Is there a way to give zero stars? We signed up for an appointment at 12:15 and when we arrived, we were told by the noon appointment ahead of us that the passport worker was gone for lunch. Not only did AJ (the passport worker) leave for lunch while she had appointments, when she got back around 12:50, she took the photos of the noon appointment, then took the application from the noon appointment and then disappeared to the back for FOURTY-FIVE minutes without any communication other than something vague (machine isn't working). By 2, the noon appointment customers had to leave because they had a 2:30 appointment. AJ then announces for everyone to leave and reschedule their passport appointment (despite the post office being open until 3). It turns out it was the photo machine that wasn't working and there was no reason for her to say that if you already had your photos. We insisted that she take our application (since we already had our photos) and she clearly didn't want to do it. In the end, we ended up being helped by the very lovely Love (aptly named) who took 10 minutes and processed our application.

My go to post office on my way to work which makes this place very convenient. You can drive onto their small parking lot and drop your mail into the mailbox without getting out of your car. Very easy. Been inside once to purchase stamps. Customer service was fine. Not a very big post office. There's a mail slot inside the post office if you prefer to do that instead of the outside mailbox.

They said they can't open any gate.

Thanks to Adam Schiff, Glendale City Council, and the Glendale Historical Society for fighting to preserve this Italian Renaissance-styled landmark in 2013. It's beautiful and convenient enough for renewing our passports. The online reservation system works wonderfully, and I highly recommend it over dropping in. Even with a reservation, you may still wait for a while before having your number called. Tip: Bring a book and your patience so you don't get unhinged. People actually get cray-cray in line so again, pack your patience. We were fortunate enough to have the nice, petite Asian lady help us. She's always been wonderful. The other clerk is rough around the edges and true to the disgruntled postal worker stereotype. I know it wasn't just a bad day for her. Every time I've dealt with her in the past, she's been rude. So don't take it personally if she gets under your skin--it's just her way of customer service. There are three of us and we've renewed our passports several times at this particular location in the last 5 years. Since we have history with this USPS location, I figured it's about time to share our experience candidly.

I explained that although the boxes were identical in appearance, they were being shipped to different addresses, so I preferred to process them one at a time to avoid any confusion. Despite this being a simple process of scanning QR codes to print labels, she said she was too busy, told me not to come next time and to use the self-service kiosk instead, and stated that she could no longer help in this way. Her overall tone was irritated and unprofessional. She also incorrectly identified which receipt belonged to which package, causing confusion. I immediately asked her to verify the package information to ensure accuracy, but she refused, stating that the packages were already in processing. I was simply trying to prevent a shipping error for QR-code-based shipments, but I was disappointed with the handling of the situation and the level of customer service provided.

When it was my turn, I explained that I had just lost my home in the Eaton Canyon fires and was there to update my address. When I explained my situation, her response was, "I do not care!"--cold, unempathetic, and completely unacceptable. At a time when I was already dealing with unimaginable loss, her lack of compassion and professionalism made the situation even worse. This was truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I hope management takes this seriously because no one should be treated this way, especially in such difficult circumstances.

They should fired the temporary mailman cause again one of my mail is missing again. Everytime they have a temporary mailman who does the mail, they are careless & misplace my mail. I had 4 packages missing even tho the system said it's been delivered in my mailbox. I also got a empty box cause someone in post office took my stuff & tape it up. It's like nobody at post office takes responsibility & their attitude is oh well too bad. If I could rate them a zero I would. It used to be good before but nowadays they just hire anyone.
