    Rude and unprofessional
    Lesly M.

We had an appointment for passport at 10. I arrived at 10. Kimberly the elder lady in charge of handling passports said I was late because I wasn't 10 minutes early. The family in front of us had 3 passports to apply for and she took an hour 10 minutes with them. She waited while they went and made copies that were required and wouldn't take any other customers while they waited. The line ended up being 7 people long from 10am appts all the way to 1pm appointment. She said she refused to do my application. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get someone until I firmly said I wasn't moving out of the line until I speak to a manager. Manager came out and told Kimberly to take my application and she refused and walked away. Skipping myself and 10:30 appointment lady behind me she said she would take 11:15 appointment because at that time it was already 11:30. She has no sense of time and understanding that we all waited patiently without complaining. Manager or supervisor walked away without saying a word. I asked another worker for help and she apologized for the madness that was caused due to Kimberly's attitude. Her English is not great either so it's very hard to understand what Kimberly was saying. Avoid this location unless you want to deal with someone you can't understand and is angry at the world. Shout out to the pregnant worker that ended up helping me. She was truly really kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

They randomly close through out the day. This time they put up a sign

The WORST post office! Impossible to do anything there! Avoid if you can! Usually only one person working with a line out the door

Mail just left at front door, right below the call box where the manager can be located and they can be given access to building

Weekday workers are AMAZING. However, the weekend workers do not wear masks, do not sanitize, and are rude.

The new labeling system I complained about is in a trial period. The numerous complains I had about it were mentioned by other clients, and ownership has acknowledged the issues. They are as disappointed with the product as we are and are looking at solutions. I will restore the missing star because this is how you deal with issues. I've been a very long-time client - over 20 years - ever since they were Box Brothers, and were located at what is now Jeni's Ice Cream. I've consistently given them 5 stars - for attention, politeness, and always service with a smile. David Goodman kept his businesses running smoothly, always improving things. He was almost always at the Los Feliz location, up to the very end. A recent change in their package notification system has me writing this review. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. Please read update as they are aware of the problem and in the process of solving it.

What should have been a simple errand turned into an emotionally exhausting ordeal that left me shocked, disrespected, and targeted without cause. When I arrived, I provided the employee with all the information I had: my coworker's full name (not just her nickname), the tracking number, and even showed him the confirmation email. I made it clear this was for our job. Still, he refused to release the package. He fixated on minor discrepancies, such as me not mentioning her nickname "Joe," even though I clearly stated her full name. When I asked if I could call her to clarify, he allowed it--but when she identified herself over the phone, he still refused, citing a phone number from the shipping label that neither of us knew. At that point, it was clear: nothing I provided was going to be "enough" for him. This man was unnecessarily combative, unprofessional, and cruel. He seemed determined to block the transaction regardless of how much I tried to comply. I pleaded with him, explained this was for work, and even showed additional proof. He dismissed everything. His tone was harsh, his energy mean-spirited, and he even bragged about denying another customer their package as if withholding people's deliveries was something he enjoyed. As tensions rose, he began to insult me. He made inappropriate, racially charged remarks and called me "stereotypical." I was in disbelief. I was being targeted--not for what I did--but for daring to question him, for standing my ground, for not backing down like others who've dealt with him. I became visibly upset, even raised my voice--yes--but only because I was desperate to fulfill a responsibility for my job and was being treated with such blatant hostility. It escalated so badly that even my coworker, still on the phone, heard the horrible things he said to me and was just as stunned. Another customer tried to defend him, but I was clear: I gave this man all the right information except a nickname--and still, he acted like I was a problem. I wasn't. Eventually, after my coworker and I threatened that the company we work for will get their money back since he refused the give the package, he threw the package at me and told me to leave. Not handed--threw it!!! It was demeaning, completely uncalled for, and done in front of witnesses. I don't know if his behavior was racially motivated, rooted in prejudice, or simply power-driven, but I do know it was cruel and absolutely unnecessary. I left that store feeling violated and defeated. Later, I spoke to a family member who lives nearby, and she shared that she's also experienced his aggression and now refuses to use that location. The only difference is, I spoke up. I questioned him--and that's why I believe I was treated even worse. But going forward, I will be doing the same as her: redirecting all future deliveries elsewhere. I would rather travel farther than ever deal with that level of disrespect and mistreatment again. No one should be treated this way for trying to pick up a package--especially not in the name of work.

I requested a full pack-and-ship service for a box of books, and the associate helping me (Myra) made it feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. Her attitude was noticeably dismissive and unhelpful from the start, which already set a negative tone. What really stood out, though, was that she took two personal phone calls while in the middle of helping me. I was left standing there waiting while she finished her conversations, which felt pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. I completely understand that workdays can get stressful, but basic customer service and respect for a customer's time shouldn't slip--especially when you're paying for a service that's supposed to be handled for you. Hoping this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely left a bad impression.

I hope this reaches management and they do something about that because it seems they are unprofessional and flat out mean to customers. my first negative encounter was with an African American security girl a couple maybe 3 months ago when would not give her name but was very rude and did not need to speak in the tone she did or as loud as she spoke it. The lady who sits at the far left desk when you first walk in has been very rude on a number of occasions. She is always stationed on the left. She is heavy set/large build with short black bob for hair: she yells at you like you aren't a human it's beyond degrading and she too would not give her name when asked. I needed assistance and she yelled at me and then proceeded to chit chat with other employee they were sharing personal stories laughing and gossiping the other lady employee- who kept her back turned never once acknowledged me. Maybe im being overly sensitive as I just got discharged from hospital but it really upsets me that they fail to provide basic customer service and act like you as a customer for being there is putting them out. I took a photo for management. interpersonal communication skills and professionalism isn't asking for much. I hope the negative employees get with the program or leave if they don't like customer service.... trust me when I say I have better things to do than write this sh**.
