This is the best place to do an easy drop off and they have helped me print my UPS labels. I've been offered additional packaging as well just to secure my items. They always offer me a receipt for my drop offs. There is a parking lot for customers. This place is way better than UPS! read more

8/3/2021 - this place like to close early on any given day. Yelp, Google, and their own website shows closing time Mon through Fri is 5pm but I have gone there several times around 3:30 to 4:30 and they are already closed. One time I tried to go on my lunch break and they had closed for lunch, but you call to find out when they'll be back and there's no voicemail option. I have lived down the street from them for 3 years now and it's been like this for years, only to get worse after the pandemic. Very unreliable. read more

These guys are fantastic. I've had a box with them for almost 7 years. They are friendly, do greet me by name whenever I'm in and often call me if I have an unexpected package waiting. They have a notary service and will ship almost anything you need with almost any carrier. The only bummer is their parking is often tough (totally not their fault) but for me the hassle is very worth it for the excellent service. I came here for two stamps because I wanted to mail two post cards. It was an impulsive decision. Who sends post cards these days? I've never sent one before so I had to do it this one time so I can get the Beverly Hills postal stamp on the post card. ^_^ This place is more of a place where you rent a mail box for all your mail and it has shipping supplies. The customer service at this place is soo great! probably better than any real USPS office. I dealt with a nightmare of a situation and they helped me as much as they could. I went in to send out wedding invitations. They looked into how much the cost of postage would be and charged me for the postage i needed. I then, sent out all the invitations. A few days later, i received a call from a family member that the postman/woman was charging $2.67 for anyone accepting to receive the invitations i sent out. What a nightmare!!! I had no idea why they would be charged an additional fee! I called BHPC, practically crying. I didn't know what had happened. Well, the man that helped me (i hate that i forgot his name) told me he remembered me coming in and made sure the postage i placed was correct. This is the first time something like this happens to me, so i don't know what the process is like. He explained to me that maybe the receiving post office (close to the recipients address) determined it was considered a package although it wasn't sent as a package on their end. (and there wasn't any reason why it should be). In that case, i called one of the receiving post offices and he was right. They decided it was a package and it needed to be charged a package price. This was soo upsetting! BHPC called me a few minutes later to check if i was able to resolve the issue. I explained to him what i was told by the post office and realized it wasn't BHPC fault. He did as much as he could and offered to refund me the postage fee that i was charged. Not all invites resulted in this nightmare (thank god!) turns out it was only a few. but it was scary to think that invitees were being charged to receive an invitation! BHPC was sooo nice and tried their best (on their end) to make me feel more at ease. Party planning lesson learned: don't over complicate invitations. people throw them away anyway! They lied to me and told me the package hadn't come or two weeks before I had to back track with fed ex and had the delivery guy confirm that it was delivered. Worst customer service ever. Walked in 5 minutes before closing. And the associate told me that he was closing up shop, yet it was not even 5pm yet. I walk back to my car and seen 2 more people walk in after me and be helped. I obviously go back in and ask if they are closed or not since they are attending to other customers and another employee tells me "your stuff is not going to go out". In a word: Not impressed This place advertises its hours as 9:00 to 5:00...which makes the fact that they showed up at 9:20 today particularly obnoxious and unprofessional. According to someone waiting in line, they are always late, which means that we didn't even catch them on a bad day... they just don't see the need to open their business on time. I manage a business, and I had made the mistake of sending one of my employees here, thinking it would waste less time than the post office. Never an upgrade of the facility nor attitude. Never a hello when you walk in and I have been here for almost 9 years. A local notary, and your other basic shipping + packaging needs. It wasn't the best looking place or the most convenient with the small parking lot but the people there was nice. I believe it was $10 to get a document notarized, good price + very quickly done. read more

This place is amazing. They handle my packages and mail with great care. One time I was rushing to pick up a very important time-sensitive document. I called them, stuck in traffic, knowing that I would be there a few minutes after closing. They stayed open a couple extra minutes so I could grab the document from my box. Above + beyond customer service!!! They always help me out with my packages and after two years I've still never had a damaged item. I can access my box 24/7 (a service I've taken advantage of many times after late night events near by). I only wish would I could pick up packages (you know, the big stuff that won't fit in my box) on a Saturday. read more

Horrible and rude owner. Refused to rent me a mail box because I don't have a US State ID (I do have a green card). Said he spoke to the postmaster about this, who told him I needed a state ID... weird, as I successfully rented a USPS PO box elsewhere. When I asked him (politely) that if I got different information from the postmaster would he rent me a box, he said 'No, he wasn't going to ever rent me a mailbox'. Have lived here in the US for 2 years, and NEVER come across this treatment before! Obstructive, and unhelpful attitude ... Frankly, I am glad, as his attitude was AWFUL. I wouldn't want to ever have to come into contact with him again! What's more, the premises are horrible: cramped, and dirty looking. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

Awful place and the signage is misleading. This is NOT a true postal center. It's a cramped, old, Mom and Pop store with a bad attitude. They only take certain packages and only accept cash PLUS the parking is $2 a minute, no validating. No wonder there was no one in the place. These guys are really nice. I don't come here often because I don't have a lot of shipping needs but they always remember me, even if it's been six months since my last visit. I usually go to ship packages to my little brother in Iraq and they always ask how he's doing. I think it's so nice that they remember.
