friendly, convenient, neighborhood place to take care of all your shipping needs. highly recommended, and a small business to support to boot! every time i've been here service has been genuine, friendly and most of all helpful. it actually is stressful to ship stuff. there's many options, many costs, and sometimes its also very time sensitive. they help you figure out the best way to do whatever you need to here. i have also used the shredding and fax services. yes you could go to staples or fedex office for that too but again, i'd much rather support the small biz. the big corporations don't need your business. a private storefront mom and pop operation does! also the ups, fedex, and usps dropoff bins are incredibly helpful and convenient when you want to know you are securely dropping something. with so much porch pirate and mail theft- who really wants to leave something outside for pickup? not me. so i love that i can drop it here and have some assurance it will safely be picked up by the carrier. prices are very competitive and well worth it. highly recommended. read more

Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot! read more

I like this neighborhood spot. You can get in and out with ease, no long lines and you feel welcomed. I love the husband and wife team who owns this place. The husband took me and my husband on a tour of the place. They also rent out a small conference room, pretty cool. They have great fashion too! I bought these really cool sunglasses, they have great hats too AND JEWELRY! Lol. I met Utheria today, I know I'm messing up her name, lol. She's beautiful, pleasant, kind and polite. Great service. All I can say is, please use their certified slips and not the post office, because they don't except the post office certified slips. read more

Fast, friendly with very reasonable and competitive rates for their service! I am so happy we finally have a service like this up in our neighborhood and we can avoid going down into the madness for things as simple as copying, mailing etc.. AND BONUS! A very convenient location for my family. We have used their notary, shipping drop boxes, as well as their shipping services. Most recently, a package I had shipped FedEx with United Mailboxes, was delayed and we thought it may be lost. So I called and spoke with Yadira, who was as helpful as possible. So glad this place opened! They make all of my returns so easy - they print out labels for me and make sure my packages get where they need to go. Awesome and friendly service. Just today, they knew I had missed a package delivery that was very important to me (had my birthday party outfits in it!) and they gave me a ring when UPS stopped by so that I could come and get my package! Just stopped by to ship a FedEx package and buy some supplies, but the employee manning the counter (I believe his name was Michael?) was beyond friendly, extremely helpful, and eager to make sure I had the best experience possible with my limited needs. I was very happy with my experience here. Seems like a great location if you live or work in the Hollywood area and don't want to drive to the valley or deal with downtown Hollywood congestion just to ship something/use a mailbox. read more

They are WONDERFUL here. I needed some documents printed last-minute before going out of town and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. When I didn't realize that they close at 2:00 on Saturdays, the woman working there waited an extra 10 minutes so I could rush over and she couldn't have been lovelier or kinder. Not to mention, their prices are so competitive--I was shocked (in a good way) to see how much more cost-efficient this business is than Kinko's and other competitors. Very friendly and convenient. We've lived in Beachwood Canyon since 2007 and it's nice to have a local option for mailing, notarizing, printing, and box delivery. We've used the notary and drop of Fedex several times and once we return to working from the office, plan on using the virtual mailbox so our packages aren't stolen. read more
