They right away put it up on the lift and verified that it was safe to drive. However, the control arm, tie rods and bushings (leaking grease) were shot. Showed me the pictures and it was a mess. This level of repair was not cheap...but it was reasonable. No more complaints from my wife...at least about the car.

I had to take my vehicle to another auto body shop and pay additional money out of my own pocket to have the problems corrected. The business subsequently signed a payment agreement and promised to pay the amount owed, but it did not honor that agreement. I then obtained a California small-claims court judgment entered on October 6, 2025, against A-1 Auto Full Services, Inc. and A-One Auto Center, Inc., totaling $7,622.97, including court costs. I have continued pursuing collection through the legal process. An Abstract of Judgment was recorded with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office, and a Notice of Judgment Lien was filed with the California Secretary of State listing both corporations as debtors. As of the date of this review, the judgment remains unpaid. I am sharing my firsthand experience so prospective customers can consider these facts and review the relevant public court records before deciding whether to use this business.

Then we found Pacific Tire. They took the lug nuts out and charged us quite a bit less than what we had quoted from 2 other places, and they did that together with tire rotation and an oil change in about 2 hours.
