About 7 years ago, I used Lilian for notary services. fast forward 7 years, her mistakes have cost me tremendous amount of headache , lots of sleepless nights, and significant financial loss and mental stress. I don't typically write any bad reviews . I just leave them alone. But This has been so damaging that I must write about it. Real estate notary I wouldn't use her. read more

Many notaries in Westwood are unreliable as notarizing is really a part-time side deal, rather than their main business. Several are attached to law firms, copying services, or other vaguely related businesses. Usually only one or two staff are notaries, and their hours are unpredictable. I have even seen a couple businesses continue listing notary services when they seem to have no notaries on staff. Century Documents is different. Notarizing is a main focus of their business and they take it seriously. Some documents (Powers of Attorney, wills) may need to be witnessed as well by a disinterested third party. For a $5 surcharge, Century Documents can usually provide a third-party witness as well. Prices are quite reasonable, and the notary is professional and very pleasant. Street parking is usually available at the meter. read more

The notary process here is quick and easy. Called prior to dropping in so I had everything prepared. Lilian was very pleasant and welcoming. Her professionalism exceeded my expectation. Parking is limited due to the location on Westwood boulevard so expect to circle the block a few times depending on the time of day. Although there are meters everywhere, it's still a little tricky. read more

Delighted to recommend Lillian for mobile document notarizing from our experience on two occasions. She was flexible and accomodating, arrived a bit early, and was both personable and friendly and efficient and fast. Literally ten minutes in and out, very careful and professional work. Would definitely call again. read more

Highly recommended! Lilian took care of all my clients divorce and pre nuptial needs! Very professional. Her fees are reasonable and she works really fast on getting it done. Scam Alert! Do not use this woman Not professional at all. This has been by far our worst nightmare. If you are looking to waste time and money so you are at the right place!! Lilian seems to be the only person at this company and just wasted my time, I hired her 2 YEARS ago based on positive reviews here on Yelp and now it's been 2 years and this case is still not done. the court denied the paperwork she did. time wasted going back and forth over misspellings, many other mistakes. And she asked for more money even though I already paid the payment in full, blaming me on more time she had to spend for all the mistake she made. she didn't even filed a publication which I paid for and she refuses to give a full refund. She admits that she's not qualified to do the work but she never apologized for all the wasted time, and no money back. Totally unethical! She shouldn't have offered the service in the first place. Give my $300 back scammer! I'm pretty positive she even lied on her website saying "We are experienced individuals who are licensed, bonded, insured and authorized to prepare legal documents for customers at customer's direction" Do yourself a favor and stay away! read more

After trying to sort through some confusing court documents, I decided I needed some help with my divorce papers. Lilian was able to meet me the same day I contacted her, and was very accommodating. I explained to her the issue I was having and she was able to look through my papers and let me know what options I had. Her fees are reasonable and her services are beyond helpful. Highly recommend for anybody trying to file their own divorce. She will save you a lot of confusion! read more

Professional and very helpful. She's my go-to for notary services. Her office is tucked away, just off the street. Easy street parking. There's also a Sprouts across the street read more

I made an inquiry about Prenuptial Agreements and Will/Living trust, and Lilian's amiable attitude makes it very easy for me to voice my concerns. She answered my questions clearly, and gently offered suggestions for options for my situation. The price is reasonable for the documents I needed, due to the absence of legal counsel. Overall, I feel that the atmosphere is a stark contrast from a standard Law Firm; where Law Firms are solemn, mostly dim, and may come off as intimidating, Century Documents is easy-going and lit by a copious amount of natural light. Place your trust (pun unintended, har har) in Lilian and you will be sorely but pleasantly surprised. There is parking in the rear (that's what she said), as well as metres on the street, which enjoy a steady flow of short-term parkers. read more

As a Realtor, I always have clients that need assistance with legal documents. Lilian is the best. She is very knowledgeable and readily available to all of her customers. I have personally used their services and she is who I recommend to all of my clients. They do everything!! Also they are much less costly than using a lawyer and have a much quicker turn around time. Below is a list of some of their services: Divorce, Living Trust, Incorporation/LLC, Legal Name Change, Domestic Partnership Dissolution, Custody/Support Modification, Premarital Agreement, Partnership Agreement, Power of Attorney, Deed, Will, Copyright, Small Claims, Notary, etc read more

Well its not often that you honestly rate a competitor (of sorts) well. But I needed a standard notary quick and found this place listed as a notary on Yelp. I love that its within walking distance and doesn't try and rip you off. I was helped immediately and they were very friendly and courteous and even offered to refer me clients. I will be repeating business with this Notary! read more

Saw Lillian to get some documents notarized and she was very helpful! I had called prior to going there but ended up arriving at closing time due to traffic. Lillian was very understanding and still allowed us to come in and took care of everything without rushing us. She also honored the yelp discount offer of $8 per signature without having to pay yelp and print out the coupons, so that was convenient! Thank you Lillian! Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Century Documents! read more

I needed a form notarized and Lillian was happy to do that for me. I liked that she stays open until 5:30 so that I could run in after work. It was a quick process, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The rate was $10, which isn't THE cheapest I've paid but is still reasonable. read more

Lilian is great! Very organized, efficient and patient. I went to Century Documents for assistance in filing for a divorce. I did not want or need a divorce lawyer since my case was simple and straightforward, but I didn't have the time to get the paperwork together myself. Lilian prepared everything and basically asked me to come in to sign the papers. She also took care of everything from filing to serving my ex, etc. For the rate that they charge, I highly recommend their service! read more

Lillian is amazing. She makes the process of sorting out legal issues a breeze.

I called Lilian a Friday morning and she was so delightful - made time for me to see her for will/living trust services. QUICK and EASY and POLITE NOTARY SERVICE -- I found Century Documents on googlemaps and I emailed them, along with two different notary locations at the same time. Lilian got back to me VERY quickly, and she was ver polite and stated her hours, which were pretty much All Day. The other two companies did not return my email until a day later. When I went there, the woman was helping someone else, and it looked as though their paperwork was going to take a while. As she got the other person started, she sat me at another table, and came to help me. I was glad I didn't have to wait for the first person to finish. I thought this was VERY prompt and I appreciated the service. Although my interaction with her was short, she was very nice. Notary services cost $10 per signature, which i was happy to pay. I will definitely go back to Century Documents. (Sign on the door says there is parking in the back; however, I parked (illegally--boo!) in the Radio Shack parking lot...sorry Radio Shack. It was easy though. read more

I used their service for some premarital contracts and everything was executed as planned. I had a lawyer look at the contracts and everything looked good. Highly recommend this place read more

I saw the giant notary sign in the window and walked in and out in 10 minutes, 2 documents notarized for $20 total (including tax) by Lillian. So straightforward to do business with. I had scheduled an hour for the paperwork, so that left 50 minutes to grab a mushroom and steak hoagie and an anchor steam pitcher at phillies up the block read more

I had many documents notarized here in order to apply for a work visa in the UK. The reason and way the documents needed to be notarized was a little unusual, but they were great at handling my needs while being friendly the whole time. read more

I had been looking around for prices for filing my divorce papers and everything I found was very pricey and even though I did find other notary services with reasonable pricing, after speaking to them I didn't feel comfortable with their knowledge of the divorce filing process etc...so I went on yelp and came upon CENTURY DOCUMENTS WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS ON LILLIAN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, so I went ahead and called Lillian and set up my initial appointment and after meeting and speaking to Lillian I felt comfortable and confident, she explain to me in detail the divorce filing process and associated fees, she is knowledgeable and very detailed oriented, as she pretty much walked me by the hand through this process I sensed that she is a very kind and compassionate person. I highly recommend Century Documents ask for Lillian. read more

I highly recommend Lilian. My parents and I have used her services (living trust, divorce and a few other occasions) for over 10 years now, and the level of service has been consistently very high. First, Lilian is very responsive. Appointments can be schedule on a short notice, when we needed to have something filed soon, she made it happen. She is very easy to reach. Even if you leave her a voicemail or send an email, she always responds within minutes during business hours. She is very experienced, and most importantly she is always willing to spend the extra time to answer the questions because she is very patient and wants to make sure that all steps of the process are clearly explained. In some cases she had to file numerous forms, and the process seemed complicated, so I really appreciated her time waking me through the process so that I felt much more comfortable. Finally, her fees are very reasonable (we always felt that we got great value). read more

I used Century Documents yesterday to get a birth certificate supplemental form notarized. It was a quick and easy transaction and I would definitely use them again. I came here to get a document notarized after reading the reviews on Yelp. Lilian was exactly as the reviews described, very friendly and courteous. The whole process was fast and easy.
