Been using your services to send donations, packages and money for a while now. Never came across someone who is so full of themselves. People there are usually very nice and pleasant to do business with. In her case, it's as if she is doing me a favor for taking my money. Please remind her that the service they are providing is am to a customer and at a country where an associate is expected to be pleasant to their customers. In this case I was the customer and not her ;). There are many other places where I can pay to send my money or packages to Armenia from. Sad that you are losing customers because of Vika. read more

We were told that by paying an extra fee for Express Shipping, the parcel will be delivered within 5-7 business days. It has been 15 days (12 business days), and the parcel still hasn't been delivered. Why bother with Express and an extra fee if the regular delivers at the same time? It was my first time using this postal service. First of all it took them 8 days to come pick up the package that was being shipped. I had to call them three times and request for a driver to pick up the items. When they finally took the package they said call the staff and get the shipping tracking number. Such a great service , this was my first time shipping a box with haypost. They have friendly staff who helped out a lot. I even had the name wrong on the package therefore the box was not given to the person when he went to pick it up, which definitely shows responsibility toward items shipped. This was my first time sending a package to Armenia, so needless to say, I needed some assistance with the process. The girls at the front are helpful and kind. One of my two packages arrived on time, but the other one was quite the hassle. The updates on tracking information stopped once the package actually arrived in Armenia. So the recipient and I were left wondering if the package was lost. I attempted many phone calls to the Glendale offices, only to get a recorded prompt each time. The recipient went to the office in Armenia, and the package was then handed over. I'm not sure why the package was held for nearly a week, but I was relieved to know that it wasn't lost. read more
