My go to post office on my way to work which makes this place very convenient. You can drive onto their small parking lot and drop your mail into the mailbox without getting out of your car. Very easy. Been inside once to purchase stamps. Customer service was fine. Not a very big post office. There's a mail slot inside the post office if you prefer to do that instead of the outside mailbox.

Is there a way to give zero stars? We signed up for an appointment at 12:15 and when we arrived, we were told by the noon appointment ahead of us that the passport worker was gone for lunch. Not only did AJ (the passport worker) leave for lunch while she had appointments, when she got back around 12:50, she took the photos of the noon appointment, then took the application from the noon appointment and then disappeared to the back for FOURTY-FIVE minutes without any communication other than something vague (machine isn't working). By 2, the noon appointment customers had to leave because they had a 2:30 appointment. AJ then announces for everyone to leave and reschedule their passport appointment (despite the post office being open until 3). It turns out it was the photo machine that wasn't working and there was no reason for her to say that if you already had your photos. We insisted that she take our application (since we already had our photos) and she clearly didn't want to do it. In the end, we ended up being helped by the very lovely Love (aptly named) who took 10 minutes and processed our application.

They said they can't open any gate.

During peak hours the parking lot is usually full but there is free parking on the side streets, Perlita and La Clede.

Thanks to Adam Schiff, Glendale City Council, and the Glendale Historical Society for fighting to preserve this Italian Renaissance-styled landmark in 2013. It's beautiful and convenient enough for renewing our passports. The online reservation system works wonderfully, and I highly recommend it over dropping in. Even with a reservation, you may still wait for a while before having your number called. Tip: Bring a book and your patience so you don't get unhinged. People actually get cray-cray in line so again, pack your patience. We were fortunate enough to have the nice, petite Asian lady help us. She's always been wonderful. The other clerk is rough around the edges and true to the disgruntled postal worker stereotype. I know it wasn't just a bad day for her. Every time I've dealt with her in the past, she's been rude. So don't take it personally if she gets under your skin--it's just her way of customer service. There are three of us and we've renewed our passports several times at this particular location in the last 5 years. Since we have history with this USPS location, I figured it's about time to share our experience candidly.

I gave the heavy set hispanic female (clerk 19) 1350$ cash and they charged me 237.70 on my debit card. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that it would be a minute as only one money order of 1000$ had been printed and that the other 584.10 wasn't printing. Weirdly she asked me if I had time and I said yes I have time I need my money back but lI was sure people waiting weren't okay with it" she said they could wait we have to get your money back and she started calling the help line on her phone, then when having no luck reaching them she proceeded to asked her coworkers for help, one of them insinuating that "I must not have had the funds in my account", when I had the confirmation on my bank account that it had been taken out. After about 45min waiting of her going back and fourth never talking to anyone on the help line and a line out the door of witnesses, the clerk proceeded to tell me that she would give me back the 1350 in cash and that I'd have to call my bank for a refund. I thought this was totally outrageous as the money was clearly taken from my account she had multiple receipts out visible, one of which I heard her state that shower proof that the money was taken from my account. I told her if she could please just fix the issue as it wasn't my fault and she said angrily that I would do everyone a favor if I just took the cash and went home and disputed it with my bank. Out comes the manager to tell me the same thing that they could void the 1000 money order give me back 1350cash and that I'd dispute the 237 with my bank. I couldn't believe it. It's all so suspicious just want everyone to be careful coming here they are not doing a good job at least not the staff on 9/3 around 12:30pm. They are probably stealing. I hope someone looks deeper into this and if anyone was their and saw what happened please fongact

She was kind, patient, professional, and made the passport process quick and easy. She's the only reason I left happy. The first employee (an Asian woman with a bob haircut and glasses) was rude and condescending the entire time. She even asked if I could read because I missed a section on my application. When I asked for my documents back so someone else could help me, she insisted she had already given me my ID and had me searching through my bag, only to realize she still had it. I also left without one of my passport photos because she said she didn't have it. Raven deserves recognition for turning an awful experience into a good one.

They walked in the store and there were to workers male and female they behind 1 person in the line with the female. There was a guy being assisted with the male worker and he asked if he could leave the tape he bought for other customers to use since he didn't need to keep it. The male worker said of course and so he left it on the counter. The female assisted the other customer in front and as he was leaving he asked the young lady behind the counter how to say good bye in her native language and she looked at him like he was crazy and gave him the mean mug look!!! He turned around and left and my wife stepped up with my son placing the package on the counter. The package wasnt tapped closed so that the store could verify the item before accepting. The female looked in the box and then complained to my wife it wasnt taped shut!! My wife asked if she could have the tape the gentlemen left behind for others to use so she could tape rhe box, and she said "No" My wife said what do you mean no that isn't your tape its for everyone to use.. The lady said you need to buy your own tape and before my wife was able to speak the male behind the counter turned around and grabbed the tape abd handed it to my wife saying that of course she can use the tape why would she buy a new one!!! My wife taped the box all while the female had an attitude.... For a place that is customer service driven the female needs some retraining or maybe find a different line of work. The 1 star rating is about the females attitude to the customers!!! The male who jumped in to assist was definitely 5 Stars and deserves to work with someone that shares his care for the customer.

Always had good luck with their service and their notary being there when I needed them.read more
