Tried calling for an hour to confirm if they did live scans. No response. Left a message explaining that I was aiming to come in an hour and to please call back to let me know whether they offer this service. No response. Walked in to give them a try anyways and when I asked for a live scan they said they don't do them. I explained that I had been calling to confirm this before coming all the way over and no one answered the phone and the employee didn't offer an apology or explanation. She just said, "I'm pretty sure UPS up the street does live scans." What a waste of my time. I won't be back here. read more

I wasn't expecting to be entertained, but there is something to be said for making someone feel welcome at a business. Once we got started, the process went smoothly. I filled out the appropriate form, confirmed my information on the monitor, and did my digital fingerprinting. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I thought this would be a viable alternative to file my divorce with this company. It was a simple non-contested divorce with no children. I started this process through We the People on Lincoln Blvd in Venice in November last year. I am now 10 months into this process and this company does not have a clue when the process will be completed. These people do not follow-up on my documents until I call and ask for status. They do not have the courtesy to return my calls and follow-up with me. They don't appear to have the knowledge to make the process happen. Documents had to be submitted numerous times since they were not competent enough to fill out and submit the documents correctly. Save your money and stress go somewhere else. Hired them to do Prop 19 transfer and they did it incorrectly and cost me thousands of dollars because they did it incorrecly and even when they corrected months later they did not do the correction right and did not help at all with the additional hours of phone calls and added forms to correct their mistake...stay clear they are not professional or good. read more
