Operator/Manager is s real Dodger fan. He remembers Phil Regan ,and Harmon Killebrew of the Minnesota Twins . As well as , ground rule doubles were considered Home Runs before 1930. You get two keys , one to your box and one to the front door. read more

Excellent service and frriendly service attendants, I have used their services since 1980 and I am totally satisfied with all thir services.

This is the best place to do an easy drop off and they have helped me print my UPS labels. I've been offered additional packaging as well just to secure my items. They always offer me a receipt for my drop offs. There is a parking lot for customers. This place is way better than UPS! read more

Prices are reasonable. They offer UPS/FEDEX/USPS services. Main thing: your packages/mail are secure. read more

I hate this place. The hours NEVER match what they say online. They make them up as they go. It's like they never want to be there when they are supposed to. Such a waste of time and unprofessional. read more

8/3/2021 - this place like to close early on any given day. Yelp, Google, and their own website shows closing time Mon through Fri is 5pm but I have gone there several times around 3:30 to 4:30 and they are already closed. One time I tried to go on my lunch break and they had closed for lunch, but you call to find out when they'll be back and there's no voicemail option. I have lived down the street from them for 3 years now and it's been like this for years, only to get worse after the pandemic. Very unreliable. read more

My neighbourhood postal service. I never go to USPS or any other shipping place anymore.

Come on now - who doesn't love this spot?! Greg is the man - Say Shawn sent you for that special discount. Been using this spot for almost two years now, not going to any other spot! Thanks fellas for holding me down! This spot is the real MVP of Beverly Hills. Go dodgers! read more

These guys are fantastic. I've had a box with them for almost 7 years. They are friendly, do greet me by name whenever I'm in and often call me if I have an unexpected package waiting. They have a notary service and will ship almost anything you need with almost any carrier. The only bummer is their parking is often tough (totally not their fault) but for me the hassle is very worth it for the excellent service. If you need a Beverly Hills postal service center, rent here and ask for Greg. read more

By far the best post office box. Great customer service, fantastic employees and always accommodating. It's been a positive experience with them since day one. read more

I know these people for a long time. Great team. Great energy. Very helpful. That's how a professional business should be. Excellent customer service. read more

I came here for two stamps because I wanted to mail two post cards. It was an impulsive decision. Who sends post cards these days? I've never sent one before so I had to do it this one time so I can get the Beverly Hills postal stamp on the post card. ^_^ This place is more of a place where you rent a mail box for all your mail and it has shipping supplies. It's a nice thing to have around when you need to your items. Good thing! read more

I've been a member for a few years and they're honestly the best! I like knowing that my mail is secure at all times.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THESE JERKS 0 STARS!! They gave a package of mine to another customer and acted like it was my fault. They lied to me and told me the package hadn't come or two weeks before I had to back track with fed ex and had the delivery guy confirm that it was delivered. These guys are inconsiderate a-holes who clearly have no concern of customer service. PLEASE USE ANOTHER PO BOX. This place is a sand trap and Greg Gonzalez should be banned from doing business in LA County! read more

Worst customer service ever. Walked in 5 minutes before closing. And the associate told me that he was closing up shop, yet it was not even 5pm yet. I walk back to my car and seen 2 more people walk in after me and be helped. I obviously go back in and ask if they are closed or not since they are attending to other customers and another employee tells me "your stuff is not going to go out". Entirely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service. I am a local and will ensure that I will NEVER come here again. read more

In a word: Not impressed This place advertises its hours as 9:00 to 5:00...which makes the fact that they showed up at 9:20 today particularly obnoxious and unprofessional. According to someone waiting in line, they are always late, which means that we didn't even catch them on a bad day... they just don't see the need to open their business on time. I manage a business, and I had made the mistake of sending one of my employees here, thinking it would waste less time than the post office. However, due to the fact that they apparently DON'T manage their business, we won't be back. At least the post office sticks to the hours it is supposed to work! read more

The customer service at this place is soo great! probably better than any real USPS office. I dealt with a nightmare of a situation and they helped me as much as they could. I went in to send out wedding invitations. They looked into how much the cost of postage would be and charged me for the postage i needed. I then, sent out all the invitations. A few days later, i received a call from a family member that the postman/woman was charging $2.67 for anyone accepting to receive the invitations i sent out. What a nightmare!!! I had no idea why they would be charged an additional fee! I called BHPC, practically crying. I didn't know what had happened. Well, the man that helped me (i hate that i forgot his name) told me he remembered me coming in and made sure the postage i placed was correct. This is the first time something like this happens to me, so i don't know what the process is like. He explained to me that maybe the receiving post office (close to the recipients address) determined it was considered a package although it wasn't sent as a package on their end. (and there wasn't any reason why it should be). In that case, i called one of the receiving post offices and he was right. They decided it was a package and it needed to be charged a package price. This was soo upsetting! BHPC called me a few minutes later to check if i was able to resolve the issue. I explained to him what i was told by the post office and realized it wasn't BHPC fault. He did as much as he could and offered to refund me the postage fee that i was charged. Not all invites resulted in this nightmare (thank god!) turns out it was only a few. but it was scary to think that invitees were being charged to receive an invitation! BHPC was sooo nice and tried their best (on their end) to make me feel more at ease. Party planning lesson learned: don't over complicate invitations. people throw them away anyway! Thank you BHPC for your sincere help. read more

A local notary, and your other basic shipping + packaging needs. It wasn't the best looking place or the most convenient with the small parking lot but the people there was nice. I believe it was $10 to get a document notarized, good price + very quickly done. read more

I have been a customer here for too long. Greg is just not a kind person. His attitude is so dismissive and unhelpful. Never able to help provide a better service. Never an upgrade of the facility nor attitude. Never a hello when you walk in and I have been here for almost 9 years. I keep it because it is Beverly Hills but I do not believe anyone even cares about the address anymore. It does nothing. I would just like better service, a cleaner and safer place, and better attitudes. read more

I've been a customer here since 1990, the crew is the best. The service is both comprehensive and personal. They are always ready with a smile, a kind word, and consistently excellent customer service. For convenient, one-stop shipping and delivery services this is the place. The fees are reasonably competitive, the location is easily and safely accessible 24/7. read more

Avoid! Expensive. Late. Rude. Not secure mail. They don't deliver some types of mail. Always late. Lots of fees. Locks on building don't work. Not a secure mail center. Owner always has a snotty attitude. He's the rudest and most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. Treats people like they are inferior to him. read more

This place is amazing. They handle my packages and mail with great care. One time I was rushing to pick up a very important time-sensitive document. I called them, stuck in traffic, knowing that I would be there a few minutes after closing. They stayed open a couple extra minutes so I could grab the document from my box. Above + beyond customer service!!! They always help me out with my packages and after two years I've still never had a damaged item. I can access my box 24/7 (a service I've taken advantage of many times after late night events near by). I only wish would I could pick up packages (you know, the big stuff that won't fit in my box) on a Saturday. read more

Horrible and rude owner. Refused to rent me a mail box because I don't have a US State ID (I do have a green card). Said he spoke to the postmaster about this, who told him I needed a state ID... weird, as I successfully rented a USPS PO box elsewhere. When I asked him (politely) that if I got different information from the postmaster would he rent me a box, he said 'No, he wasn't going to ever rent me a mailbox'. Have lived here in the US for 2 years, and NEVER come across this treatment before! Obstructive, and unhelpful attitude ... Frankly, I am glad, as his attitude was AWFUL. I wouldn't want to ever have to come into contact with him again! What's more, the premises are horrible: cramped, and dirty looking. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

Awful place and the signage is misleading. This is NOT a true postal center. It's a cramped, old, Mom and Pop store with a bad attitude. They only take certain packages and only accept cash PLUS the parking is $2 a minute, no validating. No wonder there was no one in the place. I will never come here again, unless it's to film a reality show about cranky owners. read more

These guys are really nice. I don't come here often because I don't have a lot of shipping needs but they always remember me, even if it's been six months since my last visit. I usually go to ship packages to my little brother in Iraq and they always ask how he's doing. I think it's so nice that they remember. I've noticed this kind of connection with other customers as well. I love it. read more

I have used this Postal Center for 20+ years and can honestly say it's the best. Greg, the owner, has always been professional, trustworthy, accommodating and helpful with a humble attitude. The cost is reasonable and I would recommend this location to anyone who need an alternative mailing address. read more

The staff here is not the friendliest but they get the job done. Sometimes I feel like I'm bothering them when I pick up my package. They get the job done with what seems to be Boredom in their job. Hey it's not the most exciting place but take pride in your job. I have four stars instead of 3 because they have not lost a package and mail is promptly placed in the boxes upon arrival. read more

Love Beverly Hills Postal Center. I have had a PO Box here for over two years. Friendly helpful staff. After hour access to your mail.

Easy parking, fast service, super nice. For postal service, I'd definitely come here since it's so efficient.

Fast and friendly service. Visit this place if you are tired of waiting in line at the post office. I really don't understand why people even visit the post office anymore? Did I mention this place offers the best P.O. Box rates? You can get postal service rates, Fedex and UPS. read more

Greg and Caesar are great community supporters! Their business is honest and reliable. They are always ready to help you and give you the best advice about shipping and postage. They always have just the right supplies I need. I've been there for more than 10 years. At least they have parking! So many places rely on street parking or alley parking.
