Jason, Heidi, and Ant provided exceptional service! They helped me choose the perfect cardstock for my resume, printed extra copies, and even sent me home with a complimentary protective envelope. My manager actually complimented the cardstock...and I GOT THE JOB! Thank you seriously guys, for going above and beyond. Your kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference! read more

I really like places where people are good at their jobs and do it with a good attitude. Anthony the manager does a great job running the store, it is clean, well stocked and organized and Jason is very quick and friendly making a great team. They always give good mailing advice and tips also. I do not recall the other staff members but everyone here is super friendly, has a good time here and do good work. read more

A+ for convince, A+ for associates assistant, C for prices lol It did exceed my estimated budget, I don't deny the value I got. It's neither terrible or great value. No disrespect just business. My rating is not based off emotions neither am I discrediting anyone that helped. It's based off of overall value from the ups entity. Jason gave me directions over the phone. He was nice and helpful. Chuck is a natural star. He went above and beyond while packing my items. Price ranges is what influenced my rating: medium box $12 + bible wrap pieces $5 after taxes nearly $19. That expense alone was more costly than shipping ($13). It's overpriced based off market value. I'm all for business making profit however if there is an imbalance it will influences my not to come here. No disrespect to anyone working here, i understand people are doing their job. I value the workers here. Printing shipping label cost $3 other places I've gone to charge $1. Not horrible just not pleasant either, value is a dealbreaker for me. I wouldn't willingly come here only in case of emergencies or convenience lol no disrespect just being authentic. Thank you for the awesome staff that helped me today. If they improve this aspect, it may drive more business :) street parking varies. Nicely nested in a busy street in board line West Hollywood (also convenient) read more

This location is small, but honestly super convenient. I came in to return a few items I bought online that didn't fit, and the whole experience was really smooth. The location itself is easy to get to, and the biggest plus is that they have parking. If you know Sunset, you know parking can be crazy, so that alone is a huge win. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an employee named Chris. He was very polite, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I made it easy for him, and he made it just as easy for me, I was in and out with no stress. I really appreciate good customer service, especially because it's not always recognized. Chris truly made my day better with his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Chris! I hope you have a wonderful day and an amazing year. read more

this is the best UPS store I have ever been to, I cannot say enough good things about it. The crew that works there goes above and beyond and they move so quickly that the lines are never that long. Anthony, Jason, Chris, Chuck, William, they are all amazing!! read more

Parking is tricky here. They have parking behind the store but, it's a bit confusing. But trust me it's there. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by attendants. They were highly motivated and you could feel they got along and worked well together. The value here is also a plus. I was actually there returning an Amazon item. It went smoothly. Service a plus Value a plus Quality a plus This is now my UPS Store and I live 2+ miles away. Thanks to the crew at Sunset location. read more

Everybody at this UPS store, where I've had a P.O. box for the past six months or so, is fantastic. Whenever I walk into the place I'm greeted with a smile, and everyone there is helpful, friendly, funny, and gracious. I told Anthony, the manager, that somebody should develop a sitcom (a la Cheers) about the place--it's that good of a vibe. read more

PART 2 - i was NEVER asking for anything for free - just disliked the attitude of most of the employees - and i know many others who have experienced the same thing - i merely asked if i could pay for someone to forward my very occasional piece of mail that goes there - and i just thought there would be SOME kind of loyalty there - and i've NEVER experienced ANY other UPS Store like this one - as a matter of fact there is one in Valley Village on Riverside Dr - near where i reside - and they are incredible - and helpful and so nice. Let it go, you've LOST me as a customer forever. read more

My wife and I lost our home in the Palisades fire and have relocated to a small garage apartment in Laurel Canyon. Forty some odd years ago, my first business had a PO box in what is now store3939 at the corner of Crescent Heights and Sunset, so the first thing I did when we landed in Laurel Canyon was head there to get a PO Box. The service I received from Anthony and Jason was so notable I wanted to sing their praises. First, everyone working there was highly sympathetic and made the pain and disorientation of our loss a bit more bearable. And the atmosphere in the store is just so darned friendly. A number of customers came in while we were getting our box set up and everyone--employees and customers--seemed happy to be there and interacted more like friends than customer and supplier. And that experience has held up. We've been getting deliveries there every day as we replace missing personal items. Every visit, Anthony and Jason recognize us and make sure we get taken care of quickly. Print jobs are always waiting for us. Packages are quick to appear. And for the few big packages that we've received, someone is always happy to grab a dolly and help us out to our car. We couldn't be happier with the store's--and in particular, Anthony's and Jason's--service. read more

I will update my review once I speak to someone in charge at this location . I purchased a box on December 31st and I'm still waiting to speak to someone that can assist me properly. The associates claim to know absolutely NOTHING ! Especially things you actually need help with . Took my money no problem but the associates aren't even properly trained to answer and assist. Seems like just ppl there to be there and collect a check . Sounded like a party in there when I called . I will happily update once I have been refunded or properly helped . As a paying customer I shouldn't have to wait on someone else when someone is there and should have the knowledge otherwise what's your purpose besides wasting space ! And MY question were related to the store , I asked when can I start utilizing the box I purchased there ? What's the process , can I come in a give my documents ? Why would that be related to your store itself . That's specific one , especially hmm read more

As a first time eBay seller, everything went worst case scenario. Luckily the manager here (so sorry I didn't get your name) went above and beyond to help me reroute my package safely to me. Long story short, I was scammed by the buyer and UPS could not help me online to get my package to me because the buyer had put it in their name, but the manager at this location sat on the phone with corporate with me and was so friendly and knew every customer that walked in the store, seamlessly multitasking, but not letting my issue go unresolved or unprioritized. Thank you so much for all of your help -- you truly made my day after the awful experience I was going through and didn't think I would end up seeing remedy from! read more

I love this place.. They remember my name because I have been a customer for years and everybody is nice and helpful. Chris is a constant face there and he is very knowledgeable. . He knows how I like things done and he helps me anytime he can. I need to mention the customers. Some of you are really shameless.. The people that work at the UPS store are not your personal slaves. Be nice. It does not cost anything. If you ask for help, they will help you but some of you are just entitled, rude a----. There is no need for that. Treat people the way to be treated.. read more

Love coming to this UPS store! The staff in general is super nice. Jason, Anthony, Shaun, Chuck, Julia and William are all trained professionals. My only gripe is that the last few times that I've walked inside, the AC seems to be broken. Not an ideal work environment for their workers and for us patrons. Management should definitely look into this. Besides that, I would recommend for anyone around the area to bring their business here. These guys get the job done! read more

I don't often write reviews... but on this case I felt like I MUST. Often you walk into stores and workers are having a personal conversation with their co-worker and you are left there staring at them and there no knowledge , a hello, a welcome...I understand at times they are very busy and nowadays every store seem to be under staff... I understand that but a HELLO, Welcome, will be right with you... those words will go a long way. When I came in I think three weeks ago I was greeted by Anthony, not only he said Hello and Welcome, he was very friendly and helpful. It's hard these days to find yourself cared about when you go to a business . So Thank you UPS, he was amazing. "Rio" read more

I just visited this UPS store and if I could give these 3 associates 10 stars I gladly would. I came into the store close to 4pm on Saturday 7/30. The store was empty and there were 3 young associates working. Now I have to preface this by saying I have had so many encounters with receiving bad service even when there's no other customers and/or multiple staff just standing around having conversations and not offering service. But these 3 were the complete opposite...meaning they were eager to offer assistance. They were all so personable and of course helpful. We ended up discussing songs and artists. I have to say they made my day. I should have gotten their names, but perhaps the time and day I came in will narrow it down. Keep up the great customer service! PS: I called and got the names of the three wonderful associates. Diana, Chuck and Nick!!! read more

Anthony R is a doll! He was sweet and professional. His work ethic is amazing! I want to come back to this store every time now :)

GO HERE if you need UPS services -- this is by far the best UPS store in Los Angeles, and it is the best because of the staff. William, Sean and Chris are each 'knights in shining armor' (I'm disabled and frequently have to ship things so I appreciate these Prince Charmings!) They couldn't be more helpful, more kind, more pleasant - I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best location in L.A. To the owner, please would you formally note this praise and I would be grateful if you could recognize these gentlemen in some way, at least a pat on the back (if it were up to me, I'd give each of them 2 extra vacation days off and an expensive lunch out). My experience in HR has taught me that if staff perform so outstandingly, that reflects on the management/ownership, so you must be doing something right! William, Sean, Chris - thank you so much for all you do and especially your kindness (PS there are two more Prince Charmings - Anthony and Jason, so please show them appreciation too - thanks everyone...) read more

With the days of ordering online, the hassle of Frequent returns can become overwhelming. However, ANTHONY R made that process so seamless today. Especially at the busiest hour of 4pm! I had three different returns with two being from the same vendor. However the return labels weren't labeled with the item names or order number, and I was beyond confused. Anthony R's tone of voice, patience and overall joyful personality calmed me down and helped me to find a solution. He never once became annoyed and I can't begin to express how much of a difference that made in my mood and my day! Instead of leaving feeling exhausted from the return process, I'm leaving smiling knowing there are kind hearted professionals like Anthony R! read more

Notary service is on point, with full social distancing enforced during this COVID-19 era. Braxton was super helpful over the phone when I made a same-day appointment to come down for a signing. The store is set up with yellow tape on the floor marking approved waiting stations and only three people are allowed in the store at one time, remaining 6 feet apart. Signs are posted requesting that all patrons wear non-surgical masks. If the store is busy, a line forms to the right of the door outside. There's a small countertop island that they ask you to place your document(s) and I.D. on - then you step away while the notary reviews it, signs, and leaves their own form. After signing their book with a sterile pen, you throw the pen in the trash and pay (I used a credit card terminal while the notary stepped away from the counter). If you want a $5 off deal on notary service, just check in on the Yelp app while in the store and email a screenshot of your check in to the email they provide to you. I'm so glad I chose this place for my one essential business outing for the week. Bravo, UPS Store, and a big thank you to Braxton for safely helping me get things done on the frontlines! read more

I came in to print a couple of pages in the morning and the staff here is fantastic. The two gentlemen working the morning of September 26 are truly an asset to the UPS brand. Glad to find this UPS location! Not only they are open even Sundays, the customer service I received here was superb! Two staff greeted me with big "hello" and a person who helped my boxes was very friendly and helpful. I somehow forgot to get the label to print out, but he was walking me through how to and making it so much easier. When I found out about my mistake, I was almost stressing me out but oh boy he assured it is fixed easily and made my anxiety away. What he did was not just ensuring my packages to be sent, but also making my Sunday better and saving me from mental stress I was going to put myself into.
