Luckily, I made it just before their lunch break. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond when I was having trouble scanning and converting documents into a PDF. Instead of rushing me along, she patiently showed me exactly what to do and made sure I understood the process. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was also friendly and efficient, and together they made what could have been a stressful task incredibly easy. If you ever need a Live Scan, this is the place to go. The staff is knowledgeable, the service is fast, and the customer care is exceptional. I did a quick search, and I am so glad I found Ady at Mobile Notary Public. The whole process was so easy all thanks to him and will definitely recommend him to my network. I needed an affidavit notarized and called the number, not knowing what to expect, and didn't know what I needed. Ady is very professional and informative of the process. Notaries are a given (since it's part of the business name) but they also do fingerprinting for different purposes and agencies as well as I-9 verifications (for employment). The owner is pretty chill and always has an abundance of availability when you need to book a service. Very convenient with plenty of free parking right out front or in the parking lot just steps away. It's located right in between a beauty salon and an Armenian Market. And same complex as Mori's teppenyaki and Shamshiri (another 2 of my favorite restaurants!).
