Thank you Jose! Wow, he worked so quick, changed my tires within 10 minutes. I replaced one of my tires for $60, which was $10 more than a tire shop closer to me BUT they were so packed. This location can be easily missed since it's right by the corner which is another auto shop. Overall satisfied with the service provided and because of the turnover I highly recommend. read more

Great service and great value too! I'll be taking my car here for future tire repairs. Mario was very helpful and was able to fix my tire within 10-15 minutes. He even topped off air on all of my tires. I was in desperate need to get my tires repaired on a Sunday and Mario came to the rescue! Had a pinhole run my tire flat, everywhere I went said it's unfixable due to its location and will have to get the whole tire replaced, looking like $300+ and have to wait for an appointment. Super. Called Tire Zone Plus, he said come in right away, showed me on the tire exactly why it wasn't fixable in a way that made sense. He had a used tire that fit and looked nearly new, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes for less than half the price I was expecting. Cash only. Will report back if there are any issues with the used tire, but had a very positive experience. read more

Despite of all the covid going around this place is taking the appropriate safety precautions which put me at ease. For one, he has a sign to not step out of the car and cash only transactions. He was also wearing a mask and face shield. He jacked up my car, fixed my tires that had nails in them, and I was in and out quick. Prices were great too and great customer service! read more

Unfortunately, getting off from work at 130am, I had a low pressure light go on & couldn't drive home due to any safety issues that might occur. I just Uber'ed home & checked on Yelp. Luckily, I found, "Tire Zone Plus" in Hawthorne & there were nothing but 5 Star Reviews. A few hours later, I drove there & it was only 2.5 miles away from work. I was greeted by Jose & his Son. I had a huge nail stuck in my Back Rear Tire & Jose had me in/out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend, "Tire Zone Plus" to get your tire repaired, fixed or checked. I even asked if I needed a new tire. Jose took the nail out, patched me up & said that I was good to go. No BS & Very straight forward & simple. Thank you very, very much, Jose. Another great thing, Jose, his Son & I are Real Madrid Fans too. Hala Madrid.. While waiting for my tire getting done, his Son was watching a La Liga game. I admit, I can be a painful customer sometimes. However, Jose has been patient, accessible for inquiry, fast, cost effective and most importantly to me - kind. I made a request late in the day expecting to be told to come back tomorrow.. nope! Jose guaranteed, he wasn't leaving until it's done! I love that. Just dropped my car off to have new tires and brakes installed. I can't wait to see how amazing he did. Just picked my car up and it's perfect! Took him 2 hours. I was driving to LAX to pick up my daughter from the airport at 10:30 last night and I got a flat!!! We had to UBER and leave my car in Inglewood. This morning, I realized my car didn't come with a spare tire! It has a vacuum instead! A vacuum can't fix a flat! So today, I came back to deal with my car. David is an incredibly honest and capable guy. I had to get a new tire when mine busted on the highway the night before. It was on a Sunday so only a few places were open. I wasn't sure if I could get there before they closed but David said he could come back later in the day to help. That's service. I was able to get there after all and he didn't have the tire in stock so he put on a used one as a temporary (so I wouldn't have to drive on my spare) so I could get to work the next day and then get back Monday to install the new tire. Real good guy and reasonable prices too. I am glad I saw their reviews and came here to a good solid small business vs. a big box store. Thanks David! read more

I woke up to my tire almost flat so finding a place in that was open on a Sunday was a task. I found this place and called and they told me to come on over. They fixed it in less than ten minutes and were very helpful and courteous. I would have to recommend this place to anyone. They close at 2:00pm on Sundays though. read more

Highly recommended spot, this guy changed my brakes fast and easy, he is a honest mechanic as well!. He also speaks Spanish for any Spanish speakers out there. As a car guy, I took my wheels here and they did a good job removing the tire carefully. I've been to so many different tires shops with good reviews and have seen them remove and install a tire a bit carelessly. Usually it does not matter with regular cars but as a car guy who has expensive wheels, they did a good job for a reasonable price. Dont forget to tip as this procedure is back breaking. Quick, great price and quality work. Can't ask for more when shopping for a tire shop. I called and they answered right away (that's a plus). I was quoted service over the phone and the rate was the same as the OTD price (another plus). This visit was only to mount and balance tires that I had purchased already. The City of Hawthorne street maintenance folks neglected to cover an open construction ditch and I was left with 2 busted front Fiat tires as a result. Lucky for me Tire Zone Plus was nearby. I called to see if they carried my "specialty" tires, which they didn't, but were able to acquire them in an hour. Both David and the owner Jose was super nice & cordial. Jose is literally the best! I rather give a hard working man who owns a business my money rather than pepboys. Why? Because he went above and beyond for me. I didn't feel as though he was trying to pressure me into getting 4 brand new tires because I already knew the facts about my tires so there no way he steered me in the wrong direction. For one, I bought my car roughly almost 2 years ago, only replaced the 2 of the tires with used ones and I commute 40 miles every other day for almost 1 year and that doesn't even include my daily day to day driving after work. In one of my tires I kept having to put air into it and was nervous every morning is my pressure light was going to turn on or no. He did tell me I can get used tires but since I do drive long distances it's best to start new. So it was time for a fresh start. The charge was very reasonable. And I felt an instant difference in my car once I started driving back on the road. Let me not forget my card (thanks to chase) was declined because of fraud. So I have run to the bank and get cash. Jose must have saw me struggle pulling into the drive way because he pulled my car for me and made it so much easier for a struggling girl like me to get out of the drive way. The best amount of I spent and I ain't even mad. Forgot to add he had it done under 30minutes. ‍ lol definitely coming back and referring friends and family read more

Completely surpassed my expectations. I went in with low air on my tires close to their closing time. He (sorry didn't get your name ! ) filled them up at the speed of lightening. I was asking a lot of questions like I always do, and he answered them all so kindly and suggested to change back tires as they are showing cracks. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). He gave us a very straightforward, no-nonsense estimate and only recommended the work he actually felt was necessary. The price was fair, and that honesty is what made us decide to go with him. There were definitely some challenges along the way, especially with permits in our city. Apparently it is much tougher than others when it comes to permits, and it ended up requiring a lot more paperwork and extra effort than he expected. Even with all that, Cyrus stuck to his original quote and never tried to charge us more, which we really appreciated. Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. They also worked hard to finish ahead of the timeline they originally gave us. Inspection passed with no issues, and now we've been using the AC for months with zero problems. Overall, we're really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.
