not told this. He says he DID NOT see a large white label on each box. THE BOXES WERE SMALL!!! 7" X 7" He says, "well I asked if it needed to be done in any particular order"... NO, you can start in any order as long as it's done correctly. To make things better, I said put yourself in my shoes. You paid $1,200 for someone else's mistake.. He said OH WELL!!! Each recipient received the wrong gift and card! His mistake cost me $1,200 I asked how he would like to rectify his mistake. He had no suggestions. This is mainly for their NOTARY service - I called this location two or three times checking to see if they have a notary and if that notary was in at the time. The guys who answered the phone were polite, informative and friendly every time. When I went in for notary service, I waited just a few minutes for the notary employee to be available. The employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The per signature rate is $15 which appears to be standard since I got quotes from other notaries first. Saved me at least $25 from a mobile notary and this location was convenient for me anyway. During the total maybe ten minutes I was there, first waiting in line, then getting my service, I saw them help several customers with the same efficiency and pleasant attitudes. I took one star off because I previously had a package delivered by UPS and they kept leaving a note that I wasn't home even though I was home every time. Then they made me pick it up after a location 15-20 min driving time from my home instead of multiple locations a few minutes away. I called this location to ask what was going on and they didn't have much information. Delivery dispatch comes from above their pay grade so not their fault. But can't give any UPS five stars after that last delivery experience. read more

This was the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I went to ship my company's holiday gifts. There were 100 boxes in total. Prior to going to this specific location, I called a week ahead of time and spoke to the manager to make sure they were comfortable sending this large of a quantity of packages at one time. Additionally, I brought this UPS location my excel sheet with all my recipients and their addresses the day before I brought the boxes in so that they could familiarize themselves. Each small box, 6" x 6" x 6", had a sticker with the recipients name on it. Additionally there was an excel sheet with all the names and addresses on it. Each name on each box corresponded with the name and address on the excel sheet. I dropped off all the boxes, explained the directions over 3 times, and left them to be shipped. The next day, I started receiving phone calls that all my recipients had received someone else's gift. EVERY SINGLE BOX WAS ADDRESSED TO THE WRONG PERSON. Some of the shipping labels were placed directly over the name of a completely different person. How can someone do the wrong thing 100 times over?! I have been working on these Christmas gifts since August and this has literally broken my heart. This UPS location should be abolished. If you care at all about what you are sending, or who you are sending it to, save yourself the heartbreak and take it literally anywhere else. read more

Horrible lying associates. The manager is rude and dismissive. I came with package and asked clerk confirmed if I can purchase the label online he will ship it for free so I purchased the label in front of the associate and emailed the label to him. He printed it out and attached to the box. Then he paused, detached the label and told me that own him $1.6 for the label or he will not be able to ship it me I replied that he didn't mention the cost of printing the label before I purchased the label online to which he lied he did. On and on manager showed to and basically told me I have to pay $1.60 or leave and he doesn't care that I already bought the label online. I wish I had cash or card on me but I didn't so I just simply couldn't paid $1.60. If the clerk told me the label was not free to print I would've simply went to fedex and got services there. I am currently in contract as a mailbox on her hair because I have to be until my contract is completed. I have been here for four months and one day I came to get my mail using the parking lot as I always do. When I went to back my vehicle out, the parking block had a large rod coming out of it, which caught the lip of my bumper it tore my bumper halfway off on my Mercedes. I've been trying to get this resolved for over three months with them without taking legal action. The manager refuses to give me the contact information of the business owner other than an email which the business owner does not respond to after the first response you gave me in the first response he said if the building owner did not respond, he would give me the contact information of the building owner. Apparently the responsibility of the building and the parking lot falls into the hands of the building owner, but they refused to give me the information of that person, so I don't even know who that is. Still trying to handle this without small claims court because I really don't want to spend that kind of time on something like this, but it's really about the principle of how terribly this business is willing to treat their customers, and will refuse to represent their customers interest in Issues like this. I'm very disappointed and how unprofessional the business owner and management have been with this issue I would highly recommend anybody stay away from doing business with the store. read more

Wow this UPS store is one of the best in Los Angeles. Usually, my packages that get shipped from here end up moving faster to the destination when in comparison to other UPS stores in the city. The associates here are very friendly and helpful. But more importantly, they actually open and close as hours listed. After being screwed over and in an emergency due to the UPS Store on the Miracle Mile, I raced to this one, calling hands free as I drove to make sure they could assist. The staff there answered on the first ring even though the place turned out to be packed, and assured me they had three people on duty, all of whom could help. Despite it being the very end of the day and cutoff time, the three young men working there -- all of whom are notaries -- provided me with the witnessed document, the overnight delivery and a copy for my records. As these are independently-owned/operated stores, the owner of the Miracle Mile location (a "Laika"?) might want to know that her store was empty while the one on Beverly had a line down the strip mall. I've been here twice and both times I had positive experiences. The first time, the guy working recognized I had a prepaid shipment and quickly took it to ship off. The second time I came to return my AT&T equipment. I was semi-horrified to walk in and see three people in front of me and no employee in sight. He quickly returned and got everyone started on the necessary paperwork to fill out. He checked in the equipment I had to return, got my signature and sent me on my way. Oh my goodness I was the ultimate dreaded customer - walking in with a dolly full of all separate returns- some from Amazon , some from independent websites- ALL TO BE RETURNED!!! They lost my valuable photograph! I made the mistake of asking about insurance for the $1000 photo and when I was told that it would be $20 I decided to trust UPS. Mistake. It was in a mailing cylinder about three feet long. How do you lose that? They claim it made it on to the truck. I think it's hanging in the clerk's home. Never shipping from that location again.
