I explained that I had been calling to confirm this before coming all the way over and no one answered the phone and the employee didn't offer an apology or explanation. I filled out the appropriate form, confirmed my information on the monitor, and did my digital fingerprinting. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I thought this would be a viable alternative to file my divorce with this company. It was a simple non-contested divorce with no children. I started this process through We the People on Lincoln Blvd in Venice in November last year. I am now 10 months into this process and this company does not have a clue when the process will be completed. These people do not follow-up on my documents until I call and ask for status. They do not have the courtesy to return my calls and follow-up with me. They don't appear to have the knowledge to make the process happen. Documents had to be submitted numerous times since they were not competent enough to fill out and submit the documents correctly. Save your money and stress go somewhere else.
