Recently moved to the area and it's been so nice to have this nearby! Mariel is usually the one there when I stop in and she's always so kind and helpful. read more

friendly, convenient, neighborhood place to take care of all your shipping needs. highly recommended, and a small business to support to boot! every time i've been here service has been genuine, friendly and most of all helpful. it actually is stressful to ship stuff. there's many options, many costs, and sometimes its also very time sensitive. they help you figure out the best way to do whatever you need to here. i have also used the shredding and fax services. yes you could go to staples or fedex office for that too but again, i'd much rather support the small biz. the big corporations don't need your business. a private storefront mom and pop operation does! also the ups, fedex, and usps dropoff bins are incredibly helpful and convenient when you want to know you are securely dropping something. with so much porch pirate and mail theft- who really wants to leave something outside for pickup? not me. so i love that i can drop it here and have some assurance it will safely be picked up by the carrier. prices are very competitive and well worth it. highly recommended. read more

Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot! read more

I like this neighborhood spot. You can get in and out with ease, no long lines and you feel welcomed. I love the husband and wife team who owns this place. The husband took me and my husband on a tour of the place. They also rent out a small conference room, pretty cool. They have great fashion too! I bought these really cool sunglasses, they have great hats too AND JEWELRY! Lol. I met Utheria today, I know I'm messing up her name, lol. She's beautiful, pleasant, kind and polite. Great service. All I can say is, please use their certified slips and not the post office, because they don't except the post office certified slips. read more

This business is very welcomed by me and no doubt everyone who goes here. The main reason I love this place is the expertise and charm of Yadira, the young woman who began working there at the first opening of their doors. Yadira goes well beyond the normal process of handing over the items you are mailing. Questions regarding labels ambiguous instructions or confusion , she has you covered! Kindness works! Yadira is a master ! Thank you! read more

Yadira was super helpful and energetic! So glad to have gotten a mailbox with you all!

Yadira is the backbone of this PO Box Center. What ever you are paying her it is not enough because she goes well above and beyond anyone would need to in her position. She blows everyone else out of the water with her talent and professionalism. read more

Fast, friendly with very reasonable and competitive rates for their service! I am so happy we finally have a service like this up in our neighborhood and we can avoid going down into the madness for things as simple as copying, mailing etc.. AND BONUS! They offer a meeting room if we need to meet a client. Med & Maria are so sweet & helpful too. They even gave my daughter a balloon, so now she wants to pop in & say Hi everyday! I hope our neighborhood can fully support them. Not only do we need a business like this up in the hills but they're really exactly the kind of business we want to have up here; small family owned honest, friendly and fair. Support! read more

Perfect service for this community. All your shipping needs met, quickly and thoroughly. The space is clean, cool, and safe and carries not only all the pieces needed to mail something but cute gifties as well. I'm a jerk for not knowing how to spell the name of the lady who works there most days but she's an absolute delight and ball of energy and provides the best customer support I've received in ages. read more

These guys are the best. They have been taking care of my mail for the past several months and feel like it's safe and secure in their hands. They're super friendly and responsive. I highly recommend! read more

The mailbox service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Highly recommended!

A very convenient location for my family. We have used their notary, shipping drop boxes, as well as their shipping services. Most recently, a package I had shipped FedEx with United Mailboxes, was delayed and we thought it may be lost. So I called and spoke with Yadira, who was as helpful as possible. Yadira's customer service is above and beyond 5 stars. She is super helpful, very friendly, and cares about the customers needs. Her assistance was greatly appreciated! read more

This place is excellent to handle all kinds of shipping needs, return packages, print, use a notary, and even take passport photos! Once you've used their services, your name is already entered in their system and it makes things go fast, although it does not feel like rushing once you're helped by Yadira, the most personable, efficient and sunny customer service who runs the shop most of the time. read more

I have a small home office and ship several times a week -- the arrival of United Mail Boxes has been an absolute game-changer for the better for me and piles of other Beachwood Canyon residents ... a hub for USPS, UPS, etc. shipments and deliveries. Yadira has been there for a while and is one of the professional fun intelligent employees I have ever met -- Mary runs the place and is great too -- makes it all, a fantastic addition to our neighborhood:) read more

I'm so happy they opened in the Beachwood neighborhood! They even have wall space for rent to sell the stuff I sell online! Definitely opening a mailbox here next week for privacy! read more

Welcome to the neighborhood! Special shout out to Mary who was super helpful with everything I had to do today from purchasing boxes, to packing, to choosing the best economical rate to send those packages, mailing letters and getting two documents notarize and mailed as well. Got it all done and didn't have to go far. read more

This place is great! Every time I go in with a different request, they are always able to help me find a solution. Yadira is always super friendly and goes above and beyond with anything I present to her. I can't recommend this place enough for all your shipping needs! read more

Fantastic service. Everyone who works here is helpful, efficient and incredibly kind.

So glad this place opened! They make all of my returns so easy - they print out labels for me and make sure my packages get where they need to go. Awesome and friendly service. Just today, they knew I had missed a package delivery that was very important to me (had my birthday party outfits in it!) and they gave me a ring when UPS stopped by so that I could come and get my package! Very happy!! read more

I highly recommend United Mailboxes & Office Solutions Hollywood for all your shipping, notary, and mail needs. Conveniently located right next to the Beachwood Cafe. They even have gift items you can purchase and ship right there! The clerk was super kind, efficient, and was able to notarize papers for me at a moment's notice. Please show your support for this great little business. I'm doing all my shipping with them from now on. read more

Just stopped by to ship a FedEx package and buy some supplies, but the employee manning the counter (I believe his name was Michael?) was beyond friendly, extremely helpful, and eager to make sure I had the best experience possible with my limited needs. I was very happy with my experience here. Seems like a great location if you live or work in the Hollywood area and don't want to drive to the valley or deal with downtown Hollywood congestion just to ship something/use a mailbox. read more

They are WONDERFUL here. I needed some documents printed last-minute before going out of town and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. When I didn't realize that they close at 2:00 on Saturdays, the woman working there waited an extra 10 minutes so I could rush over and she couldn't have been lovelier or kinder. Not to mention, their prices are so competitive--I was shocked (in a good way) to see how much more cost-efficient this business is than Kinko's and other competitors. My pages were truly a fraction of the cost I've experienced elsewhere. This will definitely be my go-to spot for my mailing and printing needs moving forward! read more

Very nice people who perform many services for the Hollywoodland community, e.g. notary, package & mail drop-off (free!), etc.

SO happy United Mailboxes moved into the neighborhood! It's so convenient to be able to send out a USPS and UPS return in one stop AND I've already used their notary services three times. Each time I walk in I'm greeted with a warm smile and given excellent service. Highly recommend! read more

Very friendly and convenient. We've lived in Beachwood Canyon since 2007 and it's nice to have a local option for mailing, notarizing, printing, and box delivery. We've used the notary and drop of Fedex several times and once we return to working from the office, plan on using the virtual mailbox so our packages aren't stolen. read more
